Teens and drugs

Communication is key to informing them of all drugs I find and most people argue with me about it that pot is the gateway drug.. people get bored of it fast and want to try different things and once your already high u throw caution to the wind. I took my son to an open NA meeting and set a few rules in place he sat he listened and most importantly he saw the effects and heard about the destruction. maybe that is an idea you can do in your area ......In the long run they are going to learn the hard way and their own way as long as we educate ourselves and keep them posted through communication we can only hope that they find a better way of life. I also like to keep my kids too busy now to be able to find the time to get into it.... Good luck

kids are kids we have society to thank for the way they are... I grew up witha good spanking when I needed one and it never hurt me now a days you cant say anything to them without having the GOV'T say ur a bad parent. IF your workign and a single mom your not giving them the time they needs with u so it is neglect. IF your a at home mom on welfare the system looks down on you...as for the way they are going to turn out.. We have great wonderful programs out there like CYN wonderful group really they have basically told my daughter if she didnt like the rules she could move out they gave her welfare she has hardly attended school at all since April I still get the phone calls every day she misses and then WHOO HOOO Danny WIlliams came up with teh 1000 for having a kid in 2008 guess what now we have a newly turned 16 year old high school drop out that is pregnant her fat assed boyfriend wont work so now we have a new generation of Income support reciepients now if u need it I dont mind but there is no cause of her being removed cause she didnt like the idea she couldnt sleep with the fat ass in my home and he had to leave at night .... Imagine that now she is a mall rat sniffing OXYS , pregnant and nothing I can do about it cause society said so... my rant is now done whew thanks I feel better

I know what u mean Cindy I find that there are too many people on here who lie and just cant be themselves. They think they know what they are looking for and then when it is there in front of them it all changes. The way I look at it forget him you did your part by trying to help the girl she don't want it let her find out on her own. Lesson learned. Cindy it is too bad that you were played like that. At least now you know the truth. Get checked out if needed to settle your fears if you have them. I think maybe he is confused wanting to come out and yet not quite able to. This is something he is going to have to deal with and hopefully he will read this and be honest with the next person out there. Good luck on your search

I have to agree with harleycat.
If you are just beginning to date then really what business is it of anyones until you believe that your ready to go to the next level. It is hard enough for people to come out of the closet then to be labeled. whether your straight or not. Sorry but even the names to the women such as "BAR WHORES" is offensive society places labels on people and these stigmas follow and can certainly cause damage. Now if this relationship was taking on a sexual nature and the two of you decided that you wanted to try to have a relationship then the sex questions at that point should be asked and be honest about it... I can see why people don't open their mouths up due to the judgmental attitudes of some ppl in this town. Not that I am saying anyone here is that way in this chat but I have seen it myself if anyone is different then look out... just my two cents

I also found it expensive here for drinks since where i come from we pay 3.00 top 5 depending on what you want to drink but I am getting pretty use to it by now. There were a few girls I know that were heading out last night but I am home had to work and sick so i wasn't able to make it out this week. I am planning on going out though the first weekend in June if anyone wants to come your more then welcome

WOW !!! I dont think that all men are out there looking just to get IT Wet there are a few. I don't paint them all with the same brush that isn't fair to them or myself. As for this comment"but there ya go guy's go for fatties cause they know their going to get some."I think that this is totally uncalled for. I am a big girl and I don't expect men to date me cause someone thinks that bigger girls are easy there are enough people out there that fit that bill without having to be big or small and that is their choice to live that lifestyle so who are we to judge. I think that maybe you got burnt and are being a bit nasty there Nicole. You have to weed the jerks out from the guys that are sweet. What I find on here is that if you are not built like Barbie good luck on getting any responses. I treat people the way that I want to be treated and it is quite embarrassing when your meeting someone for the first time and they are constantly looking at your chest or asking you if you want to go home and get laid. Like come on guys. this is not saying that all of them do that but there is quite a few. Or you have the ones who really don't read your profile and you find that they are responding to your profile and they are married. this is a dating site if you want to fool around on your partner do it elsewhere.

right now we are allplanning for around teh 20th but realized that is a thursday night so how about friday the 21 ? she searches I know exactly where u are coming from it is hard when your friends dont like going out to certain places at least that is the dilema I am having. My friends tend to the same old places and there is never anyone there that is either my age or just noone there period LOL. Being new to the area I have a hard time getting out to places where I don't know the town taht well at all hopefully by the summer this will change.

I started college when I was 35 and graduated this year.( Addictions and Community Service) I believe that one is never to old to go back to school to learn new things I am currently re thinking on going back and upgrading a few things for my career. If you really cared about this guy then you should not eb playing high school games for god sake trying to make a man jealous is ****ed up./ Sorry for the language. SINGLE PARENTHOOD QUESTIONS

I am also a single mom with no support from the father or the grandparents here in NL I have recently had my sister move here from AL with her husband and their two kids. I find that when I am stressed to the hilt I grab my time out rock which my son and I implemented when he was 7 he knows taht ifI ahve my rock I need 10-15 minutes alone. I was a full time student as well as work on top of that during college last year. It is hard but it helps us to relaize ( at elast for me) I wouldnt change anything for the world. Stress Relieivers yea we need them Right now I also work at West Heights Tenants Association. We have coffee time every Wednesday morning today it is over by 11am as I ahve a meeting outside of the community we also have a homework club that is starting this evening at 3-530 and we encourage the parents to stay have coffee and help us come up with some ideas for a discussion group maybe stress relief could be one of them. Come out and enjoy meeting new people I look forward to meeting you......

I personally believe that it is a self esteem issue.Seriously think about internet dating a person can be as beautiful as they want and he or she can believe that the person will fall for all of their nicer qualities such as personality and so forth with looks becoming second . Due to the fact that society and the media depicts that we should be the size 3 with the DD and long flowing blonde hair. IF this were true imagine how inadequate we would all feel. I myself am a BBW look like my pic. I feel people need t have a different viewpoint on what beauaty really should be. Men do it as well I was messaged from a man who told me he had an athletic figure handsome man ended up being a beer gut, uni brow and far from handsome nice enough fellow but not my type that I would end up dating he was arrogant and conceited. I feel that if most people were honest and just stated what they really wanted on here most people wouldnt feel that they would have to lie

to continue on since I accidentally hit the button .. Out of all the drugs that are out there the only acceptable ones are smoking, alcohol, and caffeine. If a person states "must not do drugs" does it really matter if we are doign drugs and they state must not go on look for someone else. I think that this topic is one that people will agree to disagree on way too many perspectives on it I think. Happy Fishing to all

I was finding that agreeing to meet for a coffee , ment agreeing to have sex to some men. I have had this happen to the point that i had to lay charges. this guy was somsething else or u ahve them come to ur house to pick u up after talking for a few months and they bring sex toys and automatically ask where the bedroom was cause before they paid for dinner they wanted to try out the goods .. lol on my profile it says not looking for just sex go figure not sure where they think it means come over i will drop my pants for u

well i am from an irish heritage but lived in newfoundland for quite some time . i enjoy the jiggs dinner that was a part of every sunday dinner and holiday meal hmm good

salt beef - soaked in cold water over night to get rid of salt boil 2x
add carrots cabage turnip and potatoe and boil i tall in on ebig pot hmm it is tasty u must add the hardest veggies first that take the longest to cook


when i went to jamaica i fell in love wiht salt fish and ackee and the curry chicken and goat soup. I make the first time a lot with rice and peas and maybe every now and then some ox tail but it never turns out right i would lov eot get the recipe tho for the oxtail and goat soup if u have it to share

In my opinion sex with each individual is different doesnt matter if ur bbw or not . sex with mr x in doggy may not be the best for mr f.. Each person has to find out what position is best for them i am a bbw and carry my weight very well but i also like to make sure that the person i am with is big enough to enjoy what is happening and if the case that doggy doesnt work then hey we can always have fun experimenting and looking for other postions.

but yet again just my opinion
