Why do guys go for the bad girl?
Posted: 7/3/2006 6:58:03 PM | Well, yeah, the sex is part of it.. But I have to say, Im guilty of falling for bad girls, and for more than just sexual reasons.
Ive been with gorgeous girls, and the sex was great.. but outside the bedroom, they were just too prim and proper.. Now, mind you, Im not into cursing, spitting, burping girls- I like a sort of classic femininity.. but too much of a "goody two shoes" attitude gets old fast.
I like exciting, Impulsive, spontaneous, confident with a little bit of **** the system attitude.. but without being a total ****. I like a girl with off the wall ideas.. someone who will shock me just a little bit- keep me on my toes, but not so much that Im embarrassed to go places with her..
I like a girl who has ideas and opinions of her own, and not just ideas, but can take charge sometimes. I know Im the guy, and Im in no means submissive or meek, but at the same time- I dont want that in a female partner- I want an equal, not only someone I can teach, but someone I can learn from.
I believe in chilvary, but I am attracted to women for the same reasons that women are attracted to men. I want to know that my girl can handle herself in most situations. I dont want a co-dependent girl.. I want a girl who doesnt NEED me, but WANTS to be with me just the same.
Usually, all this spunk and zest and attitude is NOT well balanced.. Unfortunately many women think that being a ****=STRENGTH. It DOES NOT. Rudeness, selfishness, uncouthness and ****y rudeness are all signs of an extremely ignorant, immature woman lacking class or sophistication..
So, I guess what men really like (me anyways) are real women who know how to balance these qualities.. being able to say "I adore you, but youre dead wrong.." "or shut the hell up" in a cute way.. a little 'tude without the ****y, selfishness and low class..
The problem is that most cannot balance.. They are either too obnoxious and selfish and ME ME ME, or way too dull and placid, and eager to please like a lost puppy.
I love my puppy, but I dont respect her. One of the sexiest organs, as we all do know, is the brain, accopanied by a good dose of confidence. I want an equal- not an asskiss. | | | |
