you need to understand that people prentend to be alot of things, some times it is hard to tell who they really are. I have a son and his father is good to both of us althought we spilt along time ago. but to tell the truth he is really a jerk. BEFORE i got pregnant i was free to do as i pleased meaning kicking back and spending time wth my friends without him being there. AFTER i got pregnant and had my angel, got back in shape all hell broke lose. he started acting like he owns me following me everywhere checking my phone. and there was no warning sign or even a propective of a signal that would have help me prepare for his new attitude.

i think love wins over all things, but come on! speaking from a womans point of view i would want something nice price doesn't matter. Not something to turn my finger green marriage is a union between to people join buy god and is symbolize buy their love and a RING. so why should it not be something your proud to wear and not hind your hands in your pockets when people is around. Then again you could do the right thing and talk to her about your budget a good woman would understand and apperciate you. well thats just my opinion hope it made it helps in anyway and good luck
