lol, I'm asking for what? My shit talk was backed up by the Eagles' performance. Who's the NFC East champs?
We can debate all day long, but the truth has been told, the Eagles are the NFC East champs. I may sound like a broken record, but it's the truth.
I do love my team no matter what, just look at last season and all those years with Kotite and Ray Rhodes.

You prejudged philly before the season started and came up completely wrong with your evaluations, you shouldn't make anymore evaluations, they embarrass you. The Philadelphia Eagles are the NFC Champs.....

once again you bring up the booing santa and cheering michael irving getting hurt......
influenced by the media I see. Come to a game, make your own judgements. So I guess when Deion Sanders makes excuses for T.O. you buy into that too. don't believe what everyone tells you, you should know that by now.

Indy kicked the crap out of the Eagles this year. In fact the Eagles went 1-3 against the AFC...losing to two teams that didn't make the playoffs. Philly is a good a candidate as NFC champ as anybody(though I think NO and Chicago and Seattle are all better teams but not by much) but none of the NFC teams has a prayer against whomever wins the AFC.
Boy....stever really gets his panties in a wad if anyone so much as suggests Philly might not win. Not a personal attack, dude. Lighten up. We're just talking football.
my point was, if the AFC is the division to beat this year, how in the hell will Indy make it? 3 turnovers against any other team besides K.C. is a trip home.
1-3 against AFC teams two of them didn't make the playoffs....
Once again, in that 1 win they shut down L.T. and the Chargers. Who happen to be the AFC favorite to make the superbowl. go figure.
My panties arent in a wad, my thong is up my ass, get it right. I'm also talking football, but it's ok for people to bad mouth my team but not ok for me to talk sh*t back? If you can dish it out you better be able to take it.

obviously steve im a better gambler than you, and im pretty sure im KNOW more than you about gambling....
Do you honestly think that ANY nfc team would be favored over any afc team?.....
even your beloved eagles would be 4-8 point dogs to anyone in the afc...trust me on that....Do you honestly think that ANY nfc team would be favored over any afc team?.....

pretty sure isnt 100% sure......
like I said, if the Eagles make it and are the u.d., give me the spread and name your price, I have paypal. We can even make it a weak bet, doesnt matter. I'm that confident the NfC will cover...

seem to recall NO beating Philly earlier this year.....with McNabb. Eagles living on borrowed time. I wonder how all the insane Eagles fans would react if somehow Garcia got them to the Super Bowl. Would they want to keep Garcia and get rid of McNabb?
I know one thing.........just at the moment the Eagle fans get their most annoying and arrogant....is usually when the choking Eagles usually bite it. Now that they are pumped up after beating a less than mediocre Giants team on a last second field goal, they will naturally come out in NO and lay an egg
here's one of the main sh*t talkers right here.......
hmmm, the saints barely beat the Eagles (by a field goal), and that was when Philly's D wasn't even running in top gear.
I also recall Washington beating up the saints this year too, so whats that say? I'll answer it for you... anything can happen. This is also the same Philly team that shut down LT. So keep coming with your silly nonsense.
Last second field goal? It's called clock management, we had the ball for almost the final 5mins. of the 4th quarter and won it in dramatic fashion.

I'm not saying the Eagles are gonna win the SuperBowl, but I can gloat. Remember in preseason when some of the same guys on here talked all that poop about Philly doing nothing this year? (of course the main sh*t talkers are nowhere to be found). Well I stood by my team, stuck up for them, and who was right? I was. Like I said, we can pull up all of the old threads and giggle together.

you're kidding right? you say our Eagles wont make it but Indy will? lol. You "think" they can't get by the ravens? lol. Go back to the 'recipes & cooking' forums.

right now, (im a gambler)....the afc is favored by 7 over the nfc in the superbowl...for all you that dont understand that.....vegas is basically saying, that no matter who makes it from the afc, they are a touchdown better than ANY nfc team........
ok, so you must not be a good gambler. you think vegas wants you to

Emotional and mental pain? Athletes are afforded the best healthcare possible! They're million dollar investments, would you put out millions on something and not take care of it? It's more like a cry for attention, not much news you can make being sidelined with a broken finger. I don't want to see the guy die, but he's an idiot. It must be real tough making millions a year playing a kid's sport and having millions of fans. Poor T.O. What a ****. Hopefully this is the end of his career.

Well.............
the first half looked great. What the heck were the Eagles thinking playing so conservatively in the second half? Besides the 8 sacks, the D fell apart like no other. Barring a couple lucky plays (PLaxico fumble recovered by Carter in the endzone, the 2 lollipops Eli threw up, one was a completion, the other was the game winner), we handed that shit away.
And as I always have said, L.J. Smith is a bum. He may put up numbers, but count how many passes he drops during a game. Sad.
Oh well....

jaworski is another guy who doesn't know half of what he thinks he does.
That's the truth! He's a salesman, that's all he seems to do. Tries to sell you into thinking he's right. Eagles preseason was brutal with him on the announce team. He made our rookie WR's out to be the next Jerry Rice. But as soon as the season starts they do what they do best, disappear.

The NFC East is a joke.
Washington, beat at HOME by MINNESOTA!!!!!!!!!!!! lmao.
Dallas-Tony Romo will be taking snaps in a few weeks, and you think it looks bad with Bledsoe back there. T.O. did his thing putting up the personal numbers, but who won that game?
The Giants- I like Eli, but he's in no way a leader in the huddle.
Keep underestimating the Eagles, I love it.

A win is a win. The Eagles don't pick and choose who they play. At least they won it with authority and didn't skim by.
Eagles 1-0
p.s. who would've thought that after week 1 (with the exception of tonight's games) that Pennington would be the league's top passer? lol.

Yes that's what this thread is about. QB's who are good but had $hitty a$$ seasons last season. Then you flipped it up saying Palmer wasn't even the best in his division. All I said was Palmer was the 2nd best QB in the league last season, and the stats proved my point. Our conversation was off-topic the whole time. We should've started a different thread, lol.

Yea. you sure do display some great football knowledge. Ty for the great insight. The subject wasn't who has the most wins, it was who is the better qb. Big Ben didn't win those games himself. Like you said, Steelers D is a major factor. Big Ben is an average QB at best. Take away Hines Ward and the defense, and you have a major problem.

oh you mean regular season quarterback ratings. look over that list and tell me how great the guys are that are ranked ahead of brady. and then tell me how many guys on that list did not make the playoffs and last but not least look up on your free web site, palmers and bens qb ratings for the post season!! yahtzee!!!
Superbowl ring or not, I think everyone would agree they'd rather have Palmer as their Qb before Big Ben. $hit, I bet that Big Ben wouldn't even make the top five QB's people would want as their QB. All you have are personal opinions, stats don't lie. I'm not one to play the 'what if' game, but what if Palmer didn't get injured? You still think the Steelers would have won it all?
