Ive now messaged ALL of the women within 25 miles of me that I would be remotely interested in being friends with (25-30 gals)....no rude or nasty messages just a "Hey, read your profile and Id like to talk...see if we get along" kinda thing (and not in those words....) And I aint just goin for the model body gals, cus thats not really my thing anyway. No responses as of yet (still have 4 or 5 messages that are unopened though) I guess Ill just lay low till we get some more female users in the Austin area....this kinda sucks....Im off the the bar to try it the old fashioned way......AGAIN.

Oh, and I bet you thought a lot about romance in the 1st 10 years of your life...You havent been in the game since birth. Not trying to pick on YOU or make generalizations about ALL women, I can only speak on the vast majority in my personal experiences, and I do. I speak what I feel and know, I DONT hold back, and I give nothin but honesty. Its too much for most people, but hey if its too hot get out the kitchen is my philosophy. No bad intentions here, and didnt mean to offend ya, but Im not gonna lay back and take it you know where just I had the gall to actually say what was on my mind. Oh, and on the subject of smoking....Being a smoker I know that the majority of us dont enjoy killing ourselves with poison, but its an addiction. Personally, I know that if a really special girl came along that didnt want to date a smoker that would be some GREAT motivation to quit. But Im SURE as hell not going to lie about it in my profile just to attract more women. All Im sayin is it might be a BIG loss to ignore every smoker that messages you. Were not the devil, we just have a problem that you dont like. You dont think somone who really loves you would kick a habit or two for ya? -R

1st of all, Ive given yall (women) the benefit of the doubt for the past 6-7 years of my life and have gotten nothing but disappointment and heartache. If thats not the recipe for a little pessimism then what the hell is? Secondly, It DOES help being on a fav. list or two. Dont tell me that knowing at least 7 people MIGHT be in the LEAST bit interested in you doesent do a little something for your confidence. But when you send out 40-50 emails and get 1 or 2 responsesId say you have a bit of a right to complain about it. And Id say that also would qualify a "vast majority" statement speaking of the way women treat the guys that approach them whether it be online or at a bar. So, until you send out 30 emails without a response dont tell me or any of the rest of us that its OUR fault.

I feel ya girl...actually I dont. I havent even gotten a phone # off this site yet. And I consider myself to be a no BS honesty first kind of guy. My conclusion is that no matter how much women SAY they want a nice honest man, they really just want the same old ***holes. I know, poor outlook.

Maybe Im an undesirable, or maybe Im from the wrong town, but Im about to give up on this online dating thing all together if somethin doesent happen. Eh, the bars aint too bad I guess.....
