do men actually like curvy women vs the skinny pencil one?

How about... I think most men prefer a healthy looking woman.
If that means a healthy girl is smaller or larger.... so be it.
And after reading all the posts, I agree with anyone who thinks that what is beautiful about a woman, is how she feels about herself. It shows when a woman feels confident about her appearance.
Parents need to start teaching their children about being healthy, instead of how to diet, or how to order fast food.

As for myself, I'm short and curvy (yep. I have a belly.)
It took me 25 years to accept that fact.
I'm not going to look any different. I mean, I could, if I were willing to starve myself, or turn into a gym fiend on a permanent basis. But I'm not willing to make the sacrifices necessary to be thin.
Cause when I stop dieting or training 3 hours a day, 6 days a week... guess what
I look the same as I do now.
And I like food.
*shrugs*
I like my boobs. And my hips. And everything else too.
And mainly, I think the only person whose opinion REALLY counts with me, is mine.

does anyone get as turned off with a smoker as i do?
Posted: 10/8/2006 8:19:20 PM
Nope.
I'd be more turned off by a guy driving a Hummer or one of those huge trucks with the lift job and have an 80L gas tank.

The only complaint I have about smokers is if they smoke in enclosed areas, and/or don't freshen their mouths after. That's a lack of courtesy.

As far as fouling the air in general? Give me a break, cars stink far worse and pollute far more.

As far as health? My mother died of cancer at 49. She ate right, never smoked a single puff, did plenty of excercise. My grandmother died at 92. She smoked for at least 70 years. Health is not an excuse for me.

I think writing someone off because you see them smoke is sad.
Not giving them an excuse to quit....

How many forms of birth control do you use?
Posted: 9/9/2006 5:06:47 PM
two. Depo and condoms.
I'm not on Depo solely for birth control, but more along the lines of I like not having a period.
I have informed myself fully of all risks of staying on Depo long term and whatnot (been on it for five years now). I have asked all questions etc....

Condoms? There's a lot of disease out there. I don't plan on getting any of it myself!
also absitence. I consider sex to be a treat, since I'm not in a relationship. I'm picky that way.

Anyone, male or female, who does not take birth control into their own hands is a fool.

Do You Men Read Our Whole Profiles?
Posted: 9/3/2006 6:13:10 PM
I agree, I do the same.
As far as the smoking thing... I personally would never rule something like that out because a chocolate cigar goes so nicely with a grasshopper...

I know for a fact that a lot of people don't read profiles. I've been on a few other sites, and a lot of the time the only reply I have to their messages is... "You didn't actually read my profile, did you?"
