Jerish Park for pizza and games. The Fifth of July. If you have a game you wanna bring then that's great! I hope a whole lotta people show up so we can show everyone how to have good clean fun. The party starts at 100 pm . Be there or be square. It;s outdoors, so dress for what the weather allows. There is a covered area with a table also. 7/5/2007.

CHRISTIAN POETRY
Posted:
6/18/2007 10:09:05 PM
The best of Christian light, in the darkness shining bright,
to guide us safely through this tempestual night.
And perhaps through faith the blind recieve sight.
Though mine own mother forsake me, from the Lord's own bossom may the eneimy never shake me. Through witchcraft the wicked thinkith he hast won
but in reality my friend, this battle has already been done won!
Yeah you know wich one I'm talkin 'bout .... It's the one that ended with one triumphant shout and all the hidden secrets were suddenly found out.
There's a way not known to man there are still very few that can understand.
It's the way of Our heavenly father and not the way of man.

Let me just add; I don't hate him. Maybe I hate wat he did. Yeah, I hate what he hid alright. I guess people make mistakes. I can definately admit when I make mistakes. I'm sure things are better for the both of us now that we/re both divorced and single. At least now I don't have to struggle between commitment to a holy marriage, the church and our precious children. Ah-( notice the piffy hint in my writings) to live and let live.

Mental Disorders

Harr, Harr, Very funny you guys. Mental Abuse is by far, much worse than having emotional problems because of the mental abuse I had recieved from an exhusband and the munipulation though the use of authority in the church. I think I heard it was said at one point that that munipulation is witchcraft. My exhusband went so far as to take me to psychiatrist and recite a buch of lines for her to get medication. All of this to cover up the fact that he had a thing for little boys.

Spend more quality time doing stuff just you and your son. Let your son know how much you value him as an individual. Take him to the park for a picanic on a sunny day and feed the ducks, read a book together. Then, share knock- knock jokes.

Chicky baby, you got class. For real though. I can appreciate the straight forward honest way you have expressed your feelings. More folks should be open about it when this happens. Also, talking about it this way might be alot cheeper than getting professional advice. Sounds to me like this guy is a real nice man I hope he finds wat he is looking for.
Sounds to me like something that often happend to me in the past. I won't tell you about the man with little tittys all over his body. -Makes puking sound effects-

How Can It Be?
Posted:

How can it be? That one's a mystery. I had a beautiful marriage. Until I realized that confronting my exhusband about problems in our marriage made him only attack me more.. I tried calm and sweet, as a matter of fact that was my only defence.

Do people change?
Posted:
6/10/2007 9:09:01 AM
For sure folks can change. Like, I'm pretty independant and I like it that way. For sure Itend to be too willing to change and become dependant on others. It's weird, it's like I don't want mom to feel underappreciated so I let her drive me all over town so she can know she's helping. See it's not like I couldn't take care of myself-cause I do. I don't know, I guess I like my oldself that's totally independant, but I love my mom so like; I think I let her help too much. So see how I guess I've changed that aspect about myself. But- to such a degree that like now she really thinks I'm like co-dependant upon her. Don't get me wrong I love my mother-okay. And if she's reading this right now. Thanks for doing my laundry mom! I love you. That won't change.

People change, people do. Some keep the same old rusty mindset though. Like when Ipay my bills first like I always have that will never change. But how I get a bit cranky before bed that seems to stay the same.

Death Ok for Child Rapist?
Posted:
6/10/2007 12:45:22 AM
The death penalty is not right. Still the law allows it in some cases. If murder is wrong- and yes it is, then the death penalty is wrong too. I feel the same about way about abortion. For life all life is precious, I really feel that way. In the past I must say I wasn't sure how I felt, but oh, now I know for sure. Think about it. If God sent his own son to die to save the most wicked sinner, then would you have said " no, no, don't do that, don't make a way for even that wicked sinner!''.. Come on people.

Wow, It seams that there is a big delema here with this subject. I know it bothers me aswell. First of all, I'm disabled and on welfare and subsidised housing. I need the help as I am perminantly disabled, with a brain injury. Without the help of the government ,myself and my kids wouldn't be getting by. I still try very hard and feel ya, wat-yall sayin right there though. God bless the church, too.

A biblical relationship
Posted:
5/27/2007 11:51:46 AM
Wait a min., what did I just agree too? Everything biblical, and scriptural, that's what I agree with.
My marriage failed- actually- I quit my marriage. Long story short, I'm divorced. At the time that is what needed to happen, for me and my kids to be safe and secure and not be afraid. I thank Gad for that. and at the same time I am sad because it didn't work out. I believe that a man has a responsability to love his wife unconditionally. The woman has a responsabilaty to love and honer her husband. enough said.

Single moms. Can they have any fun?
Posted:
5/27/2007 9:09:17 AM
That thing about a man being number one in a single mothers life; that's a no-brainer; If any man came into my life, my children would glom onto him and that man would be number one in my life. My kids wouldn't let it be any other way. -They're so cool! So the point is this: a woman like myself -any single mother for that matter- must be very cautious about whom she dates. And yes single moms can have fun, they just have to know how. Very cautiously! Wow! Even writing this makes me feel better about my situation.
I understand the longing to have some fun. After all; girls just wanna have fun!
You just need to learn how. This was the hardest thing for me to learn being a single
parent. Having some fun; does that mean fun has to be apart from the kids- or children, for you proverbially challenged-? Go to the park on a sunny day when the kids are at school or daycare. Wake up early, pour a cup of coffee and sit on your doorstep or back porch to enjoy the sunrise. Put your hair up., let your hair down.
Learn to embrace the lonely quiet times. It won't last forever.
Take time for yourself, redecorate your home. Do some spring cleaning. Start dusting again.- To get the gossimer out of the corners- that's what I need to do, myself! Lol! Please don't be discouraged, but be incouraged. Today is a new day!

Is it really up to the man to jump through hoops for a women??
Posted:
2/21/2007 11:16:47 AM
Men are not dogs, nor should they be treated like dogs. Both men and women should be treated with respect. I personally found it a bit shocking when my ex would go out of his way to surprize me with a special night out on the town. I always appreciated it but felt suspicious aswell because he usually wanted a few hundred from me to pay for it. Lol! Go figure.
