That is probably true the 17% thing. Yes 75% of them will do it... but those who really like to give it the 17% is probably right. Who really get into it who can't wait for you to bust a nut down their throats... the other 58% do it because they are supposed to not because they 'like' to... Whew good thing my significant other was not born in the USA! No wonder she is so entusatic!

Look up your statistics... Women in Russia greatly outnumber men. Life expectancy for women is >15 years greater than men. This is ALL over the web. Ridiculous generalizations? Get informed? How do I know you are what you are? If it was such a great county why did they leave? I keep asking that same question of all those illegal immigrants who come to the US just to complain when they get here. Why would someone risk being shot to cross over the Berlin wall in Germany? Yes the wall is gone, but the scars are still there. I don't think they risked it all back then for a McDonald's hamburger did they? I guess Hitler never invaded Russia, or Poland, and Stalin never killed millions it was all part of some right wing conspiracy 50 years ago. I figure your grandparents were alive back then... They must of really loved that one especially the blitzkrieg of Poland by Hitler... or was that a fallacy also. How was the health care and living conditions after the cities were turned into craters? Or was summer camp comparable to some German Concentration camp for some? Or are you one of those who think that all I just wrote was some conspiracy that never happened like some seem to think?

Also don't compare even locations in a county where someone lives to another part. It would be like comparing someone who lives in New York City to someone who lives on a farm in Iowa. And yes sweetheart... some were forced to pick cotton just to go to school in the former USSR. Some would go months without the ability to buy meat in a store.... So maybe they did risk being shot crossing the Berlin Wall to get that Hamburger! And yes I myself went through Checkpoint Charlie in the Berlin Wall 25 years ago and the difference between the east and west side of that city was like night and day... Amazing how a society would build a wall for a prison just to keep their own people in check, not to keep others out...

Miss that eh? Job security? Access to heath care? What health care are you talking about? My significant other will tell you of having dental care and drilling with no Novocain.. Boy I bet they miss that for sure. How would you like that in your dental plan? Or job security where the government tells you what you will be doing for the rest of your life. Or the government forcing you to pick cotton or you can't finish go to school. There is NOBODY that grew up in that mess living in the US that misses that crap if they do they are lying to you.

The problem with people in the USA is they have no idea how damn good they have it. That is what makes Eastern European Women different. Americans they will complain about gas being 4 bucks a gallon yet at the same time countries in Europe are paying 11 bucks a gallon and exporting it to the US. Americans have no idea what it is like to life in a Post War world where TENS of MILLIONS of people died in war of the government executed millions more just for doing what Americans have as a right.

One of the problems with POF is the fact that it is free. So this results in a higher demographic of people that try to blame others for their lot in life. Be it their parent, some ex-sports star, or the president of the US whoever that happens to be at the time. It's always someones fault but their own. When Priceline.com was worth more in market cap than all the airlines combined for the tickets they sold because people ran up the price who's fault was that when they bought shares at some inflated price? Or somehow its the governments fault that someone got a loan for some home they could not afford. Trying to ride some market bubble for a quick buck. Why does someone complain about the price of gas when he is driving some jacked up 4x4 with balls hanging off the bumper driving 90mph when the US imports more than 70% of it? Who's fault is that? If the government told you suddenly you could only live in a certain space, or drive a certain car there would be Civil War. Yet that is the solution to the same problems people are blaming the government for.

Like I said.. even people in the ghetto in the USA have it better that a Medical Doctor had in Easter Europe just 15 years ago. I have guys from a labor pool where I work.. they wear 200 dollar sneakers, have cell phones, and gold chains around their necks and live in a better apartment and drive a nicer car that someone in the former Eastern Europe did. Yet they don't have a high school diploma and most spent the last few years in jail, yet they complain about doing without because some yahoo on TV playing football drives a new BMW and they don't. So I guess they figure that the fact that I live in a gated neighborhood they should take that privilege away from me when I have earned it by not going to jail, and finishing school, and keeping my job by doing the right thing...

What good is a "Free" Education if you don't get paid for practicing it anyway. Hence Doctors living in studio apartment driving a 20 year old piece of crap that someone in the ghetto in the US wouldn't drive.

Yes they are... I happen to be engaged to one right now that has lived in the US for 15 years. Things that make them different.

1. They come from a lands where women vastly outnumber men. So they tend to go WAY out of their way in how they look. To be attracted due to competition where they grew up and there was much of it for fewer men. There have been articles written on the subject how even in a blizzard they will be wearing high heels to attract men and schools for sex technique--and that is part of #2 below.

2. We did not kiss on the first date she would not let me so I didn't know how the date went either. Just had a small kiss on the second... even then I was not so sure. But now I know why the wildest porn comes from the old eastern bock. Must be their training growing up to attract men...

3. They are smart! She is the smartest women I have ever met. And her friends from the old country tend to be the same way. Doctors, computer programmers, engineers...Very educated. On the other hand they don't even understand how to play baseball. And that makes it difficult when you take one to a Rays game...

4. They are well traveled, and want to see stuff. They will take care of you more so than American women as long as you provide for them. And provide does not mean give them a new BMW, but simple things.

5. They tend to be conservative that is on the political front. They know what "socialism" does to a society because they have seen it first hand. Go to school, be an MD, then live in a tiny apartment and drive a piece of junk that cost a fortune because the government wants to spread the wealth. So if you are a Obama supporter you are out of luck because they certainly don't think like you do. They had enough of that cool-aid brainwashing back in the old county.

What I have is to laugh at all of this. That all everyone is concerned with is HIV in this. That they will have 'sex' with a condom then go ahead and swallow some strange guys load like it could not possibly carry a germ. Yes if you have a cut or bleeding in your mouth "90% of all adults have some kind of bleeding gums" you could easily catch something.

What about other STD's? Hepatitis B you can catch about 100 times more likely however there is a vaccine for it. What about the classics like herpes?

Seems like everyone on this website is concerned with just HIV were they should be directing there thoughts on those other cooties out there. Unless they all already have herpes an could care less.....

A car crash that kills one person might make the second page of the paper. A plane crash that kills one person will make state-wide or national news. Over 30 thousand people die each year in cars in the US yet we hear all week about some 747 from Australasia that nobody died on for over a week now .

Can you get aids from a stranger.. of course you can. However you are about 100 times more likely to die in a car wreck this year. Maybe you should wear a condom when you drive..

I would feel like a pinecone was removed from my backside! And there would be certainly alot less ****ing at me from even 250 miles away. Of couse I would worry about my children though.
All I would hope for the sake of my 2 children was that he was sane, had a good job, and would treat my kids well. I also hope he is deaf so he does not have to hear about her conplain about how everything is every0ne elses fault. And he has real thick skin so he can take the mental beatings everyday. And dosent mind her sleeping around.

However I have come to realize that nobody is as stupid as I was 13 years ago to even THINK of making her a significant other. I guess that pinecone is not going anywhere...

Wow here is another 'study' in the fourms of POF. Forgive me if I don't share the logic.

1. If semen is a Anti-Depressant then men who never have sex would be storing it up and so the less sex they have the less depressed they would be. I would say the oppisite was true. Men who are not having sex are more depressed.
2. A female porn star would NEVER be depressed. However they still get depressed.

The most logic would be that those who are in a real relationship and are having intimate sex tend to be less depressed. Those who are just "doing it" with anyone without a bond (the same ones that tend to use condoms more) tend to get more depressed looking for "Mr. Goodbar". Because they never find what they are looking for.
See there is my logic...

Nudist Resort

Just north of Tampa there is the worlds largest nudist resort called "Paradise Lakes Resort" There are also plenty of people that live there. I have never been there however my sister lives about a mile north of it. And I have bowled at the bowling center right next door.

1. Most are older people. Not some young hottie that you would want to see.
2. >75% are males
3. Yes there are children there.. so all those child molesters out there have a place to get a view. Up into a few years ago they actually had a summer camp for teenage boys and girls. Damn that sure would of been fun when I was a teenager.

A man might "think" about it. However it does not mean he will act upon it.

I am single if one of those women were availible did come over and strip naked did that of course I would act upon it. However if I were married or involved with someone I cared about of course I would not. That is one thing that seperates man from the animal kingdom.

It does not mean that I would not think about it. I'm sure there are plenty of women out there that think about doing some guy. All those BS magizines at the grocery check out for the "Sexiest Man Alive" are directed to woman. And women buy millions of copies of them. When women look at those "sexiest men alive" are they thinking... "Wow that man would make a good friend."

Every man may look. Every man may think. But not every man acts on it. There is such a thing as self control. The whole porn industry from Playboy magizine to the latest XXX flick.. Revloves around a man's visual turn on to the oppiste sex. There are attractive woman in my neighborhood but I don't sleep with them. But I sure as hell would be lying to the world that I don't think about it when they are walking in the front yard in a bikini.

However if they came to my house naked and bent over, I certainly would not say "I don't want to ruin our beautiful relationship".. I would be doing the horizontal mombo! Yep

I canceled a second date with a woman once and she got all bent out of shape. I told her I would no longer go out with her when she told me she had some guy she went on vacations with and was 'doing' but lived far away. Sorry I'm not one for sloppy seconds. She said it was OK because they used 'protection' All I know is if they do it with them... they will do it with you also.

I want a realtionship, and that person needs to be available to date. That means emotionally ready.. It's inpossible to have a intimate physical relationship when someone is getting it from someone else. Lets face it, that is the goal of everyone on here. Be it an intimate encounter or marriage.

Well this is not Russia, and from everything that I read there is a terrible drinking problem in that country. You say you live in Bradenton? Well I live about 30 minuties from you. Open Alcohol containers in the state of florida is against the law while driving in a car. And certianly trying to relax yourself while driving by consuming vodka is certainly a problem. Calling something 'water' and putting vodka in it sounds like a problem. I tasted it, it tasted like turpentine. Why would somoene drink that while driving a car? If they say because it taste good, that is a lie. They drink it to get a buzz, get high, get relaxed, or get drunk. They don't drink vodka because it taste like Mountain Dew.

Hmmm... you got in a car and she was drinking and driving in front of you and you still what to date her.


No she was not driving me anywhere when this happend. I was driving her at the time the second meeting when she had the cup in the car. The first meeting she drove herself. I have not been in the passenger seat when this happened.

you are right I do want my gut feeling reaffirmed. For she tells me she does not have a problem and can go months without drinking. Kind of like how a smoker can quit at anytime. Yes I would say there is a very good chance she will be reading this thread. I have already told her about these things I saw. I hope that she does read this thread. For you all are outside people looking in at this, just like I am looking at her. I only see what I see and what I know from it. Her friends tell her she does not have a problem. But the girl I knew 17 years ago said the same thing and so did her friends... Until she was gone. All they saw was someone that was fun to party with.

To the one above, the telling me something was just water then finding out there was vodka in the cup with it was the biggest sign. Why would someone do that?

How can you tell if you are dating one? What are the signs? There is someone I know and I think she might have a problem. I could be wrong. She tells me she does not. The signs I see tell me she does. She says it is me, and she says her friends don’t think she has a problem. I don’t have any problem with drinking. However someone I once cared about died as a result of a drinking problem. Am I just being paranoid? I just don’t want it again. This has already caused arguments between us.
Here are the signs.

The day I first met her she drove to the meeting place with a cup of vodka and sprite in her car that she was drinking while she was driving. She told me she did it because she was nervous of meeting me even though it is against the law.

She drank several more drinks that evening above the BAC level for her weight and the time that I saw her and just drove home.

The second meeting we went out to dinner. She said she would get a cup of water to drink while we were driving to the restaurant. Later I was thirsty and went to get a sip from her cup. I gagged; she had put vodka in the cup with the water, it tasted like turpentine to me. Why would someone mix vodka in the water and tell me its just water?

She is in her 40’s and tells me she still goes out with friends and gets drunk sometimes, but not often.

If she reads this she will know I am talking about her and be angry with me even though this is completely anonymous and nobody on the planet will know I am speaking about her. But I have to know. I really have feelings for her and care about her very much.

If any of you saw these signs what would you think? Am I just making assumptions. Or am I just another controling A-Hole you hear about all the time.

A man can never be friends with a woman he finds attractive, because he will ALWAYS want to have sex with her. Anyone that thinks diffrent is only fooling themselfves. You even posted that he wanted to date her already. That means he WANTS to have sex with her. If you are more attractive to him than she is then you have nothing to worry about. There is NO way that any SINGLE woman from the former USSR can obtain a visa to come to the USA. All you need to do it go to the department of state website and they will tell you this. I was on yahoo persomals for a while and I would get these "women" all the time they were all the same.
1. Much younger
2. Very attractive
3. E-mails they never really answered normal questions you asked of them.
4. They would be 'in-love' with you by the 3rd e-mail.
5. They always want you to send money to them so they can buy a ticket or whatever.

I got one from Nigera that stated she was orgianlly from the Tampa bay area. "She" knew nothing about the area or the state of Florida for that matter.

The reason I write "she" and "women" in quotations is because most of the time it is men who write them.

I have been on here a while. I have had the old weekend of Friday, Saturday, Sunday a diffrent one every night. You always are trying to keep straight in your mind who you are talking to. You almost have to keep notes on what to say to keep repeating yourself. Same stories, Same jokes, Same BS. I hate it. Sure it makes a busy weekend of talking, but it's time to move on. All that goes through your mind is "did this woman say she was from New York, or was that the women from last night"... "is this the woman with the cat, or is she alergic" yep you need a note pad.. So I am glad I met someone off of here, finally... Trust me it has been years in the making folks. This is someone that makes my heart melt everytime I see or hear from her. I am tired of the "dating" thing I think I found someone that I really want to spend time with. She is a combination of everything I am looking for... Message #20 above I'm talkig to you..

A thousand men will have a thousand answers to that. However these are mine:

1. She want's me, but does not need me. I am capable of supporting someone, but I don't want someone to support. (does that make sense?) LOL.. If we are with each other a long time, and I love her, of course I will support her any way I can. But not on the first or second date. I upset a woman who I rejected becuase she was making a very low income, and living in a trailer. She told me on the second date that I would have to pay her for gas if I wanted to see her. RED FLAG ALERT! The way she was reacting to me when I first met her indicated to me she was looking for a way out of her situation. I want someone for me, not for my house and not for some gas in her car. Oh yea she needs to have a job... LOL

2. Inteligence. The ablity to carry on a conversation. They do not need a PhD however they should be able to talk about the world. I could care less about NASCAR. Or the lastest Britney Spears Headline. And if the "Weekly World News" is the normal paper you read to get your current events.. you are not my type.

3. Physical Attractiveness. My idea of beauty is diffrent to someone else. However she needs to be attractive to me. In my eye. I might find someone unattractive that someone else thinks is hot. Someone might think the one that I find attractive is not attractive to them. Hoever she is someone I would be happy just to be in her presnece. Some say that beauty fades and it does. However, if I am not attracted to then in the start then they are not a "keeper". I noticed that nobody put anything about how attractive someone is on this topic. I guess they figure it's too shallow. They put down "chemistry" as a catch all. I have had lots of chemisty with someone on the phone, yet when I meet them I am certainly not attracted to a woman that looks like Earnest Borgnine.

4. Sexual compatablity.. We like to do the same stuff we are into pleasing and being pleased. Nobody is selfish, we are both open. Trying something new is not taboo. However without the other things sex is the first to go. A relationship based on sex however will not last.

5. Non-smoker... she could meet all other requirements above, however if she smokes it's a no go. I know for a fact if we were in any kind of relationship I would ALWAYS try to get her to stop. It would cause conflicts. Same goes to someone who drinks way too much or uses drugs.

6. Honesty-- The foundation to any long lasting relatinship. Everyone has skeletons in the closet, everyone has baggage. But no matter how bad they are it's better to be open about it in the begining.

7. She has to be able to laugh at my stupid jokes.

1. Miss America--She needs to be beautiful to them and intelegent to them. One persons veiw on attractiveness is diffrent than someone else. Just because you think someone is "hot" someone else might think she is too skinny or fat.
2. Their Mother-- Not their real mother, just someone nurturing to take care of them and feel for them when things are bad.. And help kiss the boo-boo's and possibly be good for raising a possible future family.
3. The Happy Hooker--One who likes sex, craves sex from them, and is open in the bedroom

I think it's because they are going throught a mid-life crisis and wants to recapture their youth. Either that or they can't afford a Ferrari!


Well I did own a Lotus for many years. Yep and it was so low to the ground that I could reach out the open door and touch the ground. The car was "waist high" on me, I swear you could drive it underneath a semi truck. The engine was right behind my head, mid engine, 2 seats, and it was quick as hell. Oh yea I was in my 20's when I bought that car, I got it when I was in the Navy. But a bike is a diffrent feeling. Like the writer above. The sights, the sounds, the wind in your face, Leaning in turns... And no matter how "dangerous" they are the "danger" is part of the attraction of them. I think that is another reason that allot of women are attracted to men who ride them. Some women don't like them, my mother included. But like I said I did not buy it for my mother or future Mrs. Billybobjimbo. I bought it for ME!!

Lets see I guess I qualify as "middle-age" so why do I have a bike?

First off I don't have a Harley or a Crusier type bike like 95% of those "middle agers" have. I have a sport bike... because if If I am riding one to be YOUNG... I might as well be able to go well over 150.

1. I can afford one or two
2. I have no woman in my life telling me I should not have one, and telling me I should be spending the money on this, or this, or her, or the kids, or our next vacation, or a new hair dryer, or a new necklace for her. THIS IS FOR ME. If she does not like it that is fine. If she does like it, all the better. I did not buy it to attract women. I BOUGHT IT FOR ME.
3. It's secondary transportation for me if my cars in the shop to get to work
4. It can get as high as 50mpg on the highway, zero to 60 in 3 seconds, and over 170mph... tell me a car that will do that? So why does the OP ask about those men driving "jacked-up" 4X4's getting 6mpg and "nut sacks" hanging on the rear bumpper.. when gas is over 3 bucks a gallon.. why they do that?
5. I ride it 50% of the time to work. I am not a poser it is used as trasportation. I ride ALL the time. Why do I? Because A. It's fun B. It gets great gas milage C. It's fun. I said fun twice... that's because it's twice as fun as a "sports car". I have owned a few sports cars over the years, and the bike is much more entertaining to ride. I look foward to riding it everytime. When was the last time you said that about your vehicle?
6. I used to ride them when I was younger in the military in my 20's, but now I can afford one.
8. Those who don't ride, would never understand. On a cool day in the hills it reminds me of snow skiing.
9. Those who do not ride incluiding the OP "WILL NEVER UNDERSTAND" if you want to understand why someone would own one. Take a Motorcycle Safety Foundation Class and learn to ride. Then maybe you would learn what the attraction is... For both men and women.
10. I WANTED ONE Age has nothing to do with it. Oh yea age did have a factor. When I sat on a crusier type bike like a Harley.. it made me feel OLD and that I should get some tatoos and grow a beard. When I sat on my bike I felt much younger.

Interesting on what 'definitions' are. The same person can be two. Also what one finds attractive is diffrent from one person to the next.

Growing up seeing the Movie "Grease" Olivia Newton-John played both a cute/pretty girl and a hot girl. Being in high school at the time the part where she played the cute girl was my dream girl, cute and classy.. I jsut wanted to take her home and cuddle. Then molest her slowly.. Men as a general rule fall in love faster than women. That is because men are more 'visual' than women and will look at a woman and based on how she looks belive she is everything he is looking for. Many years ago I saw some TV show that said on average men can fall in love in only 3 dates, and a women takes 10. That is because women tend to fall in love on a more spiritual level then men. Unless the guy is in a rock band and is unemployed.. then they fall in love on the first date..

How fast does a woman fall in love? Depends on how fast you can count out $20 bills into her hand..

Like what was said: The "Honeymoon Stage"... A deep sexual infatuation that someone will just look past faults. This is where women seem to be attracted to men that are TERRIBLE to them, are into drugs and still screwing all of her friends. But she still sticks to him like glue. Even though people tell her otherwise.

The average life for a marriage leading to divorce is 4 years. That honeymoon state normally last for about 2 years. When I was married I was told that the first 2 years were the hardest. I think that the first two years were wonderful, and I miss that feeling I had with her. It is not the classic 7 year itch that everyone seems to think of.

Only 6 months sounds quite disturbing. Nobody is perfect. And nobody ever really knows the one they fall in love with inspite of everthing you hear. EVERYONE has baggage, and eveyone has skeletons in the closet. Our bagage in life makes us who we are in the present.

There are cases where someone proposed on the first date and stayed married for 50 Years (Paul Harvey the Raido guy is an example of that) Then there are cases where they have been dating or living with each other for 10 years and are divorced within 3 months.

Just saying you love someone in a fourm means nothing. My ex told everyone how much she loved me all the time and to everyone. 2 months after a party when the whole world thougght she was crazy about me... she wanted a divorce.

That was 13 years ago.... I still miss her... Why you ask? Because I have not ever found anyone again that made me feel like she did...

one thing to teach about the consequences of sex and another to teach about the proper way to give a blow-job. If you are so concerned about your children being taught the proper way to engage in anal or the proper way to do 3 guys at once then you should teach them yourself. If you taught technique where would you draw the line? If my children were being taught sex techniques at school I would be going berserk.
Like I said if you are so interested in teaching how to do it. Sit down and watch pornos with your kids. They might like watching them more than Barney Videos.

The subject is "What do you thik of girls with Tattoos". I gave my opinon, I'm sorry if it touched a nerve in some. Some women on here are getting very defensive on this, if you like a tattoo that's fine. If you think you look better with a mural on your back and "letft and Right" on each breasst great! If you feel more sexualy attractive with a butterfly on each butt cheek great! Maybe the art on your back is for your boyfriend to look at when he is doing you doggie style, I have no idea.

However I don't like them and I gave my opinion, however there are 10 million other men who love tattoos. That is who you should persue. Some people think it's classy to have a barbell in thier tongue or have a spiked mohawk on thier head and wonder why they don't get a job as the CEO. To each their own. I personally think I have enough incriminating marks on my body already.
