I cant stand the movie Clerks. I thought it was really stupid. Me and someone else tried watching it and I just couldnt finish it because it was so stupid.

I will not upgrade to Vista when it comes out and think it would be stupid for anyone to upgrade to a new Microsoft OS when it first comes out. It seems that anytime a new Microsoft OS comes out it is full of security flaws and other flaws. I will wait for about a year before I do Vista. The Mac OS may have its security system but what good will a pretty box that runs an intel chip do if it is damn near impossible to find good software for and what is out there is overpriced. And also you do not need a 500.00 video card to play games out there. I bought one for 129 and it has 256mb of DDR3 ram and it has run anything I throw at it.

I took antidepressents for a little while and I had side effects at first but they went away. The only side effect I had that stayed for a while was weight loss which I did not complain about at all lol. I eventually did quit them cold turkey and had no withdrawel effects at all and it has been a couple of years and the symptoms are gone. I have had a coupld of times where I thought they were coming back but nope. The one I took was Celexa 40mg a day. It was cheap, effective, and no side effects other than weight loss which was only about 10lbs.

I am trying to get into shape by lifting weights and a friend of mine is doing the same thing and has lost a lot of weight and is starting to look pretty good said to eat rice as a main diet. He said flavor it with soy sauce but to eat rice. He said it will keep you full of energy and it is not bad for you. Now obviously he is doing something right by looking at him but at the same time there are so many people out there saying do this and do that and it is confusing.

It isnt necessarily an insecurity. Guys know other guys and know how they want sex. It isnt necessarily the guy is afraid the girl will cheat but it is the fear the guy will start going after the girl and say all types of things to get her in bed. It happened to me once with one of my good friends. He sweet talked her behind my back and said all sorts of things about me and caused lots of problems. Now my gf has a friend that lives about 800 miles away who used to be her bf and the only reason they split was because of moving. But lately she is talking about going up there to see him as friends only but red flags still pop up in my head.

Dont let someone who chooses to live that kind of life drag you down with them. Stop worrying about him and focus on yourself. The best thing to do is ignore him and tell him that he can come back around when he straightens his life up but until then you dont want anything to do with a person who lives a life of drugs and partying.

All of the Rocky movies. None of them were high budget, had special effects and that is one of the most influential underdog stories in movie history. I would encourage anyone to see the new Rocky Balboa movie out. It is awesome and it does not have any special effects and looks just like the old ones. I loved it and gave it an A+ rating and will be going to see it again tonight. Me seeing a movie a second time in theatres is a very very rare thing.

Which do you prefer? I work in tech support and some people say the Mac is way better choice and others say the pc. I personally think the pc is a far better choice. The Mac in my opinion is a way overpriced proprietary pos machine. I mean you cant upgrade it, programs are hard to find and Macs do crash. The only reason there arent really any virus's for it is because not to many people own a Mac. Also why would I want to spend 3,000 on a machine that has to use special software to run a Windows program? I could just spend 500.00 for a decent Windows machine that I can buy software for anywhere, and upgrade very cheaply. Mac sucks and I dont undestand why someone would dish out that kind of money for a proprietary box that only looks pretty. I read a quote online about a mac that I thought was funny. It showed a picture of a little kid and said "I was a Quake 3 champion in my school. After we got a Mac I got really good at Mine Sweeper" or "Mom said I played to much games so we got a Mac instead. Now I get top grades!"

I talked to her again and all she did was start to cry and chewed my ass out. She said that if he decides to come down her she is going to see him and I told her that was fine. I told her I do feel uneasy about it but I do realize this is a long time friend and we will go and see him if she wants to. She said I could go along if I wanted to. I just told her that I don’t know the guy and all I know is he wants you after the comment he made and your going 800 miles out and that just doesn’t rest easy with me. I got a mouth full after that and I finally told her to just go and have fun but don’t expect me to be happy. She then said she isn’t going and doesn’t want to go and I told her that was a bullshit statement and that I know that just a few minutes earlier she was talking she wanted to go and know you don’t want to. This is just one of those things that I feel I am wrong because it feels somewhat like I am telling her what to do but feel that she is wrong for wanting this. I realize it is a fine line I am playing here. I dont want to tell her who she can and cant see but I dont like feeling uncomfortable like this.

My gf of 2 years and I live in south AL. When we first got together she told me of a guy friend she has that lives in South Carolina and he was an ex bf of her and they only reason they split is because he left off for college and that was probably 5 years earlier and that she still cares about him but in a friend way and she chats with him from time to time or sends an email. But anyway me and her were planning on leaving to a trip to Virginia to see her dad who lives there and we were going to spend a week there and also see some other friends of hers she hasnt seen in a couple of years. But she asked about leaving a day early and drive back down to South Carolina to spend a day with him and maybe spend the night and I told her that I really dont feel comfortable spending the night at an ex boyfriends house who told you that if he sees you to keep him from putting his hands on you and he also has a gf who is 6 months pregnant and I told her that probably wouldnt go over well with his gf. She said she wanted to do it anyway but I talked with her and told her I didnt and she said ok. I told her this trip is for you to see your dad you havent seen in two years and it isnt a trip to go spend the night with an ex boyfriend while I am there worrying if this guy is going to try something with you. She later come back and said that she is going to plan a trip to go up there alone sometime this year. I then got a little testy with her and told her I thought that was disrespectfull to me and to the other guy seeing he has a 6 month pregnant gf and she hasnt even asked how his gf would feel about it. I told her for all you know this other woman may go into a jealous rage and you will be in a world of Sh*t up there. I told her that no matter how many times she tells me she is only interested in me I dont trust this guy that you will be alone with who has already warned her to keep him from putting his hands on her. I realize that some people on her will bash me but I want to hear what some other people think about this. I find it myself to be disrespectful and uncaring of how I feel even though I explained it to her.

^^^ Removing one of the cables while the engine running will not fry your whole electrical system. It isnt necessarily good but even if it did send a huge surge as you say it would pop fuses first. I have tested out altenators on cars by removing the negative battery cable to see if the altenator is putting out a charge and nothing has ever happened.

Oh it is not synthetic. It is the Mobil clea 5,000 mile protection oil. I thought about using full synthetic. But how do you go about using the lucas additive. I think before I do a head job I will try other alternatives. Even though it has 94,000 miles I dont believe it should use oil at all. It just started doing this within the last 4 months. I discovered it one day when I was 2 quarts low on oil after the valves started to tick. The damn truck only holds 3.5 quarts or 3.75.

I have a 2001 Nissan Frontier 2.4 4 cylinder and wanted to see if anyone had any input on this. The truck runs good but it seems to be loosing oil at a rate of about half a quart each month. The truck has no signs of leakage anywhere and I know this because I have run it hard and then parked it overnight on a white concrete surface and there is not a single drop of oil. Now when I start it up in the morning or anytime during the day I can reve the engine or let it sit there and a little grayish smoke will come out and it has the scent of gas in it at times. Going down the road I can see any smoke trail behind me at all. I do not have any noticable loss of power and the oil is not milky white which would signal a blown head gasket nor does it loose any coolant at all. I am thinking maybe worn valve seals or possible but unlikely worn piston rings but wanted to see what any of yall thought. The truck also never overheats. Also the truck has about 94,000 miles on it.

This isnt a hard one at all. Next time he hits you call the police. If he gets sent back to prison for a long time then good. That just means you wont have to worry about him for a long time to come. Go back home to family and friends and get a job or meet a new guy. Trust me though not all guys are like this. Maybe you can get your scholarships back and go to college. Is it really worth being beat up like this. You need to think about why you are letting this happen to you. This guy will not change and it will get worse until he kills you one day. It is funny how people can become so bitter so quickly from comments from a handfull of guys on a site like this. To the op, most people on these forums are only out to say hurtfull things to others. I read on here where people judge others so quick and dont even know them or know the circumstances around there problems. There are just as many women on here who dog guys as there are men who dog women. I wouldnt take anyones comments or attitudes on this site seriously. But dont believe all guys or most guys are like the ones on this site. If it were true that most guys and gals were like the ones on this site in real life you would see very few relationships. Good luck though on finding someone who fits your needs. I know I chatted with a lot of people on dating sites and most of them were bitter women, phyco, not serious, or whatever but I found my current gf on yahoo personals while I was a paying member and my membership was about to expire in 2 days and I had 0 plans of renewing because of so much hate and disrespect from people on these sites.

If you guys are really into each other then take a good pic of you two and put it into a really nice frame for him to put up somewhere in his place. Also buy some movie theatre tickets so you two can enjoy something together. I also liked the idea of receiving tools for christimas. Sears tools always work. It isnt the money you spend that matters to most of us guys. Most of us measure the effort and thought you put into the gift. You could buy him a 500.00 gift card to Home Depot and he may not like it as much as the movie tickets and picture idea because the gift card doesnt really show any effort into the gift.

I agree with t-gurl above. A shock from an automotive battery wont hurt you. If you want to clean the post without removing the cables get a can of battery terminal spray from Wal-Mart. It will eat the corrosion right off or dump some Coke on it and that will eat it off.

I dont thinking smoking is sexy in any way at all. I have seen some of the prettiest women out there and I glance at them and they sometimes glance back but when I see them light up they might as well forget it. Smoking is nasty, unhealthy, it makes you stink, makes your clothes smell and when I am in a room with smokers I feel like I am covered in tar until I take a shower. I told my lady that if she ever started smoking it will be outside, she will not smoke in the vehicle and I will not kiss her until she brushes her teeth. She looked at me and said you will never have to worry about me smoking.

I was watching tv yesterday and flipped the channel to MTV and saw the show Flavor Flav or whatever his name is on tv. What I want to know is how does a person that is as ugly as him become so famous??? I guess that shows that woman will go after whoever has the money. This has been asked a million times plus! Well get over it! Guys are visual creatures and even though we find our gf's of spouse attractive we are still going to look. As long as we dont touch then what is the big deal? Hell try going to a strip club or watching porn with him. That will probably get him more excited about you. Me and my gf watch port together and she usually buys them and damn does it get her fired up for me lol. She even took me to a strip club for the first time a couple of weeks ago. Even though it was kind of a crappy club with not so good looking women I enjoyed it. But if you are insecure about something small like this with a guy, you are going to have problems in relationships down the road.

Instead of starving your body of food why not just eat a healthy balanced diet daily to avoid all these toxic buildups. Also try drinking lots of water and cut out the sugars. I dont see how starving your body of food is doing any good. Like a poster above sad, starving your body will just slow your metabolism and cause your body to go in starvation mode.

I like JerryinTampa's responses on this post. He actually sounds like someone who lives in reality. I am sick of religious fanatics trying to give science a bad name. Science along with evolution should be taught to all our children. I do not belive in creationism. I do not care what the bible says because the bible was written by man many times over and man is not perfect so there is no telling how ass backwards the bible has become from the original. I also highly doubt that the Earth was lifeless and then all of the sudden a finger was snapped and people and life just appeared. Evolution itself is all around us. For example bacteria and viruses are always mutating to survive. Look what happens when we overuse antibiotics. The bacteria evolves to something different and the antibiotic becomes useless. Humans are always evolving and becoming better and adapting to the world around us.

I live in south Alabama. Down here during elections times you will see political signs that will display "Christian, with deep christian values". I think people see that here and think "I dont know the person but they have christian values so I must vote for them". Because it seems the ones who display the most signs saying they are christian are the ones who get elected. I actually think I should run for office here. All I would have to do it have a few thousand flyers printed up at Kinko's with some christian verses on them and I would be in office during the next election even though I am not christian.

It isnt necessarily food is to cheap but we have so many fast food places available where you can get a meal for less than $5.00. But the problem is that these meals are so unhealthy and Americans are to lazy to cook a healthy meal. We would rather go out and get that quarter pounder with cheese and a box of fries while sitting down in front of the tv. Eating healthy is cheap and actually is cheaper than fast food but we are to damn lazy to cook and eat healthy.
