Just be glad that she wasn't near an open flame. That would've been explosive!

You Know Youre Too Horny When...

When the dog tucks his/her tail between their leg when you open a can of dog food
When the cat hisses and spits at you when you open a can of tuna or friskies
When your pets hide from you during feeding time

Girlfriend and friends with benefits question or something lol

What should your reaction to his actions be? First of all, why are you settling for second fiddle? Its obvious that he wants to have his cake and eat it to with a side of ice cream/w whipped cream and a cherry. You shouldn't be going down the path you're traveling down, because it will only end in a sad way, with you being hurt and alone. That is a very slippery slope. Let me ask you this! Is he the jealous type and if so, would he condone you to seeing your ex on the side if he were in this situation? I don't think so. I'm a guy and if my significant other started seeing her ex, then that would tell me that its over. That I'm not enough. There is a reason that they're called exes. Give him a choice, its either his ex or you. I know that sounds selfish, but in the love game that's the way that it has to be. There should be no sharing or bouncing back and forth. You're in a relationship with one, not 1+!

For the gamer gals...

I enjoy all kinds, especially the Need 4 Speed series. I haven't been playing too many console games lately , I've been participating in closed and open beta testing of some new games that are either coming out later this year or early next year or playing WoW. I have met and have lots of female friends that play a lot of the online mmos and enjoy them. That's how I got into beta testing and WoW, I just wish they'd be on the servers more now.

I'm the same way, except that I'll play any game that can make me think on my feet, like Splinter Cell or Rainbow Six. I'm just glad those bullets are random blips of light and not the real thing. BEEN THERE DONE THAT, Don't plan on doing it again! I also like the Need For Speed Series except Porsche Unleashed. There was something missing with that game! But if and when I play a single player it would have to be one of the Command and Conquer series like Renegade.

If they're inferior to us, then what does that make us? Come on, nobody is inferior to anyone! If anybody believes that BS then....................... they need lots of couch time with their therapist.

What have you learned from having your heart broken?
Posted: 3/1/2007 3:57:19 AM
1. Not to make the same mistake twice, whether it's not communicating with that significant other or being insensitive to her needs.
2. To always tell her that I love and need her(if it gets that far!).
3. To love and respect her as an individual.
4. If the break up is on the horizon, try to at least make it a clean break. No use leaving with any bad feelings.

Destined to be alone:)))

I agree, but I think that you need to put REJECTION first! I'm saying this because I thought that I found the one that was meant for me, but it turned out to be one of life's cruel jokes! She said all the right things, even leading each other on with the jokes. But when it came down to closing the deal she stops returning the calls and emails instead of just coming out and saying that she is not interested. But the thing that hurts the most is that she did all of those things on my 42nd birthday this month. You'd think that I'd be used to it by now, but you never really get used to something like that.

Is Van Halen truly over and done with?
Posted: 2/8/2007 12:30:37 AM
So true, so true! That's going to be one hell of an ego train wreck, but it might be one of the more spectacular ones. How many rock bands from the past have had the entire line up from their musical journey ever come together on one stage (minus the death of members) without showing some undercurrent of hostility to each other (inflamed and over blown egos)?

how many do you regret
Posted: 7/30/2006 12:24:49 AM
The only regrets that I have about the two relationships I've had since the death of my first wife was 1.)Not being the kind of guy she wanted (gangsta and thuggish). and 2.)Getting romanticly involved with a dear and close friend. I haven't had any other romantic relationships to have any regrets. It makes no sense in having regrets about something that happened in the past because once it has happened it can never be fixed or changed. The only thing that you can do is move on hope for something better, remember the mistakes that were made so that you can avoid making them in the future.

Does your screen name fit your personality?
Posted: 7/9/2006 2:10:44 PM
My screen name not only fits my personality, but also my chosen career path. Back in the late 50's, 60's and to some extent the 70's, greasemonkey was a term of endearment and awe. Now, I guess it means something totally different. Greasemonkey: Mechanic or gearhead. I just changed the spelling around a bit to make it sound a little more funny. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE it when someone refers to me as a greasemunky, it gives me more pride to add to the my occupation and my love of the hot rods that I truly love to build and race. Being a mechanic ROCKS!

Spiritedgrl and timboy, I've been widowed once and dumped once since then. I kind of know what you're going through and then I don't, seeing as I have yet to go on a date with anyone from this site or any where else. So, if you find that all so elusive answer, please woud you share it with a fellow lonely, bruised and battered heart?

Freinds first? Are you nuts?!
Posted: 7/9/2006 1:36:35 PM
Sad, but true. I was friends with a woman out of Bremerton for about 4 years and then it happened. We started dating casually at first, then it went full bore six months later. When the relationship ended, sadly the friendship did too!

Is it bad that im on no ones favorites lists
Posted: 7/9/2006 12:43:31 PM
I for one think that it doesen't matter whether you're on someone's favorites list, because it just shows how popular you are (but that's just my opinion!) with that profile. Most of the time when someone puts you on their favorite list, its because they like your picture and don't really know who you are, what you want in a mate. I've found that most of the time when I'm added to a favorite list, I'm emailed a few times to get to know who or what I am and what I'm looking for and then the emails just stop. I really wouldn't worry about being on anyone's favorites list, its just there to get your hopes up!

what to do if ur dating well is dried up
Posted: 7/9/2006 11:44:57 AM
Don't feel bad, because that's all I've seen so far here in Washington. If they're not looking for a sexual hit and run, they're claiming to wanting more then when they see that you're not going to give them what they want, or you do stack up to what they're looking for, you never hear from them again.

This is a really bad day!

You're a siamese twin you're lonely on a Friday night, but your brother is not. You're straight, he's gay. He's got a date coming over and you only have one ***hole.

I'm 40, I've been widowed and never married again. It was a very short marriage 2 years. It was the best. Yes, women are very leery of guys over 30 who have never been married, don't ask me why because I think it's stupid.
