I agree with wiley that people on here are looking for many different things. It being a free site and open to anyone. And the forums are addictive!! Just hang in there...i have met quite a few friends on here. I haven't found love or anything but who knows...it could happen. I believe that making a friend first is most important. Keep shaking up your profile and I'm sure you'll get a good bite. Good luck with your heart!

I've had those dreams that jolt me awake, sensing my love was only inches away.... Feeling as though i was wrapped in his arms, Rocking slowly riding out the storm. With his breath on my neck & his smell in the air His hands running thru my long blonde hair. Bringing a moment of safeness and pleasure Wrapping them together into a sweet treasure. I begin to cry as i realized he was'nt there at all Such a Sweet dream turn sad leaving my heart to take the fall...... So i continued to rock and drift back to sleep While feeling my heart skip another beat!

I agree that there are many happenings in our lives that actually become life changing, from marriage, children, divorce, and deaths of loved ones. But recently i was told i have to have surgery and looking at possible cancer. I have known many friends and family members that has been in my shoes, but now i realize how waiting to see can be as bad as the cancer itself. It is the most Life Changing i have ever had.....rethinking so many things, wishing for others, wondering how things may have been if i had made different choices. Its at this moment that i truly wish i had made a bigger influence in others lives. God is in control of mine and i have much Faith. But either way this turns out it will diffently be life changing ! ~~Kinda like the country song~~ I will be a better person.....more thankful, more loving, more considerate & more....... God Bless to All Those With Extreme Life Changes!!

Good stuff there Zagoichi! I really enjoyed your poem. It also made me fell better. Putting the visions in my mind And wanting to hear more... I love watching fireworks explode into the sky. Sending shimmers of sparks down upon us as we watch and sigh. Its more than exciting but an incredible turn on! To lay on the beach and watch the darkness come to life with the flare from the fireworks. And i agree that hopefully maybe we can all sparkle bright as we burn up the night!

Hi everyone, i am a native from (lower alabama), foley that is and i have 3 words for ya'll ~~~ROLL TIDE ROLL~~~ The flora-bama is a great place for entertainment on the first date!! After a nice dinner just head to the F-B and spend a couple hours dancing & singing on the board walk and of course ya must share a drink together while walking on the beautiful white beaches of the Florida/Alabama line and that my friends will leave you with a beautiful 1st date memory!!! Just a bit curious on the opinions of today~~~is having a photo in bikini more on the flossy side (if your old fashion) or more acceptable without say "FLASH"?? At 44, i can still wear a bikini and actually proud of it, but DO-NOT in anyway want to come accross cheap. I have the upmost respect for myself and morals X-tra high, so just not sure how that may appear. What do you good people think??

When i was just a small child I often dreamt that i could fly. It was so, so real to me, as i slowly soared the sky. The dream was so vivid As it filled my nights with awe. For i was guarding children, Every little one that i saw. Playgrounds, parks, schools and back yards. It seemed i was an angel, Keeping them from harm. This is indeed a great subject..........it does happen not just too you but to all of us. And we do have to look with-in our selves alittle more. I use to beleive in others alot quicker than i should have and it seemed i was always let down. I now make sure they first prove their trust worthy before i even open my heart. So maybe just try to slow down when it comes to following your heart and take the previous advice (mirror). Love yourself enough and know that your worth keeping~~~don't settle. As our mama's said "Leave em wanting more"!!! Best of Luck!

I have to say Alabama can be as beautiful as you make it. I am a native and would'nt have it any other way. I've lived in other states in which i was unhappy so i moved. We have good & bads folks here just like every where. But if you want to attract nice and friendly people than you've got to come accross that way also. Guess thats nation wide. But us true southerns are well mannered and considerate. So don't judge a state cause of an area of dislike--keep looking. Hang in there! And Keep on Smiling! I like to think of my self as a social butterfly also, chatting with my buds keeps me sane. And having them a click away makes it pretty easy.

I think it sounds abit harsh indeed, none of us enjoy being treated like that. And certainly expect the one were with to try to be by our side and not on our backs 24/7. They say love comes easy..............if its not love than run............if it is love than you need to let her know how this makes you feel and show her your needing some changes. Its so amazing how some doors can open... Just when you finally refuse to believe. That there could be someone thats true Someone you've ached for your whole life thru. Yet as that door opens there stands such a thing Every dream you've dreamt and every fantasy I believe it takes giving up what we think we need And out of the blue an open door sets us free. This door may also slam right in my face But I feel I'm lucky to have at least had a taste. A blissful moment, a smile, a laugh Sometimes can help sooth things we've had bad!

This has gotten totally out of control....First of all we started this about lying on your profile, being deceitful while trying to impress someone. And no, none of us are GOD or as far as i have seen no one has proclaimed to be. And yes, we all have lied at some point in our lives. But to the one that said if you were unfaithful to your spouse you would'nt tell them--i have to say some of us would'nt be unfaithful, we would get the heck out first!! I respect my self more than that and i would'nt have a spouse that i respected so little as to screw around on. But thats why theres a fish of every color. And some can sleep with the fact that they are impulsive liars while some of us has a concience. But to straight out in black and white LYOF just to get attention should be the limit. Unless your just looking for someone else to screw around on....if so carry on.

I agree with the "age is just a number", if you got it you got it. Although i must say its like an old omen men get older and can still get the young girls (cuz their distinguished) whereas us ladies get older our men want to leave us for a young girl. (not all you men) Just been that way forever--so lets enjoy the age we are since it too will pass. I would'nt go back in years if i could!!!
