Why Do Men Always Say They Are Not Just Looking For Sex
Posted:

Well, like me, you have not found that special someone. I will probably get attacked by what I say being male but, oh well. There are a few of us men that are not looking for instant gratification, as that is short lived. But rather the opportunity to make love, when it is mutually right, after a strong friendship foundation has been laid down. Making love to strengthen the commitment to a longer journey. Well maybe one day.
Thanks.

Definition of Romance
Posted:
2/9/2009 11:25:36 PM
I thought coming on Valentines day this would be a fitting question. And since everyone's opinion is different and matters, I am asking "What do you consider Romantic or even better your definition of Romance?"
thanks.

Too Affectionate
Posted:

Let me eloborate on the WHAT that brought about this comment. We were watching a movie at the theatre as part of a date/spending time, etc. While we were seated she turned around to a position where she wanted me cuddle and hold her. I kissed her on the cheek, about 3 times. I do recall her saying at that point, "You're very affectionate". Only to realize days down the road that actually meant "You too affectionate".
Thanks for all your comments.

Too Affectionate
Posted:

Hello,
I (male) was recently told by a female that I was "too affectionate in public". I have never heard of this, or perhaps just a first for me. I thought I would get a few opinions on what this really meant. I mean men are always faulted for not being affectionate enough, or is there a hidden message here.
Thanks.

Connection vs Chemistry
Posted:
2/4/2009 6:45:36 PM
This might be an ignorant question but I will ask it anyway, as I interested to see what people's opinion are. Is there a difference between having chemistry and having a connection? Are they one in the same? Do you have to have chemistry to have a connection? What is meant one someone says, "we have a strong connection but no chemistry"?
Thanks in advance.

I have an honest question

I think keeping things on a first name basis adds some comfort both for you and him. And some, primarily single mothers feel they want to do that to protective of their kids. Makes total sense to me. Most ladies and men for that matter, over time divulged many things about themselves as they feel more comfortable. In this case, if I were the guy, and I didnt have something to hide, I would provide the last name not thinking that you were forward or anything.

What makes a woman over 40 sexy?
Posted:

A woman over 40 is sexy in many ways. Firstly, she is thinking on a different level then just getting laid, on the most part. She has a level of sophistication, elegance and romance. A woman over 40 has experience many up and downs in her life, makes for great dinner conversation. Her outlook on life is all about just looks but the person's inner persona and finding the strong connection to make her happy.
