being stalked by bf's co-worker(REAL PROBLEM)
Posted: 10/18/2009 4:42:51 PM
This guy ain't that bright it seems. He can get charged for harrassment. Lose his job and have a record for life.

If you are smart. You should do the following. Keep all your phone records that he has made to your phone etc... Notify the police and file charges. If not things could get worse. Also, change your phone number. If you don't, image this loser doing this to other women.

It's actually a serious offence. People sometimes don't realize that there are conciqueinces for doing stuff like that. That's my advice.

Tiesto - Kaleidoscope
Posted: 10/13/2009 10:48:00 PM
Anyone heard Tietsto's new album - Kaleidoscope. Just came out as of yesterday.

Has some good tracks. Even Nelly Furtado featured on one. The new album, I find it more of a worldly catagorized album. Teisto's previous albums, I find are alot better.

Still the new album interesting to listen to. Anyone else have this album? What's your thoughts on the new album?

Rules of first date?
Posted: 9/29/2009 10:23:05 PM
Skip all the rules. First of all, stop all the worrying. That'll just create further worrying.

Dating, is supposed to be about having fun and meeting interesting, intelligent people out there..

I think a lot of people have simply forgotten about the simple side of things when it comes to dating. I personally don't date a lot these days. Wish I did more. But the simple fact is. Because everyone these days wants that perfect mirror image of someone or at least the person they wish they could meet.

It shouldn't have to be stated as rules. Ishould be about respecting that individual that you are with.

Dating, whether it's the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or more. It should all be about having fun! Keep the date (s) interesting and memorable. If its lasting, that's something two people can look back at and know it was a good thing.

Cell phones and the first date
Posted: 9/28/2009 11:53:20 AM
OMG, I hate that! When I'm on a first date, all my attention is focused 100% on the girl that I am with. Not their Blackberry!

Sure, I have admit phones are good to have, emergency use and for work contacts and use. But every 2 minutes you they have to pick up and answer their Blackberry. That annoys the hell outta me.

The last date I was on, the girl kept answering her stupid Blackberry, drove me nuts. She was chatting about stupi stuff. We were walking to a restarant and she seemed more into her stupid phone then being with me.

I asked her a simple question what would you do if you lost your Blackberry? She said she'd die without it. It was her lifeline. I said really? I would never have thought why... I said can I see your Blackberry she she sure. Just as long as I get the next call coming in. I asked, so if you say lost it would you get it back in the mail or from telus, she said yes. And say why would I lose, its hear right infront of me. ( something a no brainer would say ) We were coming up to the restarant and her Blackberry rang and some guy by the name Kevin was on the other end. Was just about to the restarant, when we were right by a mail box ( you know where this is going ), I grabbed her phone and told Kevin that she's on a date and can't talk now. I then threw the phone into the mailbox. Looked at my date and said, Hey the minutes sure seem to fly by, she looked really stunned, I said oh we are at the restarant. She was white as a ghost. She said huh ya. But managed to get her into the restarant. Date was good after that. No more Blackberry.

Approaching a group
Posted: 9/28/2009 10:07:54 AM
Approaching a group of women may seem ackward to some and easy for others. I think when you walk into a room that is full of great people, the best thing to do is, I th is be noticed. Or get noticed.

If you are a confident guy. I mean not overly confident. But a guy who is proud of himself, who isn't afraid to initiate a or any conversation, stands proud of who he is as a person. You have to stand like you are that center of attention, most of all smile and look like you are happy. People can sense when you are happy or not.

If its a dance club, ask to girl if she'd like to dance. Standing pretty, beauitful, whatever in any club, doesn't do anything for any girl. But yes she gets noticed!

My attitude towards approaching women is this, and its simple. Who cares what anyone else thinks or says to you. Think from your heart. If you simply feel at that any given moment, hey I want to talk to this her, just do.

A guy who walks up to a group women, shows them, hey this guy is confident and he's not shy. I'm pretty sure they are also thinking why is he here and what does he want. Just talk to them. Keep it simple, a nice compliment usually works, ask how there night is and whats the occasion of the evening. after that, not to look like you are a clingy guy, simply walk away and say something like, have a great evening ladies.

If they see or catch you dancing on the dancefloor, looking like you are having fun. Hey you never know they might just approach you!

The key is look like you are having fun, that will get you some attention.

Roadtrips are awesome. There is so much to see along the way. Sure all know about the big cities and popular destinations. But when you are driving, sometimes its good to get off the main path along the way. You might see something interesting and learn from that experience. Best of luck! Sounds like alot of fun!

Hit and run auto accident
Posted: 9/26/2009 5:15:33 PM
Turns out the the driver and owner of the car, who a 20 yr old male who lives in New Westminister. The driver was in the car at the time of the accident, was not the owner.

My guess is it was a family member or friend. Anyways regardless of what happened, the was a coward.

I was completely stopped at a red light, I did have quite a bit of open space infront of my car. The car that rear ended was not doing the speed limit, which was 70km's, I'm guess he was driving 80km's plus when I was rear ended. Cause it hurt like hell.

Amazing part was, I did get the license, model, make, and color of the car. As of the driver was a blur. I was in complete shock. My car is still driveable. Guess its biult better that I thought. My bumper and rear support bar took most the impact. The police will be issueing both the owner and driver at that time with quite a bit of tickets.

I did go to the hospital, I hate hospitals. I waited 6 1/2 hrs till I could finally see a doctor. I think by the time I had the xray's and the medication perscribed to me, that only took, tops 30mins. Ouch eh?!

All I know is I am going to get a lawyer and I am going to sue these individuals for all my injuries, lose of work, and damage to my car. I take a lot of pride in owning a car, I keep my car in emaculate shape. I just want it back to the way it way. Spotless and clean. As for myself, the healing part that will take some time. I'm lucky that at least I have a high pain threash hold. I can considerably hold a lot of pain. But when I was in the hospital, the nursies could see I was in pain, I had tears in my eyes. The pain was undescribable. Yes, it sure sucks. I just want to get better.

Hit and run auto accident
Posted: 9/25/2009 12:15:54 PM
First of all. Where is the compassion? Out the window I guess.

I get rear ended by another driver last night on my drove home from work. I was completely stopped at a red light during rush hour. I saw a car, well a quick 10 glimpse of this car driving up behind me. The speed on Hwy # 10 is 70km's, He was well over that. I estimate 80 km's plus. He slammed dead on into the rear end of my car. I don't know if anyone has ever been hit that hard before. I mean the impact even pushed my car forward. Thank goodness I left enough space infront. There was enough space that I didn't even come close to hitting the driver infront of me. For that first 15 30 sec he just sat there. Then he got out his car for mur 10 -30 sec asked if I was okay. I said no. I was in total shock. So he walked back to his car, where I thought he was calling 911 or the police, or the fire department. Instead he he and his passenger drove away at a high rate of speed! I was able to get the liscense plate number and the vehicle description.

I'm the guy who has to suffer. It sucks, my backs killing me, can't sleep, can't barely move, can't work, my car is dented.

I'm upset that the fact was the other drivers didn't have any compassion or care in the world! I mean no one stopped to help me. It getting home all that is important these days? Even if I was killed, I don't think anyone would have stopped to help or check on me.

I am really speechless. Are people really that ignorant. I don't even know if that's the right words to put it.

why do they do this?
Posted: 9/25/2009 11:04:22 AM
If any guy can't message a girl directly. Then that either tells you he is either shy or can't think of anything nice to say to you. I don't see any point why I would want to put any woman on a favorites list. Makes women think they have a stalker or a weirdo guy tagging them. I find it just strange.

What gym behavior annoys you the most?
Posted: 9/25/2009 10:53:22 AM
The gym is a place to workout. Not to check out women.

Annoys the heck outta me. I pay quite a bit as is to go to the gym.

Its like when I want to run on the trend mills especially that, sure there are some fairly attractive women there. You definitely don't stare at them to all ends. It annoys me that guys will stand there and not use the equipement and just stare at the women. Go somewhere else.

Or when I am into my fitness routine and women start to follow me around the gym like a lost puppy dog. I just try to ingore people sometimes. There are times I just want to unwind after a long days work. I don't want socialize, just want that time to myself, lol I can't even get that. Sure I like socializing. But everyone needs their own space sometimes.

Thank goodness for the invention of the I Pod. I just zone out, listen to me tunes and workout. Sure if people want to socialize, say after you workout that is fine. If while working out, as long as it relates to fitness, sure why not.

Approaching women in bars
Posted: 9/7/2009 6:01:05 PM
Approaching women is easy. It's called confidence. It's all about socializing and having fun anyways. If you can keep someone intrigued and interested in you for 60 seconds then you are fine. That's how I see things. You have to have no fear. Don't worry about what anyone else has to say or do. I believe that if any guy out there, really likes a girl, he'll do almost anything to get that one chance to approach her.

how to approach girls on this site?
Posted: 8/27/2009 11:40:14 PM
Have some confidence in yourself first of all. Saying hi to someone isn't the end of the world. Just be yourself. I'm sure women like a guy who puts some thought into what he has to say to her. If she likes what you have to say, bonus! Approach girls on this site like how you would if you were in person to them.

I see quite a few nice looking rides out there. Would be cool getting car enthusiasts of all kinds together. Import, domestic, exotic all together.

Meet up somewhere, see what everyone drives, customizes, etc. Pick a destination and just cruise up to and go for lunch somewhere.

Anyone interested?

Craigslist is great. Great if you are looking to buy a new or used vehicle. Gives you plenty of information and research that you sometimes need that the dealership personals won't tell you.

As of selling, I've sold sports game cards, comic books, books, murals that I have drawn and airbrushed, tools, CD's, DVD's, car audio accessories as well as car parts, sports jersey's and hats.

Comic Books!
Posted: 7/26/2009 11:31:35 PM
Comic books eh! Wow, I used to be a hard core collector. Was up to 6000 comic books at one time. Sold some, gave away some here and there, even burnt them on at open fire. That was a mistake, oops!

Think I'm up to about somewhere in the area of 600 plus comic books. Hopefully I can sell most of them. I know alot are worth a lot of money, but its hard finding people who are interested in comic books. Its like collecting sports cards or hot wheels.

I have marvel - new and old school - uncanny x-men and x-factor, DC Comics, huge collection of sci-fi comics.

I have stuff like, uncanny x-men, x-factor, excalibur, most of the original tmnt comics, lots of batman comics, wolverine, ghostrider, superman and death of superman - sealed bag, the original spawn # 1 - 12, akira ( all ), robotech - most of all the series - macross, robotech masters, invid invasion, most of Robotech the Sentinels, venus wars, silent mobieus, appleseed, gunhed, macross plus, macross 2, aliens series, predator series, star wars origin comics, spiderman comics, hulk. Too many to list.

Car brake question
Posted: 7/26/2009 11:15:08 PM
You think that when you take your vehicle to any auto shop, that they would have qualified mechanics there. Especially when you get your brakes done. You have to wonder if they have filled the brake fliuds as well.

I find that whenever anyone going to a body shop or mechanic, that after the work is done, whatever that might be, that on the receipt, it shows exactly what was done with your vehicle. This is something that everyone should look at or at least question, was all the work done that you originally requested.Otherwise, if not, they are responsible for what they have done, regardless if it was a mistake and mishap. They are held countable.

I hate taking my car to those places. Thank goodness I can at least do the minor mechanics stuff like brakes, oil changes, tire rotations, detailing.

Get in my car and hit the open road. I love roadtrips. Sometimes the destination is unknown. Makes it a bit interesting sometimes.

Traveling Alone?

When travelling, wherever that destination is, you'll always end up asking yourself was it worth it? That depends. Was it something you have always dreamed about doing or was it a spur of the moment thing. Travelling alone is fine sometimes. No matter where you go, you are going to run into people eventually. I really prefer travelling with someone else, but a the moment that is not the case.

The # 1 goal about travelling alone, is to make as many friends as you can. It seems like a hard task, but really its easy if you put your mind to it.
