yea i was that way for a long time they basically said i had chronic fatigue it comes and goes not really much u can do for it but 12 hours is alot of sleep maybe your over sleeping try sleeping for 8 hours! and my specialist told me to eat more salt said that might help some what! but i know where ur coming from man! sucks when all of a sudden u just feel like laying down for a bit, just gotta push past it

of course your hungry after you work out! u just burnt all that energy! need to eat something high in protien to repair the damage muscles! im like you when i go for a long run like hell i wanna eat and what i did have in my stomach im barly holding down on the run and there in after! but i think it has alot to do with the blood moving away from your organs and going more into your muscles and something along those lines that dont make u hungry directly after! but still best time to do cardio is before your first meal of the day if u can manage it those using ur fat as the sorce of engergy

straight up and ask, if ur that good of friends and they dont want anything they will be straight up with u, and if u do cross that line and it doesnt work out deoending how good of friends u were it can kinda go back to the same.

everytime i ever had shin splints its probly 1 wasnt used to jogging long distance right off the bat and 2 to heavey for your legs, once u get more muscles in your legs and they can hold up your upper body u should be fine! just something u gotta push past and it sucks

i think travelling alone is the best! you got to make friends eventually and if your a bit anti social it pushes u to talk to people! iv never had trouble meeting people were ever i go! plus u dont have anyone to hold you back when u want to do somethign and they dont! i advise going by yourself at least once

ha i know those type of guys iv seen them at every gym i go to, most a f-ing retards and slow my work out down, But ego goes i also know alot of guys that compete and there prolly the least egotistical of them all, they just know how hard it is to get into that state, but of coarse if you look good your gonna have a bit of a ego, but iv also met alot of girls that are barbie dolls that you cant even say hi without getting some snotty remark, but it goes for all people. you cant just stero type one class, lots of people think i have a ego, but all it is confidence and not letting people walk on me, and plus im a prety big goof and sarcastic majority of the time so people take offence to it. cuz you just gotta weed out the good from the bad!
