She is still in love with her EX-BF,,what to do???
Posted: 1/9/2008 4:56:21 AM
Agree with most of the posts...no you weren't wrong to leave, move on now.

Don't agree that when a woman says "can't be more than friends" that its always true..some women do say that to keep the man hanging!!

Be happy

when does she call it quits
Posted: 3/17/2007 12:18:23 PM
This isn't good, yes he's out of order if they are serious and he's still throwing his bait out,BUT..if she doesn't trust him now then she never will!! Not good to set some one up..all it does is bring bad feelings, she is never going to be able to forget this and if/when she tells him what she has done i think he'll run for the hills. As for your part in this i think you should stay clear, it obviously doesn't feel right to you...so don't do it!

Totally agree with you....martharose!Don't think that medical illnesses should be put on profiles, its personal so i think it should be kept that way until the time is right and or the person you've met is right...shouldnt make a difference!!!

Dating experience with Deaf person before?
Posted: 1/21/2007 3:36:50 PM
Most of the comments are absolutely right, body language and facial expressions are where we get most of our feedback from, its not always the said word that tells us,words can be used to lie,to tell us what we want to hear..body language can't lie.
And to be quite honest some of the b****** that comes out of some peoples mouths i'd rather not hear anyway..

Tread very carefully with this one..as the other opinions have stated, check out with your mate first..only prob with that is he may well say he's over it but that may not be true..very tricky one this!

Networking on dating sites

Trouble with this one is thats it can be a good thing to find out if he's a rat but if he's only a rat because he didnt reciprocate the attention then thats totally unfair...just be careful that whoevers telling on him has the right to do so.

Should you give up your male friends??
Posted: 1/5/2007 12:41:58 PM
Thats my point..some of my male friends and one in particular(yes an ex)lives in London, its not as if its around the corner,we communicate most days by phone,no danger,no threat! This friend has been in my life for 3 years and has supported me through some very rough times...!The only male friends i appear to be able to keep are my gay ones...!

Stuck condom
Posted: 1/4/2007 11:33:48 AM
I had this happen and it is really embarrassing,we searched the bed,the floor..even got the miners helmet lol! In the end had to go to Boots?Yes Boots, where they have a saturday clinic, bit embarrassing when you have to sit there in the middle of the shop(not really)and tell the receptionist who looks about 12,whats happened!Anyway eventually a nurse came along with her lovely cold metal instrument(you know what i mean girls)and located it deep in my cervix(lovely),on a serious note..it is quite serious not to have it removed, infection can set in...so go..to doctors ok?

to ya472...dictate?My comment that he has NO RIGHT to tell me what to do is not dictating that he does not have a say,i have listened to his issues surrounding this but he will not listen to mine...he keeps coming back to how he feels, how i live my life is my choice,i am always willing to compromise but will NOT be told who i can communicate with and who i can't.

Should you give up your male friends??

Explained to the new man in my life right from the start that i have a lot of male friends and that there was nothing to worry about,i've tried my hardest to make him feel safe but he feels totally threatened, this is quite a new relationship and i don't think he's got the right to tell me to give them up.

I totally agree...but the man i'm currently seeing doesn't think that once you've slept with someone and then split up you should ever speak to them again??I refuse to give up friends i have known for years and have been there through thick and thin and i think this relationship may have to end because he just won't accept that.Am i being selfish??

Hi new to this and would like to hear peoples opinions. Would you ever give up your male friends even if some were ex partners because your new partner struggled with you having them?
