The Bourne books by Rober Ludlum were great films but they were very different from the movies which were great also. I agree, most books should not be made into movies. The problem a lot of the tome is technology, and that its impossible to tell a great story in an 120 minutes.

I agree that Dan brown is very overrated , haha !!!! Finally someone that agrees with me...... One thing I will say is that he helped develop a whole new genre of books that seem to be everywhere now.

I'm not sure how anyone could read very long from a screen without there eyes getting sore. I love the covers of my books, also my CD's. I don't think E-Books are going to take off. The people in this world that read alot and are the ones buying most of the books I can't imagine them ditching the book for an E-Book

A Dream Of Eagles series by Jack Whyte, its called The Camulod Chronicles in the U.S. It is a great take on the King Arthur story. State Of Fear by Michael Crichton is a great read aso........

I never have sent a cut&paste email but I wouldnt put to much thought into it if you recieve one. The fact is lots of us guy spend time sending out a well thought personal email and never get a reply. I can see that some guys would get very tired of doing it after a while and decide to cut&paste.

Maybe they did not reply because they have given up on sending msgs to women and not getting a reply. Maybe there is a lot of guys that wont date women with kids but for the most part I think the women are using the kids as an excuse for not finding a date. Im pretty sure that if a guy found a women that really clicked with him, it wouldnt matter if she had kids. We are all just to picky and tryng to search for something that doesnt exist !

I agree with you about that except for the fact that there is no person to vote for. I give you an example. Here in Canada in the late 1980's this thing called GST started being talked about and all the oposition parties were against it. The party that was in power at the time created it anyway. During the next elestion Jean Cretien of the Liberal party promised to do away with it if he became Prime Minister, also other members of his party bet their carrers on it. He won the election and didnt do a thing about it. I could name a whole wack of examples. I watch U.S. politics very close as well. I know whats happening down there to. Time and tme again I see someone get into power and do just what the other person was doing.

The reason I dont think wikipedia is credible is because I can bet a years salary that each parties write up on there is done by some person who is bias. Most of the Gas price already is tax wich is suppose to be for maintaining the roads we drive on, last time I checked there is not very many well maintained roads. What an outrageous plan this is !!!! You might think everyone would log off if this idea becomes real, but we live in a society that doesnt stand up for itself anymore and lets the government do what it wants. People will complain about it but in the end everyone will accept it just like everything else that happens. Compare what Im saying to the recent Carbon- Tax put on gas prices here in British Columbia. People complained about it but the same amount are still going to the gas pump and filling up like nothing changed. Maybe that is the wrong thing to compare it to but there is many more thing it can be compared to.

Yes we do exist !!!! It wouldnt matter to me at all. If there is a good connection then who cares if you have a child. I find single moms way to reserved and hard to talk to, maybe if they would lighten up a bit they might find a man with no kids to date.
