Class action against Yahoo Personals and Match.com for fraud Posted: 8/30/2007 9:40:32 AM
Another issue that should come out is that many of these sites do not even let non-members read emails ..even if sent by a paid member! they do not tell the member who paid this. That to me is false advertising! Have done a survey and found that guilty include Yahoo, Match, Jdate and all it's affililiates.. and I'm sure others. Not-guilty besides plentyoffish are cupid.com and singlesnet.com. Wrote to match.com about this and they don't even respond!!!
