Celibacy

I did - after a rather stupid year out I decided to be celibate for my first year in Uni.
I stuck to it and felt quite good about myself until I came back in the 2nd year and tried to get into dating to discover that everybody thought i was frigid or a lesbian!
Guess I couldn't blame them tho

I seem to have a unique name and everything that comes up in google relates to me - I guess it does pay to keep squeeky clean - just wish someone had told me a few years ago!

I work in a kitchen and my little blue light electrozapper is just as happy to kill the crane flies as the ordinary flies - sorry guys it's the law I have to have it!
The problem I have is that whilst the little house fly dies after a little zap and then falls to the bottom of the machine, the crane flies sticks to the bars and gets repeatedly zapped until it turns to ash - this can take 30 seconds, my kitchen is starting to sound like Dr Frankensteins tower on a dark night.

I live out in the country and am always out on my own day and night. But I'm amazed how many people are shocked when I tell them I've been hiking for a couple of hours on my own (though I do have a large black dog along for company)
Before this I've lived in Liverpool, Birmingham and Shrewsbury and have always walked on my own in many ways I think this is easier for me as a single woman than it would be for either of my brothers both of whom tend to avoid walking on their own in the city at night.

I'm still not sure. I used to do tarot readings for a charity halloween night but too many people got freaked out with stuff I said so I stopped.
I've not seen things, but loads of people won't be alone in my house at night and say they see odd lights in the kitchen or reflected in mirrors.
Also my neice once saw an old guy sweeping the lounge carpet at 7 in the morning - she was only 8 at the time and came and asked me who he was.

Maybe I am just being cynical but as soon as I get the request for a web cam I'm looking for the off button.
I will go back to the world of IM and try to be more open minded

I'm loving the 80's revival thing at the moment and the Scissor Sisters I don't feel like dancing gets me going every time

Webcams on a first chat

I've been away from the internet for a couple of years so I'm not sure if things have moved on at all but I used to find that every time I started chatting to a guy via IM or MSN they's immediately ask if I had a webcam and invariably this would then progress to a request for cam sex.
Now I refuse to have a webcam till I've talked to a guy for a bit and got to know them - is this me being over cautious? I'd love to hear other people's opinion about requests for webcams on a first chat
