Hello everyone, I am thinking of relocating to Nevada, however I have grew up in Vancouver, BC area , so I think there are going to be some adapting, since I am going from a rain forest to the desert, Do any of you have helpful tips to survive living in the desert?

I do know one.. hydration, I know when I went to Wendover NV, I drank sooo much water, that I didnt dare drink anything else, and that was on cool day.

I always thought this was a real stupid concept but my room mate works with a guy who has a mail order bride from Korea and they are very happy and have been for 15 years. I am not at all interested in getting one I am just wondering if anyone thinks this can work and a meaningful relationship could come of it.

So If you met someone and fell in love with them and then the relationship progressed to very serious....etc.etc..and this person was slim when you met them but gained 50lbs or more would you still want to stay with them...I am just interested in what people think about this subject...I dont think there is a right or wrong answer..just opinions are interesting.

Ok, I am a recovering neat freak, My last girlfreind was meticulously good at her hygene and style , but when it came to her home it was a total mess nintey percent of the time... It drove me nuts.
When we split I figured that if nothing else I wouldnt have to deal with the looking at the mess all the time anymore... heres the thing though

GOD im so tired of heartbreaks....REAL love sounds good... but it doesnt seem to be in my destiny...Why do people break hearts? That is so destructive. My sympathy goes out to any of you on this site who are experiencing that awful feeling of heartbreak. I barely made it from the last one....It put a severe stress on me.... Advice: Dont trust someone just because they say i love u, or they show you they love you. Later on, they will show their true colors.

I'm terrible for late night snakin!!! I've been known to cook a steak and hour before I hit the sack. Smoked oysters on ritz crackers is a fav for sure. Egg salad sandwich takes no time at all!!! Garlic sausage, veggie wheat thins, with colby cheese!!! I live to eat!! Dang good thing I have a fairly high matabolizm(sp)
