Regarding Nietzsche - what is your opinion of him?
Posted:

Nietzsche was never negative about humanity. All that he stands for, and all that he has written were just ..accurate observations. One who will follow the rules and regulations of a blind religion out of fear are weak-minded.

I'd recommend you to read a book by Zecharia Sitchin, called "The Twelfth Planet". It's merely a hypothetical, however very interesting, indeed.

The full moon is a stargazer's worst enemy.
Am I really reading these responses correctly? Information on the moon is not a philosophical question, but rather grade school science. -le sigh

If humans had the ability to travel to another planet
Posted:

There is no intelligent life in this galaxy, the thought of possible action is moot. One would have to travel to another galaxy, which could take hundreds or millions of years, if travelling at the speed of light. Next topic.

blah, blah, blah... you can go back and forth for hours, people. Christianity was basically formed to control the masses, and it was genius.
HAH! I laugh at atheism. Flat out disregarding the possibility of a god is close-minded, and how dare someone question their intelligence. err- lackthereof.
I'm quite surprised that no one has mentioned agnostic/freethinkers [such as myself] who are obviously superior to any and all religions. With that being said, goodbye.

I'm afraid my attempts of grasping the concept of this thread are futile. I prefer a man to bike/skateboard where he needs to go, like I do. Not only is it physical exercise [everyone knows how Americans could use it], but is also enviromentally friendly.

Wow, you posted this thread to get possible advise on how to make a better profile, and now you are being told to turn into someone totally different. I'm sorry, but it seems a bit odd to me. I like your profile just the way it is, and you have some of the best first date ideas that I have seen on this whole site. If people don't want to message you with a profile that the person who knows you best wrote -YOU, and pictures of YOU, not who people are trying to make you, then you don't need them. Continue looking, and keep the beard.

Star Trek

Star Trek is an awesome show, and I have to say that the original is always going to be the best, I even have it on dvd. It's the same with all sci-fi movies, Star Wars is awesome as well.. Plan 9 from Outer Space is awesome.
These are merely science fiction movies, it is society who has deemed them as "uncool", and I refuse to 'label' any movie towards any 'label' of people. So on the contrary, it is society who are the nerds. HAH

Should wearing Lycra be against the law for middle aged people?
Posted:

I think everyone can wear whatever they want to wear, no matter what age they are. If you do not like what people wear, do not pay attention. This is why America is becoming further and further from being a free country.

Why don't you try to walk up to an attractive girl next time you see one, and say hello. What have you got to lose? However, based on my knowledge, they aren't usually that bright. It's a sacrifice you have to accept.. (wait, what guy wants a girl to be intelligent anyway?)

Is alot of make-up sexy or the natural look better, what do all of you think?????
Posted:
1/19/2006 1:23:01 AM
The natural look is best for so many reasons. Guys do you like waiting for girls to spend hours on their hair and makeup before being able to go out?
However, there is nothing wrong with wearing makeup on special occasions where you're going somewhere other than the local wal-mart.

Women, Walmart and Debt,...what is so great about shopping?
Posted:
1/19/2006 12:32:07 AM
I Probably shop more often than needed, sometimes I go simply to get out and about, but end up buying something, other times I go with the intentions of buying way more than I need. I own about 40-50 bikinis (I work in a surf shop) haha. I probably shop the most during april-may mainly because I know I'm going on vacation in Canada for 2 months and the clothes there are just not up to date with the current fashions (no offense)...
!ronic, there is nothing better than meeting potential dates at wal-mart at 3 am.
And whyscracker Im dying to know what make-up you've been using?

It doesn't really matter whether they are long or short messages as long as the person isn't either a) giving you a basic review over what you've already read in their profile!!! or b) sending you a message that says "hi. wanna chat?", which is hardly worth even reading, let alone replying back. 0_o

My Favourite Quotes.
Posted:
1/8/2006 2:24:43 PM
"I went to the woods because I wished to live deliberately, to front only the essential facts of life, and see if I could not learn what it had to teach, and not, when I came to die, discover that I had not lived."
--Henry David Thoreau
"Study nature, love nature, stay close to nature. It will never fail you."
--Frank Lloyd Wright
"In conclusion, there is a marvelous anecdote from the occasion of Russell's ninetieth birthday that best serves to summarize his attitude toward God and religion. A London lady sat next to him at this party, and over the soup she suggested to him that he was not only the world's most famous atheist but, by this time, very probably the world's oldest atheist. "What will you do, Bertie, if it turns out you're wrong?" she asked. "I mean, what if -- uh -- when the time comes, you should meet Him? What will you say?" Russell was delighted with the question. His bright, birdlike eyes grew even brighter as he contemplated this possible future dialogue, and then he pointed a finger upward and cried, "Why, I should say, 'God, you gave us insufficient evidence.'"
--Bertrand Russell
