I've actually done kegals since i was a kid-just didnt know what they were but i always liked to make my member move on its own without touching it. The easieast way to master kegals is the wet rag or towel trick. Try to squeeze and flex the muscles down there so that it moves up and down. If it dosent move alot at first its cool-but the more u practice it will start to wave like its doing pushups -lol. I had this problem when i first started havin sex. When i first had sex it lasted 45 min to an hr. It was everything i imagined and more. I know from experience that the gspot is only a couple inches in-I always trigger orgasms using the gspot-because i dont rush in. I know i commented on this post before. I'd like to share again though. I was in a semi relationship where it was based on looks alone.
