I'm so sorry your going through this,when me and my fiance split up this was a while ago now but i went through the same despair and believe me 4 months is not a long time at all it took me a year to get myself together again.Your right it's best not to start dating for a while yet ,you need time to reflect and it doesn't sound like you've done anything wrong so try to remember that on this long road you have to go down. Try to be strong and try to face up to the fact he is gone and dont run after him,he will only hurt you again and it will get worse. You need to just try to be a little selfish right now and just think about yourself and your piece of mind. You have a lot more tears and sleepless nights ahead of you i'm sorry to say but in time you will be stronger and you'll find someone who deserves you but in the meen time try to be strong,i know being alone after such a long relationship is difficult but try to embrase it .

i have a recipie its mor of a dressing than a sauce,works well for salmon, poached trout or even roast chicken. its bois boudran sauce serves around 6 ingredients 150 groundnut oil 50ml wine vinegar 85g tomato ketchup 1tsp worcester sauce 5 drops tabasco 100g shallotss,chopped 5g chervil,finely snipped 5g chives " " 20g tarragon " salt and ground pepper combine the oil and vinegar,pinch of salt and pepper in a bowl,stil with a whisk then add the ketchup worcester sauce tabasco chopped shallots and all the herbs.Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper .keep at room temp and the dressing is ready to use straight away can be kept for 3 days in a sealed container Hope this helps shaun.

I think age is irrelavant nowdays,i think once your over 30 then you have a better idea of the kind of qualities your looking for in a partner.I seem to find it difficult finding a lady in my age group and i seem to be dating woman ages 45+ and i dont find it a problem it seems more common and acceptable nowdays. These women are more like ladies,have good sense of humour,have looked after themselves and very confident about themselves .These qualities seem to be missing in women my age.
