in bexar county where i vote, it is electronic and you don't have to vote in your precinct. Mine is 2001 which is the westside however i can go to the northside and vote or go to the courthouse. I have 2 residences technically and I can choose to be registered in either one (travis or bexar). However in the 2004 primary I voted Democratic and Independent on the touchscreen. This was not the case in 1998 and 2002 when it was done by paper ballot. I guess it depends on the state. They need to federally mandate electronic voting because this lies that problem of one party primary ballots.

Message: lol my favourite tax is, 'Telephone Federal Universal Service Fee Tax ' on my bill they explain this tax is neccesary to keep phone costs affordable for americans, kind of contradictory i feel
The Lifeline program waives that fee, I am on it and don't pay it for local I just don't understand why long-distance and collect calls I am billed for it that is on my landline I had to have it to get DSL, but I use VOIPVOIP for long distance calls at 3 cents a minute in state and out of state, canada too. No taxes or BS because the company is not in America.
Sprint is the easiest carrier to pay lower taxes on your cell phone bill trick is to pay your bills online or at the sprint store you won't get a paper bill but you can view it online. Make up an address in the state of Louisiana and for a $30 phone bill you will pay less than $4 in taxes.
Until we get Ron Paul in office cutting a lot of this red tape, this is the only way to go.
Call your carrier and tell them you would like to change your physical address or primary place of use. Make sure your plan has nationwide long distance otherwise you will be nooked in the fanny for long distance.
Ethical, maybe
Legal, YES define residence I mean homeless people have cell phones c'mon now.

I was tinkering with my images and
I just tested adding another pic uploaded a drawing from an old 80s commercial, and under the rate pictures I unchecked my first one and checked that one. I reset my ratings, and fans list.
In fact if you click rate my image now the drawing shows up.
So it seems to be working.
If you are not worried about your fans list and want to reset your ratings this is the way to do it.

take that back my secret love is to win the lotto!
money seems to buy anything in this world. If only I could find Mr. Ben Franklin on the sidewalk or on the ground somewhere.
I am sure that is everyone's secret love unless you barter like in the old days.
I guess when that happens the San Antonio Spurs won't have 1 foul in their game HEHE!

Ok - this is going to alienate a lot of my friends here I think... but I used to have a mad-insane passion for Bill Clinton. Not his politics, HIM. I met him once, in Austin, and about passed out. When the whole Monica thing happened, I needed anti-depressents. I was unwell. I really do think I was "in love" with him, as much as you can be with a stranger. I had stronger feelings for him than people I've had sex with.
Probably not where you were going, but that was the most PASSIONATE I've been about a secret love... Everyone else I've loved has been very uneventful.
thats funny i met Bill Clinton at a rally in San Antonio back in October 1996. I also met both Bushes in Houston in March 2001 and my godsister looks like Monica Lewinsky and her name is Monica but Lewinsky is not her last name. so true

sometimes they people that are asexual or burn out. sometimes it is something that men are not interested in.
Maybe their was some trauma in his life, or just doesn't like sex.
It does not mean he is gay, or straight.
What you can do is and probally the best thing to do if you still like him is to wait. and then after I would say about a couple of months if he still feels that way ask him again and if he desides to have sex don't do it every day or every week unless he is the one making moves.
If he is not comfortable still either stay or go.

Rate my pic still shows 53 votes also.
Is there a trick to the fans thing?

Hypocrite Marijuana is usally smoked I view your profile Dave would you smoke marijuana in front of your children?
I heard you pot mak you stupid an advertisement after seeing my heavily addicted brother act I was smart to quit.
I would admit if were in very extereme pain and no pills would work I would smoke marijuana
I believe are drug laws need to be re-examend to a resonable extent.
But I have a question, Dave
So you have your own business how would you like the Canadian government to force you to give away your items to their goverment like lighting and for the poor because of pick an excuse?
You would not like that would you?

^^^ 100% Dead on. If softdrinks can take rust off a metal bumper, then what the hell do you think it is doing to your body, but i'm yet to hear any softdrink companies getting pressured by any anti-group to find alternitives to what they are putting in their softdrinks.
They have in the public schools because kids are getting obese.
However they base this on bias in Texas we have a lot of Hispanic Mexican-Americans and I would say a lot are obese so it would be polictally wrong to eliminate the taco, chulpa, and enchaladas from the menu so they go after the soft drinks. Plus a lack of PE but my question is I guess a child could bring sodas from home on to the property? The said thing is less school funding is provided because of lack of revenue from the soda companies.
After the trans-fat war they will probally attact that next.

Stoney, here are some of your metaphorical quotes you've made in response to some of us who've been debating with you.
_______
**Values? What value is there in poisoning children?
**You care so much about your liberties that you're willing to sacrifice anothers health for them
**Do the children consent to being abused?
**So leaving arsenic in the fridge is fine and dandy I guess... How about a loaded gun? (where that one came from I don't know)
**Parents do not have the right to abuse their children
**Or are children not considered people to you?
**So that makes it ok then I guess?
_______
None of us said there was value in poisoning a child.
None of us said we consent to child abuse.
None of us said leaving arenic in the frige is ok.
None of us said having a loaded gun in the same home as children is ok.
None of us said parents have the right to abuse their children.
None of us said children are not considered people.
None of us said it was ok to smoke in a home where there are children (that's now the 3rd time I've stated that)
Now when I said you think it's ok for children to be raised by an alcoholic parent it was metaphor. A figure of speech. Not meant to be taken seriously. Either you can't take what you dish out or you really do think that we want to poison children, abuse them, leave arenic and a loaded gun in the house, or that we don't think children are people.
RIGHT ON!
I did not say that hmm lets send stonestounge the Limbaugh Letter LOL
I do find Rush a little out of touch but I have watched and listened to him as well.
I also watch Charlie Rose, CNN, Tavis Smiley every now and then, and Fox news.
We already have to much beaucracy and it needs to change.
No child left behind act is an example of failure. Remember when Rod Paige was appointed department of education chair.
Plus I am a former Sharpstown resident so I know what I am talking about. I think it was 20/20 who launch a doctored up test score scandal going on at Sharpstown High School an example of failure legislation, I could go on about Iraq but my blood pressure is high enough already.
Sure it may pass but how is going to be enforced?
As them accusing smokers of poisoning kids, What about non-organic foods should they be banned?
What about KFC?, or Taco Bell?
All you doing is breathing the air, some people have allergies but their is medicine and accupunture for that.
For the people who make their own decisions by themselves I applaud them.
For the educators that are teaching our children they deserve a raise, better technology in the classroom, and recent textbooks not those that are alomst 7 years old.
American needs to be a democracy with simple reforms and not wasted on stupid issues.
I will tell you the Mafia loves prohibition that is how Al Capone got his start.

SassyAquarius,
secondhand smoke kills zero, i have never heard of anyone die from secondsmoke or from smoking marijuana (I don't smoke weed anymore) but it does have bad effects on people who abuse marijuana, just like anything not in moderation. But we should then ban cars because they all emmit fossil fuels and children can smell them coming out of the exhast. We should ban 18-wheelers because they cause a lot of wrecks on interstate highways. We should a hyporite like John Corzyne of New Jersey who's is suppost to enforce the laws of his state and drove drunk with NO SEAT BELT.
I do not condone spousal or child abuse but people smoked in cars with their own children for years in fact my mom is perefectly healthy my grandfather when he was alive smoked cigars in the car with my mom and neices taking long trips only one of them ever smoked, yes she had emyphsema and had oxygen, but she took the oxygen out and was able to breath on her own.
You are talking about statistics here you have a better chance being killed by the boogeyman then from second hand smoke. Wait a minute no such thing as a boogeyman, you say.
Cedar Fever coming up soon so many people are allergic to that should have cut down the Cedar trees?
You can not shove morality down peoples throats it is up to the individual to make their own decisions either good or bad, If you have children simply explain to them I am the parent you are the child.
The government can't run the Department of Child Protective Services correctly I seen unruly single parents leaving children unattended at a popeyes or the Blockbusters because they are too busy thinking of themselves and having kids of their own at 13. Let alone give smokers a ticket for smoking in the car around their own kids you know who will be the first they pull over? An African-American or Hispanic. But if a child has been abused any person of the community should call the proper authorites because child abuse is no excuse although I believe in spanking when appropiate (like stealing or extreme profanity after other methods like LOP and time outs) they should be no excuse for hitting.
Another note, Is it OK to give your child Ritalin, or Prozac because the school says your child is disruptive? Some people go that route and some don't.
I also have to add this is also Big-Pharma's doing to sell what? Prescription Drugs BINGO!

givenchi there is no mic jack on the tuner card but I did forgot to mention the RCA to ministereo adapter cable. but as far as I now I now get TV on my TV and on my PC and can record DVD or VHS to my PC as a .wmv file
But always make sure the Receiver is turned off and not turned back on until the volume settings are adjusted so your speakers don't blow out. Thanks for pointing the adapter cable out.

The compaq armada M700 Laptop is great for doing that put finding a external TV tuner card that is compatable with it can be a hard find.
It could be the mic settings to go to volume in the control panel check both playback and record settings and check every option you want to mute mic on playback but not record try that.
Some computer monitors make that noise too when you turn off the computer monitor does that noise stop?
Hooked up to the VCR?
It has something to do with macrovision. A VCR that haves adjustable record levels these are ancient 80s machines that sell on ebay for a hefty penny like the Panasonic AG-1960 Professional VCR, damn I so want one which would be my 4th VCR.
Me I got a generic tuner card with no RCA jacks just a coax cable in and 1 3.5mm Audio Out, 1 S-video out, and remote plug I then hooked it up to a Sony VCR and installed the winpvr oem software set that to component so the VCR does the tuning and then connected my VCR to the Magnavox VCR/DVD+R Combo, and then the TV and Reciever and I can watch TV on my set and PC at the same time.
Lookup seller colordrives on ebay. Hope that helps.

This would be tearing down the Bill of Rights. Some people think it is the Bill Varietz and he plays second.
How can they enforce this through a no knock search?
But we can let out murderers and rapists.
It is the work of the Prison Industrial Complex. The purtianistic group of prohibitionists who make money building our prisions. In fact, I know someone in Cleveland who is serving a 4 year sentance and she calls me once at month and I have to keep these conversations short because they bilk 88 cents a minute out of you. MCI their preferred carrier (google Bernie Ebbers)
I am voting for Ron Paul in the primarys because he is the REAL candiate and do not trust Obama, Clinton, Edwards, Huckabee, Guillani, or Thompson.
I can see common area but it should be up to the Property Owners, not Government to issue these policies.
In fact I was against smoking bans in Restaurants, and they said it is for the workers when in fact no one put a gun up to their head and said you gotta work here in what their decision to work there
Personal responsiabilty does not exist anymore, lets have a socialized system and not be a land of chance and oppurtunity.
Lets sell a state to Germany and have the niconazis rule just that state and leave everyone alone.
It would not suprise me if the global warming guros will be tobacco soon.

Have you ever been to Louisiana? Do you understand the culture down there?
No I havent .. but thats besides the point..you didnt like where you lived so you blame it on the place and not your thoughts of the place.... NEGATIVE
Research KATRINA Research RITA My thoughts of the place POSITIVE I did like where I lived the HURRICANE MOVED ME. Thanks HolyRoller Rick Perry what a fine job you did FEMA where are U?
I must be a man-whore, then because all I attract is the sluts.
This is a very negative comment ..and your belief that you attract this type of person.
That was based on my response to the original post I replied to. I don't constanly think that.
BTW why are you on here? I saw your profile. Have you had any success in finding that 'one'
If you did, congrats but I know what I am dealing with here.
Some people are Christian, some people are Muslin, some Budda, and so on.
But I do believe I am cursed and going to Louisiana next year to get this removed either Baton Rouge or New Orelans.
But really you need to do your research on Louisiana Culture, as all you are trying to do as convert anothers culture into what you are expecting.
Down there we have the Cajuns and the Creoles and many legends famous and infamous.
Like Fats Domino famous
Like Lee Harvey Oswald infamous

juanchito26 then what you are saying I must be a man-whore, then because all I attract is the sluts. I did not do anything wrong in my life that I know of only to call some fourtune tellers way back, maybe I am cursed I mean I from Louisiana and you know what happened with the two hurricanes.
I am thinking of going back and going to a specialist who removes curses down there.

I like being alone because no one dictates "you shouldn't drink" (2) 24 ozs of HighGravs or "you shouldn't smoke" or "you should buy this" to all ya'll naggers F9k Y'all. I rather make an ass of myself on American Idol.

WILDMAN,
You seem to be from Michagan. I am not a big fan of John Conyers and his birth day falls on mine. Those liberals up there BTW i am a independant not one of those neo-cons and I did not vote for bush think the woman should get custody no matter how messed up they are. Reminds me of this case in oregon that was on fox channels today show where the beaucrats at the child welfare office are trying to ship an adopted son to mexico. I would probally move down to the South proablly look to change venues meaning move the case from Michagan. I do not know family law code that well in michagan but I would suggest putting a restraining order on your ex-wife. Another option you can videotape her having that attitude if she is on her property, have a PI do surveilance and with that evidence to present to the judge you probally can achieve permanment custody. It will be a bitter fight and will be worth it.
There is a lot of options at your disposal.
1. Venue Change
2. Survellance
3. Restraining Order

Britelad, they always say opposites attract.
I smoke almost not every one but almost every one that I have been with don't
same for the drinking
and I always attact divorced/kids or the crazy, insane, and those who lact intellect .
But kudos for you using condoms I tell you how many people I know who wish they did. A lot of women out there think a child is their meal ticket.
Being in the middle class then shifted to the poor sides of town I have seen all I want to see. What don't kill me makes me stronger.
Well good luck to you, you know we can have things a whole lot worse.
Now she is a republican with a spending problem I wonder if Laura dumps GW she should go for him!!!! They can have a piss off contest about the money they wasted.
Best of luck to you

should have sent him a card of the taco bell dog in the mail.
I mean I heard of Mickey D's being Lame but Taco Bell, like their slogan RUN for the border for some the translation means the door.

we are near the apocolypse
Ever seen the movie left behind?
read nostradumas (misspelled probally)
we are near the end of the world.
they will be floods of great magnetude (new orleans- katrina)
they will be holy wars (Isreal, Polystein)
reform party (republicans, iraq faux-demcracy)
disease (drug addiction, aids, hepatits, herpes, hiv, tb)
worshipping of false prophets (bush, pat robinson, rush limbaugh and yes air america)
lot of theft (enron, dynergy, worldcom, apple)
morality is almost dead God will deliver the rightous and when they end is near will you be ready?
back in the 1950's i was not alive but yes this was true
1 people had living wages the FATHER WORKED!!! The MOTHER STAYED AT HOME RAISING THE KIDS
2 WIC DID NOT EXIST ONLY FOR WIDOWS!!!!!!
3 If the CHILD was OUT OF LINE they would GET THE BELT!!!!!! child abuse beaurcacy ended that!!!
4 Leave to beaver was on
5 If you were DIVORCED YOU WERE AN OUTCAST
6 People said GOD IN SCHOOL
7 Corporate America look after the little man
What happened?
1. History of the 60's the hippies, the now, and the politically correct started to corrupt society
2. Martin Luther King Jr was a man of faith but the FBI did not want him to create a meaniful society
3. Nixon in early 70's screw things up more by spying on the democrats which Ford (RIP) calmed everyone down
4. Reagan Took office after Carter and while his moral issues were subperb he forgot to focus on the Economy ie Savings and Loan scandal, and stock market crash so what did that tell people?
a. BOTH MOMMY AND DADDY HAVE TO WORK
b. NO TIME FOR CHILD
c. QUICK DIVORCE CHEAP LAWYER
d. CHILD SUPPORT AILAMONY AINT THAT GRAND
e. LETS GO TO KUWAIT (BUSH 1990 OR SO)
after that things started to go downhill
Liberlism gave way to "We can't say God anymore even though on the dollar bill" and
"Who said the word nigga?" and my favorite
"Lets take the cigarette out of fdr" and "you don't spank your children", and "abortion on demand, pull the plug cause i have a bloody right to blow my brains out"
this kind of crap y'know.

how long have you know him? if like less than 1 year and since you already have children which i assumed that reading your profile he probally means overrated because you already have children and hes does not want to be seen as a paycheck i really dont know the details but i think he is doing the right thing by not being interested in sex.
see it is the pharmacuetical industry with the viagra and the ed crap which our goverment is sold to them that is why they don't regaluate that advertising like to do with cigarettes also the "media" meaning these trashy pop stars and trash tv maury povich, jerry springer,****cheneys daughter and culture in society saying it is ok to whore around and raise children fatherless i lived in the ghetto so i know what i am talking about (hmmm i should study socialogy) he doesnt want to tell you blunty in this situation stimulate yourself i see that he has good old fashioned values that aren't a happy meal at mc'donalds he seems real close to his family and a man of faith.
this can also be found in Jevohah (if you want to do some biblical research on this) I don't like to preach but after being handed Watchtower for so long I began to read it even though I don't practice not trying to be a hypocrit but for reference.
