Password Problem
Posted: 11/3/2010 9:53:09 AM | | I am sorry, if this may actually have protocol, but i cant seem to find the right place for placing my question, My friend "1sexybear4u" can NOT get the email reminder send out, He did have previous account and closed it out. But i ask him to give it one more try... and he created this new profile, "1sexybear4u". But he lost his password and now he can not get the email reminder out...And he assures me that he has done all the right stuff... as to, not have his pof.com mail go the spam folder. he does have access to the email in question, so how can i help him, even if just to let someone know that the email is not been generated by the system for the user in question? since, he cant log-in, i am posting this on his behave... thanks for you time. | | | |
