hi i also would be interested in this forum. i am single of my son who is 13. he has diagnosis of aspergers and ocd. he is having a lot of problems coping with school at the moment. and is being teased and bullied. i have written to the principal, and spoken to a number of professionals to try and help him with the issues he is facing at school. its so heartbreaking and he has no real friends at school that he can hang out with and feel safe with. and soon he will have to go to highschool. the battle has only just begun.

wow!!! so many posts on this subject. im a lady who is a bit cuddly. and i dont know if anyone has given my perspective, were so many posts to read and couldnt get through all of them. i found when i was a bit slimmer i got so much attention from guys, but still do. but i got a bit tired of being perved on and guys only seeing me as sex object. so i have put a bit of weight on. its cut down the number of guys perving. ok i dont know what kind of responses i will get to this. i know its normal for guys to find women visually appealing and everything. but now i feel my extra little bit of padding is giving me some protection, against too much attention. it might sound sad. what i am saying. but i am happy and not interested in sex until i find mr right.

thanks rain maiden but im not looking for a lover. looking for friendship first that may develope into relationship. not looking for sex. not until i have formed strong relationship. thanks anyhow. but maybe i will look at my restrictions and see if i can change that. as you see i have changed my main image cos i think it was way to sexy. sorry if i sound like a prude. just want someone who i can get to know and who wants to get to know me.

please i want to change my image on my profile, and it keeps coming up as error, im worried my pic is too sexy. i dont want to send out wrong signal

i finally got a pic on my profile, but tried adding an image but it didnt work. oh well sigh i dont have digital camera or scanner. oh well its just i wanted to try put better pic up.

hi carrie im also single mum. would be great to catch up with other single mums. maybe share babysitting, i have no support and its hard for me to get out. have son full time. so anyone else here interested in forming a support group

hi i tried to send my pic. but havent had any luck. i do not have digital camera, scanner etc. i sent pic from my email via mobile phone. but it said not right size. please can someone help

hi singanddance, thank you for your post. very hard to get services and respite, i am trying. so nice to hear from you. i may have to go private for services. not easy when you are single parent. i noticed you are behavioural expert, sorry cant remember exact terminology. yeah i need a psychologist. again i like to say thanks for your reply.

i dont know what to do. i have child with special needs and dont have anyone to babysit. but if i was to get a date i would first of all meet the person in public place without child if i could get babysitter. i dont have any family i can depend on and the dad is not in the picture. so i guess dating is off the menu. son has aspergers and ocd.
