I've found a real 100% free dating site recently at http://www.uk.amoureux.com, it's an international dating site so you can meet with people all around the world, but there is also kind of matching by area if you see what I mean, you can choose to see the profiles of people in one specific region. you can do all the usual stuff, view profiles, write to other members and so on, there's also a chat.
