"The Nova Scotia Government, for example, believes that 20% of the drinking age population engages in high risk drinking...which is categorized as having 5 or more drinks at one sitting at least once every twelve months."

If that's the definition of high risk drinking then I'd think the number would be a lot higher than 20 percent. In fact, I'd say the figure would be closer to 80-90 percent of the entire population are high risk drinkers if 5 drinks in one sitting every 12 months is high risk. I think that's a bullshit definition if you ask me.

Well, realistically if I was stranded somewhere and needed to survive I would bring these three things: multi-tool, fire starter and a survival kit.
