I never asked anyone to carry my baggage...never expected to share my rock load either...sometimes life just takes a turn that can't be explained or taken back no matter how much we wish it could be. I will gladly carry my own rocks if you will continue to walk with me. We just need to follow the Light so we can stay on the path.

Sorry I was just reading your posting and found it very interesting... I did something really stupid and the man I absolutely adore and I think feels the same way about me is asking me to slow down... give him time . I believe that we will be able to get on with our lives and get past this.... but what we both need is time to heal time to sort out our thoughts and time to realize our dreams. Slow isn't a bad thing it can be a healing process.

Hello Freeman..... it is my opinion that some people are baggage handlers and some aren't. Sometimes it's easier to have someone help you with your baggage than carry it yourself... don't see anything wrong with "sharing the load". Some people don't want any help at all and others will suck you dry trying to unload their baggage on you.... fine line..

Gee I have been married and divorced 3 times also part my fault part not...Married at 16 Yep 16 to my kids father...way too young... he had a horrible temper...I never knew when to shut up you know the story... lasted 6 yrs. 2nd time married a man who "loved" my girls and me...to much sent him to prison for sexual abuse....another 9yrs gone...3rd time married for 15 yrs to a wonderful man except he slept with someone too close to me to ever forget....so how many marriages is too many you tell me. I would do it again if I found the "right" man. Crazy maybe... people say they would never "hook up" with someone off the internet I say I haven't done too well face to face so why not???

I know where to find at least 1 older man and he seems to have the right idea...that some things do improve with age and slooooooow isn't always a bad thing... in fact I like it....
