If I had a better answer I would have used it...
Besides, 31 is young compared to 41...He has loads of time
Actually I don't even know why he's looking for someone at all...Relationships are more of a hasstle then anything else...

I don't care how tall a man is. Only how tall is personality is...
Sometimes a short man can seem very tall depending on his personatily...

My boyfriend and I were dating 4 months and he went on vacation for 3 weeks to New York... he brought me back a plain, white t-shirt that said "I (heart) Canada"
I never even commented on it...The cheesiest gift I was ever given, but i'm not one for gifts anyways. I could could really have caredless if he brought me back anything.

Let me rephrase that...I think she just needs time to herself. Very simple. She most likely is not sure how she really feels about you and is trying to figure that out first. Good luck though. Hope it all works out.

Havent read the responses so this might have been said, but it sounds like she is texting you everyday because you are "safe". You both established you have a friendship and nothing more, so because she knows nothing can come of it she feels its safe to move in a bit more intemately then just purely friendship. Women like that sometimes, myself included. The part where you both can be such good friends without the issue of sex or commitment. But who knows...I could be way off...

First times

My first guy couldn't seem to get it up. So I ended up watching the soccer game while he went at it. Poor guy, he was a huffing and puffing, sweating so bad. It took a very long time but he finally got it in there. Best part was that we won the game, but his head kept getting in the way, and blocking my vision of the screen.

Is it getting to expensive to continue to live single?
Posted:

I think the media is trying to scare us, and get us overly paranoid about insignificant things.
Now, I do belive there is an economic crisis going on, and this is pretty significant as it effects us totally, but I don't belive in working ourselves up over it.
No matter how afriad we might get, that changes nothing. If we could learn to take things in stride, do what you have to do to survive, and don't worry about all the paranoia floating around out there. Everyones going to die one day, you don't need to worry too much about it IMO.

Cave man days, bring'em back
Posted:
6/26/2008 5:13:18 AM
Totally based on myself , yes...i'd say this is correct. Personally I LOVE it whe a man takes charge.
Now, I don't mean where he is telling me what to do. But when he takes inititive to do something without always asking for my opinion, i'm all for that.
Oh the other hand, I like to be that way too sometimes. So If two people can acheive this sort of equal agressiveness for a positive result, thats the best way.
But when He is overly aggressive and never lets up, then no...that just won't do...lol

Cultural Differences?
Posted:
6/25/2008 12:47:44 PM
I've dated a few muslims before. You say:
"My gut tells me he loves me. But, my brain is not agreeing"
Your brain is right.
You also say this:
"The only time we spend is sexual and grabbing a quick bite to eat"
Is this enough for you? If it is, then jump full into this relationship. But I wouldn't call it a relaitionship...Maybe a FWB. Which is all fine and dandy.
My past muslim boyfriends have always made time for me, in fact they made a little too much time for me. Almost obsessivly. So I'd just go with your brain on this one. Gut feelings don't always work.
Good Luck!

Are very religious guys unattractive?
Posted:
6/25/2008 12:08:04 PM
I wouldn't say they are unattractive, I've seen some pretty hot ones. But, I am learly of them for sure.
Reason being, I don't read my bible every day, I don't go to chruch, I don't take communion, I don't even go to chruch on easter (can you belive it??) . But more importantly then that, I LOVE sex (even before marriage) , I like to have a drink every once in a while, I like wearing sexy clothes sometimes, I like things that most chruch goers usually don't like.
So, in your terms, I guess I can say that religious guys are unattractive (but my first love was and is ExTREMELY religious..lol...and I still like him )

Do girls have regrets
Posted:
6/25/2008 11:54:00 AM
I never have regrets..ever.
But I do wish sometimes I would have done things differently.
It took me a long time to get over my ex, so at the time I was crushed.
But now that its over, I know I let a " good one get away", but I also know he wasn't for me, so I can say "just as well "too. Doesn't mean it still doesn't hurt though, but I think its just a matter of moving on, when you can say "just as well".
