I think to give up smoking successfuly- you have to look at the cravings situation...you think ?-if you are to get 8 hrs (average of sleep)...THATS A LONG TIME TO BE WITHOUT A CIGARETTE-(yeah, so i know were asleep) tho its finding situations to take our mind off of it-if you change your routine with cigarettes -you'll change with it-getting fit and eating better is an incentive-I actually CANT STAND smokers.....(and thats said as an ex: -)

Brothers tend to fight make up and fight again sisters do the same again..like most women they part their ways regardless of friendship or relationship-harder to regain. Maybe as men make-up more easily -as fighting is seen as the more acceptable version of the two sexes.

Like to know -cos my phones fallen in the loo-i've retreived it-and it still kinda works why cos i put it on the radiator to dry out-are there other solutions? Other then if its summer you put it in the sun-cos you wouldn't have the radiators on.

I have taken mine to be re-cycled at the supermarket... I have taken my bag for life,not because the planet is as important as getting my points. I have taken plastic bags from the supermarket...so that i can use for refuse at home... The thing is when i use bags bought purposely for rubbish(paid for off isle shelf )-they arent always decomposable.not the cheap variety that suits my pocket.. SO I ASK- Whats the difference if i take bags to bin or buy them ....they take as long to break down in the soil just the same...though one is free and obviously the other is not-though they do the same job-???? enlighten moi- someone please?---(thanks in advance) And for all my sins-i would act accordingly if they were banned-though if i forget mine then what!:0)

Ah, though the weight of the world 'WAS 'on our shoulders as a child..our subconscious dealt it back to us as an adult and 'Now' it screws us up, the weighty memories we thought we'd got past. (i do know what you mean tho-everything seems to float by like a balloon..)-(til it went POP!) what do i miss as a child? ...The fact that a kiss seemed to make everything better...now its just given to keep you quiet as an adult...:0)

I went to someones funeral..yes dressed in traditional black...though my split on my dress kept becoming more revealing each move i made... And then my court shoe heel broke -snapped right off so i was hobbling..instead of feeling embarrased i made a joke of it to the deceased loved ones..and we had a good old laugh..broke the ice, because i didnt know them.. .if it was a wedding i guess it wouldnt have the same impact like a sad occasion-certain needing of levity at funerals....after all the bride and the groom are the ones that ought to be the happiest-they are HOPEFULLY spending there life together...as long as it all goes well for them on the day with no real catastrophes then everyones moderately happy:-)

What I'd like to know is does everone who works in the entertainment field have or need to do hard drugs...should childrens presenters be regularly screened, or any presenters for that matter..... Too advanced in age to know who he was,(wouldnt of watched or known of him) though the suffering is with the relatives that couldnt save their children from (what increasingly seems) a drug ruled world.

well...there was a documentary wayyyyyyyyyy before paul and her met... she used arab men for money,and kept running back to her old ordinary boyfriend each time to bail her out of difficulties.. yes it was a kiss and tell...tho it was also a warning to others...(paul was obviously out that night when it was on the telly:-) oh and i bought a linda mcartney pie to celebrate yesterday..and maybe paul did too... 'i cant stand paul' tho something said for him his loyalty to his first wife...showed commitment.. i used to give to chrildren something other then easter eggs..puzzles or something for them to do other then eat chocolate... yes they could keep their hands occupied eating the brown stuff..though the holidays are long,and they need their minds occupied to.. leave the parents to buy for their children(that seems spesh)..and everyone else buy something else for the little darlings..:-)

I was surprised to see him on a programme last week...(old or new broadcast,couldn't tell) i guess you already think they are dead when they seem like they've been around so long,and then you hardly see them anymore.(especially knocking on in years) i had a book on the unexplained that he wrote sometime in the 1980's... can anybody remind me of its it's title?????... he's up there chatting to douglas adams...and soon to join them hawkins..
