There are nice guys every where...I know a lot of them, but for me it's finding a nice guy that can accept the fact that I'm not like most women. I mean I don't act like most women.....that's probably why I've never been in a relationship.....dang.

All these guys keep saying that they would never date a nurse, but yet it takes a special person to be in the medical field. Perhaps It takes a special kind of man to be with a nurse, and they're just not making the cut. We don't have a Peds unit at the hospital I work at, but several times this year up in our OB, we've had still borns and things of the like, and when those situations arise those nurses can't even cry or express any kind of emotion because it would seem "Unprofessional". I'm not just talking about a peds unit I'm talking about all hospital units. It definitely takes the right kind of man to date a nurse.

I am going into a medical profession myself. A non clinical area. My mother is a nurse and has been an RN for the last 27 years. I find that a lot of health caregivers don't have much time to find someone to date. Even if someone is studying to enter into the medical field schooling for it alone is very demanding. The community college were I used to go to has a 2 year wait list for the RN program and not only that, but you also have to have a G.P.A of a 3.5 or better. As for people who are actually in a medical profession, again it's time. Working in a medical field isn't your typical Monday through Friday 9-5. It's working midnights, weekends, and holidays. It's working 12 hour shift, and being called in and on call. It's a very demanding field, and I respect anyone that has the time and the patients to deal with it because I do not (hence why I'm going into the Non-clinical aspect). Well there it is...I threw it out there....feel free to throw it right back at me.

I have Gavin's cover of Jealous guy, and it is amazing. Gavin is just an all around great musician. I've seen him twice in concert and would go again in a heartbeat. I'm completely happy in Michigan. The only thing I'm complaining about is the snow. I mean really there are going to be people that gripe and complain about everything and anything; from how their state is ran to how rude the natives are in any state you are in.

I normally don't reply when all the person writes is 'Hi'. I can't work with that. When I get mail I go and look at the persons profile. If they seem like my type I reply back, if they don't then I go marrily about my way. Which is my question I know it's out of consideration, but should I respond with a "sorry your not my type e-mail." if I'm not interested in a person the mailed me? Just curious. Hi! My name is Cassidy, and I just moved to Grand Rapids (like I finished moving in this saturday!) I'm 21 years old. I attend Davenport University. I want to find people to hang out wiith. "Average weight" depends on height someone who weighs 210 and is 5'2 is not average for them. someone who weighs 210 and is 6'2" is pretty average. I'm sorry people mislead you under false pretense, but maybe they're hoping that if you really like them enough you'll look past it. IF they are insecure about their weight...I know I've done it a couple times in my life..Not on here mind you. I find that if a person is very confident about themselves (which is a good thing) they might think that how they look at they're weight is average. I don't think they're necessarily trying to fool you, but that's what they think about themselves.

To that note. It is a choice whether someone believes in God or not. They can choose to except God, or not. Everything in our lives is controlled by choice. God gave us free will. People can except God or Deny him. I do believe in God. It's more of a personal relationship. I don't go to church, and I don't read the bible. My religion is my own. A lot of Christian's probably wouldn't agree with that...So I say screw them. Keep on Keepin' on man. You won't burn in hell.

I don't mean this harshly, and please don't take it that way. This is my honest opinion, but I think women are too quick to judge a guy. I mean you could be getting to know this person, and he could do/ or posses(sp?) a quality that wouldn't be considered nice. It doesn't mean he isn't a nice guy. Everyone has "personality bloopers" when we discover what they are it might change our over all view of the character of this person. So when someone doesn't reply to an e-mail we think them a jerk a not nice guy (I'm not just talking about not reply to e-mails either, but different assorted things), but it goes both ways. When a woman doesn't respond to an e-mail, a guy might call them a ****. Now to the woman out there who think there are no nice guys; is it because you've had a couple of bad experiences, and that has altered your perception? See I can't make that accusation myself. I've never been in a relationship, so I generally think most guys are pretty nice. I would really like to know what people think.

There are nice guys out there. I know a few nice guys (Why I'm not dating them is a different story). I know giving an "Hey I'm not interested e-mail' would seem like a courtesy, but be thankful that you're not wasting one more minute of your time on a bad thing. Just because they don't respond to an e-mail doesn't mean they're generally bad kids. It just means they didn't have what it takes to tell you that you're not what they're looking for. You'll find a nice guy. I know you will.
