She was just a shallow, superficial, self centered, incensitive loser. My mom has Fibro and Scleroderma so I know what you're going through.

I've heard a lot of women say that they don't want someone that's too nice or too much of a gentleman because someone like that is considered to be a whimp. They'd rather have the bad boy types that treat them like crud.

I've been in college for a year and I haven't got a date yet. Granted, most of the female students on campus are young enough to be my daughters. Ok, maybe getting a date from school is out of the question for me.

It takes a special person with a wonderful soul to be able to have a relationship with someone with a disability. A person like that is few and far between but I'm sure they are out there. What you need to do is concentrate on what you can do and stop worrying about what you can't do. You have a lot to offer someone. It's up to you to find out what they are and wait for that special person to come into your life.

I'm an old fashioned kind of guy but I wish more women would take the initiative and ask men out. There are a lot of women who give off mixed signals and when you go and ask them out they shoot you down. I have been single a long time so dating is something I have very little experience at. I'm still confused on what to do and not do these days.

Pay sites are a major scam. I have a profile (non-paying) on match.com and I get e-mails daily saying that someone has viewed my profile and I need to become a paying member to find out who. I'd bet everything that I have that once I paid I would find out that nobody has viewed my profile. I'm sticking to the free sites.

We need to round up and deport all of them that are here illegally and we need to change the regulations on having a greencard. My ex-neighbor is from Germany. He has been in this country for over 40 years and he has his greencard. People who have greencards need to either be required to become citizens after a period or time or return to their countries of origin. Being in this country for over 40 years and not being a citizen is insane.

Hazel, I completely agree. I was dating this woman and she came over to my home one night. Baby started to shake all over. She was completely scared to death of this woman which normally she loved everybody. This woman would joke about running over dogs and all that. I don't trust anyone that is not an animal lover. It wasn't long before I gave her the boot.

Morals and self respect is something extremely hard to find in this day and age. I personally wouldn't have anything to do with anyone (friends or otherwise) that resorts to using illegal drugs. It's sad when individuals have to use illegal substances just to face day to day life. Better to use that money on a therapist than to fry your brains on drugs.
