How to tell it to him ?
Posted:

OP,
I wouldnt tell him. I've been in theatre overseas and I know how tiny little things can be huge distractions over there. The one thing about cancer is that you're more than likely not going to pass away tomorrow.
It is nice to have your BF to lean on in times like this, but unfortunately he's not able to give you the support you need at the moment. I would only inform him if the prognosis was completely dire and you were close to the end. Its unfortunately too much for someone to handle given the situation he's in. He's under an extreme amount of stress and this will only add to it. If you do feel the need to say something, just say the doc is running a few extra tests on you. You'll have to look for the support you need elsewhere, perhaps with family, friends, or even a cancer-related support group.

Pierced Clitoris
Posted:

In this day and age, getting an infection in your piercing is due to lazyness. Its not very hard to keep a piercing clean, the only hard part is keeping your partner's hands and tongue off it while it heals properly.
Most genital piercings dont get infections. Everytime you urinate, you are sterilizing the area in which that was pierced. Unless the person has a bladder infection or something along those lines, these piercing generally dont get infected. In fact, they tend to heal faster than most other piercings on the body.

Are people willing to date people who work shift work?
Posted:
6/28/2007 4:02:26 PM
i honestly never had a problem with it. it does make a difference at the start of a relationship. someone already said that it would cause the relationship to progress slower.
i was recently in the situation where i was already in a relationship and he moved to shift work. he decided to end things because of that without giving it a chance. thought it would be too hard for us.
sometimes its worth it to take the chance.

Cell Phones On a Date,Do You Really Need It?
Posted:
2/21/2007 11:51:37 AM
I put my phone on vibrate. I have voicemail AND caller ID, so I can always see exactly who called. I try not to answer my phone. If its going off uncontrollably, then I will casually excuse myself to make sure there wasnt an emergency.
The most hilarious thing happened when I had a loaner phone for a few days. The thing was a beast. I had the phone set to vibrate and it was in my purse. My purse was leaning against my chair and I was leaning on the table. He was leaning on the table too.
My phone vibrated and HE COULD FEEL IT. That was a good laugh.

How long for cunnilingus?
Posted:
11/22/2006 2:14:27 PM
30 mins?!?!? you'd be prying me off the ceiling.
there is no time limit to be down there. the way i look at it, if she O's, then she O's. if not, well, after 30 mins, maybe you should just try something else. no one said you had to just do cunnilingus

Re: what is the nicest or sweetest thing someone has ever said or done for you?

i occasionally get faint and twitch... one day, i had to leave work cause of it. my friend picked me up from work and let me stay at his house to nap...
well, i couldnt barely make it to the bed without help... and when i did, next thing i knew, my friend was beside me, hugging me and comforting me. and he stayed there for 4 hours, making sure i slept.
nicest thing anyone has even done for me.
