Can a casual comment instantly turn you off?

Your profile says "nonbigoted and nonracist" and yet you call a group "rednecks". Yes I am a NASCAR fan. However, to stay on the thread, anyone who makes a comment such as yours would be a red flag to me.

Long hair on older women
Posted:

Long hair, short hair, purple, green, blue, what does it matter....and why should it be age related?
I enjoy having my hair long. It is a part of my personality, as is the color I change it to. We try so hard to go with the flow of society that we lose ourselves in the process. Luckily at my age "50" I've finally come to the realization that I can be who I want, wear my hair in the style I want, and not worry about what someone else says or thinks. If you enjoy your hair short, go for it! If you feel good with it long, do it. It is not a decision that is going to harm anyone or anything. As the saying goes, "Life is short, enjoy it while you can because you only get one chance."

A Few Extra Pounds

Why not end all the questions with a current picture. Wouldn't that end all the speculation. Stand up, face the camera and SMILE!!! Hopefully you will be as attracted to the personality as you are to the pic when you start communicating. No one is looking for perfection, but do know what we are attracted to. For me it is all in the smile.

Worst fashion error of your life.

I think I can top all of you. Since I was in high school in the 70's, it was short shorts called "hot pants" together with knee high vinyl boots, and a top that was called a "smock top" but looked like a maternity top...lol I thought I was so "cool"...lol The scary part is that it seems like some of it is coming back

Vampire Poll

Anita....Try the Dark Series by Christine Feehan. She puts a unique twist on what a vampire is. Yes, they are romance, but all have a great plot and plenty of action. Let me know what you think. The first one is called "Dark Prince".

I usually don't respond to dumb posts....but couldn't resist this one. Honey I'm soon to be 49, and you would be the one needing the oxygen.
