No lynching law? Isn't it illegal to assault another, attempt to maim or kill? to deprive one of his life has been defined in the past as violating said person's constitutional rights....... there are many laws that lynching could fall under and be prosecuted. Apology for ..... Native Americans were more persecuted than almost any other race.European "visitors" were responsible for the extinction of several whole tribes from Maine to Venezuela. There historically has been a more successful sytematic program of genocide against people native to north america than any other ethnicity. Plus, I'm not so sure I'd want an apology from the current administration.... they might only be sorry they weren't more successful! | | | |
