I enjoy having my hair long. It is a part of my personality, as is the color I change it to. We try so hard to go with the flow of society that we lose ourselves in the process. Luckily at my age "50" I've finally come to the realization that I can be who I want, wear my hair in the style I want, and not worry about what someone else says or thinks. If you enjoy your hair short, go for it! If you feel good with it long, do it. It is not a decision that is going to harm anyone or anything.
