well everyone just wanted to let you all know what has been going on with my situation..... my son is 6 months old now and his dad married that 16 yr old little girl and now they r expecting a baby together. they are a bunch of losers.

thank you everyone for your input about my problem. all i have done was sit and wonder what i should do, and now i know what to do, i just wanted to make sure i wasnt going overboard with this situation.

im trying to have it set up that if i get custody that only blood relatives can be around the baby, because he has voilent friends, one of them punched my car window next to me with my baby in the back seat.

If she keeps that child from him, she can be looking at possible Jail time, because he could accuse her of Kidnapping... We happen to live in the Same state, i can keep the child from him because nothing is legal yet and if i dont take the baby to him its not kidnapping, not until i go to court, i have already talked to a cop about it

im afraid she will hurt my child because she is out of control, expelled from her schools and also has been in and out of convints, she is nothing but a trouble maker, and dont tell me i dont have any say, i have say because it is my child, and i have already filled for custody today. my ex leaves my son at his house with his blind grandmother to watch instead of a babysitter.

i was with my ex for 3 yrs and i had a baby on 10-27-04 by him and when the baby was 3 weeks old he cheated on me with a 16 yr old girl, he is 22 and i am 20. we are no longer together and he still sees her and he is telling me that he wants to take my son around her, what should i do?

i know its very sad, it seems that kids are taking over just because they scream and cry, if my son ever did that when i was out in public i would take him to the bathroom and spank him, not beat him, i would spank him 1 time and if he kept it up then i would do other things depending on his age.

i totally agree with everyone here, and dads that step up and raise their kids on their own are really hott guys. i would rather date a man with kids then a guy who doesnt have kids.

i am 20 yrs old now and i used to be the same way ur kids are, so my mom and stepdad took all my stuff out of my room b4 i came home from school one day and only left my bed and dresser in my room and told me that everything else was in a dumpster and made me think it for a month and then eventually i got it all back and ever since that time i always cleand up after myself. that might work for you

i coud never do that, i just had my first child 4 days before halloween, and i could never give him up or any other children when i have more, if you can lay down and have sex and you know what might happen, so if u cant deal with that then dont have sex, all your gonna do is hurt the child in the long run because he/she will grow up wondering why mommy and daddy didnt want me but wanted my brothers/sister. that child will grow up with head issues.
