OMG kissing is the best starter for sparking the flame for some fun in the relationship. Victoria, please take this as a compliment, your lips are SOOOO KISSABLE. Old girl friend loved it when she stayed over for several days and when I went out in morning I would giver her a deep sexy kiss, then maybe a call during the day hinting,,,. She called this technique "The Slow Burn" and simply loved it. The first time we ever were intimate together she kept saying a guy had never grace her an oral "O" so when she got her new bar stools, I told her to get one out, fold a big towel to sit on, get a shower and put on the robe I got her, silk of course. She was told I would be over at 7, showed up at 7:07 and walked in, kissed her, pulled the sash off,opened the robe , picked her up and sat her in chair, got pillows to kneel on, and then SLOWLY worked my way around to the "target". Well as for single moms being sterotyped , yep see it all the time I also see a man my age not wanting to plan for my retirement rather than start a family. I am 39 not 59. For other reasons I am not married and no kids at home nor can see(long story but isnt from not wanting too). I meet women in thier mid 30s who are either single with kids or have raised thiers and dont want anymore or just want to statt planing for a retirement or some such blather ,rather than making a home (regardless of kids or not) and all. I then get derided for looking to younger women who still want children or have them but arent looking for a daddy. I have a step mother and a step brother and 2 step sisters, 2 step neices and 3 step nephews and one great step neice (God I can remember when her mom was born) so being a stepparent isnt out of my range of knowlege. Anyway to me a single mom is sacred, my mom raised me single till I decided to get away from problems at school and move in with my dad/step mom. As for dating a single mom I have messaged many and got so many different responses. Also if she is looking for a new baby or sperm donor she wont even get a call back except to say good bye. But if the lady wants to date, get to know each other and hopefully make a stable relationship together and she has children so be it. I was raised to treat ladies right and all and God rest his souls my dad would haunt me if i didnt treat them nice AND my mom who is still around and kicking after a liver/kidney transplant would give me what for if I was treating her bad.

Ok first of all I would agree that TN has some p!$$ poor regulations, getting mustered out for an injury while in basic is very bad. The doctors must have been very stupid if they couldnt heal you and get you back into training in a decent time. As for getting help as your not mustered out yet thats pretty rediculous but stuff happens all the time. Now as for caffien being dangerous and all that and then saying ritalin is different GET A LIFE. I have seen a lot of the ADHD ADD drugs abused by people for all the wrong reasons. IF a soda or coffee helps so be it, as for addictive, COME ON. rtialin is super addictive to normal people,,I work in a college town and have seen several students addicted and they feed that crap to kids, alot of which DONT need it. And as for her ex messing with child porn and getting caught and then being able to be around kids unsupervized is a very scarry thought. Now Liz, as a man who is appalled at the lack of support you have gotten I can only say I am sorry. aS for the people who say just work more, she is doing what she can, and heck she is even taking most advise given and looing into it. Being in a bad situation and trying to get out of it or at least work with it for her kids I do see some ridicule thats unwarranted. Now as a God fearing man and I am also an ordained minister (presently without a church) I will place you on my prayer list and while religious people/organizations may have failed you God will never forsake you. When you think you cant go on or dot see a light at the end of the tunnel just quietly ask God to give you strength and knowledge to get through and it will come. Your doing a lot for you and your kids and trying to do more. I do congradulate you. And as for people giving an opinion of tipping and such and trying to attach any type of thing about the place you work, they better work a month in your shoes. I know of several women I am aquainted with and they are servers and such for chain resturants and some pay good and some dont. some charge a lot more in certain areas over others and Chillis does this as I can go to Indianapolis and pay more than Bloomington where I work, and I know that the ladies working in Indy have an even harder job ,get paid more but pay more out in living cost. I drive 35 to 40 miles to make more on the flat rate hour as a mechanic, but even the cost I incure driving are lesst than if I moved to that town. Keep the faith and keep your chin up girl it will all turn around just have some faith in God AND yourself. AND good luck when you get into school. Third day of Kindergarten phone call Posted: 9/3/2007 1:26:33 PM
Well folks a good lady friend of mine had had her daughter in school for what all of 2 weeks or so and so far they have shoved her into a slow learning class, sent her "file" over to a school approved psycoligist and such. She was refered to a doctor and he wrote a scrip, without ever seeing the child. So far the mother is now fighting to keep her out of school and she will continue to teach her at home till she is old enough to go to a higher grade in school. Well the lady has gotten 3 warnings that the girl will get kicked out of school if she doesnt start behaving. The girl was simply n the other room with piano practicing her bars, quietly So this is the 5 yr old little girl who reads books to me when I am over, she can add ,subtract, multiply and divide. She is VERY smart and not at all any trouble as I have baby sat for her. so my friend has sent her to a Sylvan center and the therapist asked why she was there. she said a 7 yr old didnt need kindergarten therapy. Then she reread the girls profile. She was astounded and told Katie(the girls mom) that she was well ahead of the other kids and was simply bored. The school has thrown every road block they could at the mother to keep the child in the school to keep numbers up, in our opinion. The child has been tested at another school and could get into either an advanced 1st grade or regular 2nd BUT she is too small and young . The attorney has taken all info to a judge to have mother gain control over her daughters scolastic career. Just take a breath and also a little work on helping your child in group situations might go a long way. I am all for professional help too. Good luck. As for teacher having too much power or too little I feel the schools ability to report to other agencise and doctors and such without a modocum of parental input scares me. UNLESS the child is being a bused at home. As for children not having outside play time is rediculous. and all day kindergarten will compound a lot of these problems for some kids. The state I live in has had some schools go to all year school and it is failing miserably. Seems that some schools and teachers are lacking but I do stand behind all of the good ones. Again I wish you luck and also talk to your child and let them know that bad behaviour will have negative results at home like no video games, or TV. Dont get me wrong I dont believe a spanking is needed for everything but ruling it out as child abuse is absurd too. anyway good luck and a few prayers will come your way too. God Bless Lee

Ok so I am going to point out a few things. First of all he isnt going to pay, will most likely will skip around so as to not pay. IF you try to enforce child support if he doesnt give a crap he would most likely run a huge bill, then if not paid he would get jail time to "pay" off the money. you can **** about it all you want but at the national average of $83000 per person in jail regardless of what crime you might get some recompense or not, the stater amy try to go after compensation if you take out state help with the child. But in the long run it cost many thousands of dollars to the tax payers NOT the father if he gets jail time for not paying. Let him sign over his rights, give the child YOUR name and find a decent man to adopt your baby and giver her a loving father. I see too many women try to make the man pay, then I see the man get the royal shaft also. I have a friend he has 3 kids, and one on the way. Last was surprise, but first wife makes amost $2,000 every 2 weeks, lives in pretty carppy trailer so as to not have a big payment, she was trying to get child support from him and he barely made $300 a week. She brought the boy up lat winter with no school clothes, no jacket, no school books nothing,,,BUT she brought the ritalin he didnt need, and dumped him off at hi s dads saying she couldnt handle him. How do I know? I bought him a winter coat, back pack and school supplies as his dad was low on cash! That B!tch is now wanting him back as she wants a 9 yr old to baby sit her other 2 kids(against the law in Indiana he is too young)also she found out my buddy MAY be getting a better job. Let him cut and run you dont need the headaches and trouble. Trust me it will get much stickyier in the future. when she is old enough you just tell her that her father wasnt ready to be a dday and felt she would be better off without him, honestly trying to chain him down is pointless. Do I give darn about his responsibilty, nope and neither does he, and he wont be cooperative. good luck in what ever you do. But best advice is let him fall off the face of the earth.

Well sorry for yourproblems, I had a very long post but I really feel the child needs to learn to respect his elders, thats teachers,principles etc. I really dont think you need a Dr or a prescription, the child needs some stern disipline. But you probably think I am wrong and we both have opinions. When I was in school I could and did get paddlings, and trust me if I got it at school for doing wrong I got it at home to. Time outs and standing in a corner only work for minor infraction,,, like a fine for speeding, but if you get caught doing 160mph your gonna get jail time. I really think the issue is how to punish the child to teach him rather than not teaching him. Good luck

Ok ladies i am 39 and dont feel it yet but I do feel the aftereffects of having had a bad accident several yrs ago. BUT my question is : Is it so strange when a man "tips" his hat (as i wera a hat most of the time) to a lady? I walked into Wal-Mart the other day and being its time for college students to come back to town(I work in the college town)the young ladies wsere coming out in droves to get things forgot fat home or the must haves to settle in for a new year of studying. Well if I walked by a lady (ANY AGE) within a set mental distance (this was how I was taught if you was in speaking distance ,roughly 5 to 10 feet ,depending on place and decorum) to tip my hat. Now this has evolved into a touch of the brim for the most part and also I was taugh to hold/open doors for ladies especially if they had packages/kids/etc. Well that day the door was broken and customers had to open them by hand, so a very young lady with a small daughter in tow and a large package, obviously for return, was coming up to the door and I opened it, held it , tipped my hat and expressed a ma'am. well the lady behinde her I held iot for also ,she was probably in her 60s, when I got in the door the younger lady launched into a diatribe of how degrading I was, insulting and what a pervert (i had looked down to see if daughter was in and even gave her the hat tip and ma'am too) I was. I merely stated that I was trying to be a gentleman and the older lady who I had held the door for launched back at her how she should be appreciative for a kind gentleman holding a door for her and being courteous to her and her daughter. The young lady THOUGHT I WAS TRYING TO PICK HER UP! So I firmly but gently stated that with her having a child and not beinag able to see a wedding band I logicly assumed she was married or atleast engaged. She wasnt,. She had been left with the little girl to raise all alone and had barely got on her feet and wasnt having a good time with getting things accomplished on her own AND dipsh*t had supposedly reported her as unfit and she had to get things fixed up at home and had problems with a hamper for girls room (third try in getting one not broke). Now dont get me wrong but I had a very nice looking lady, flaming mad at me because I was trying to be kind. Now since I know she wasnt in good mood I dont take offence but she was about to cry when she was informed that some men have been taught to be gentlemen. I assured her she was not on my bad list nor did I think Santa wouldnt bring her a good present this Christmas because of it. But the thing that got me was I had way to many young women come up to me and tell me that Iwas jjsut a creep and shouldnt do it anymore. I asked one girl who stated she was 18 going on 19 and didnt want any man doing anything for her regardless of what he thought was right. Now that girl I asked if she wanted her next BF to actually get to know her name or if she cared if he got in, got off and got out befoire she even got a description without even caring for her sexual satisfaction. The look on her face was priceless, and the older lady told me I should have been a little less crude but the look on the girls face was priceless. Now the girl with the little one, and a major problem was trying to get another hamper down and I asked if she wanted help and she asked why i asked and I told her it was the gentlemanly thing to do. She told me that at least a dozen college guys she knew just walked by and stared at her ass asn boobs rather than help. I told her that while I could appreciate her fine form(yes Iwas flirting as I felt she had felt bad enough for one day and actually hoped it would make her feel good) Iwas simply helping a lady. She just didnt get it. So I asked her daughter who was playing with dolls in cart seat" Is your mommy always this hard to talk to?" And she said in a very intelligent voice for one so little,,,"Yes ,granny says she is going to be a spinster before she finds a good man." Hmm out of the mouths of babes I guess. I tipped my hat agian and excused my self again ang at the door was given a piece of paper by the greeter, it had her name and number on it and an offfer of a home cooked dinner. But my question still stands, do younger women understand what tipping of the hat(or atleast the gesture of touching the hat brim stands for?

Ok as a former child who got to see my dad every other weekend and at first it was friday night to saturday evening,,, IT SUCKED. As a small boy who loved his daddy I cried so hard every time he came and every time he went. I would be dancing at the door till he drove into the drive at moms. Then I would cry like the****ns as I was leaving mom. but as soon as I was in truck and out the drive it was all good, then we would have to go to his place, then over to the lady he was dating(now my step mother) and see her and her 3 kids(which gave me a great brother and 2 great sisters). when it went to till saturday evening , it sucked as dad came and got me then took me back the next day, but then when I got to stay till Sunday it got much better. After some issues at school my 7th grade year I decided to move in with dad and my step mom, my younger step sister was still at home but in college and step brother was out but getting ready to go in the Navy. It hurt mom to move but it was a good idea at the time. BUT if ANYONE wants to say that a part time parent is ok now or then its not. and the shared "family " home really seems to be a good one. A room for dad and one for mom, let them have a key to lock it up when gone and this also lets a punishment by one parent stand till the next time the punisher comes back,,,ie no playing one against the other. AND both meeting for a 5 minute "johnny did this and cant do this" meeting as they switch. christmas can be held with both parents in house and sharing when each takes kids to other family events. I havent had my father around for 6 yrs and as I had a bad accident back in 94 I am still paying the bills for some of it and hadnt moved out when my dad passed away,,,Yes I was in my 30s and had started moving out several times but things happened and had to not move. Dont get me wrong I didnt really want to live with dad and step mom but it was either that or live on the streets. After dad got sick I kept second job instead of quiting and trying to find a single job with more money and then using extra time to spend with my dad. Bad choice. I am older now and I have been trying to find a decent lady to date for years, and actually thought POF had came trough, but she cant get out from under her parents thumb so its probably not going to happen,, but we will see. Shared family house makes a lot more sense that some of the things I went through and have see also.

Guns are not bad nor are they manufactured to injure nor destroy. Guns are simply mechanical devices that use a contained explosion to expell a projectile object out of the barrel in a trajectory determined by the sighting mechanism. Inanimate objects can not be evil , only the person or persons handling them. I feel baseball bats are evil as they have killed people,,,,see this is an opinion and not a fact. In all honesty if the people who own guns have been raised around them, or been trained to handle them (yes anyone) the gun and the person owning/handling them are safer than driving a typical car. The gun is simply a tool used for certain purposes, just like hammers, ice picks, tire irons, lamp cords, and many other typical murder weapons. Did anyone know that the firearm is only 38th on the list of items used by lawbiding citizens either in the commission of a crime for the first time or in a crime of passion. Now also did anyone know that 78 percent of the firearms used in criminal acts are illegally aquired either by theft or by underground firearms sales. I am not singling anyone out here but in towns where firearm ownership is legal and licensed the crime rates are some of the lowest in the country. Chicago has some of the strictest gun laws (ie you cant have any guns) but also has the highest crime rate involving either home invasion or criminally violent acts against unarmed, law biding citizens. A 23 yr old lady 2 1/2 month pregnant had an old gun in her possesion as it was an heirloom from her family and had forgot it when moving into Chcago. she was raped repeatedly, sodomized and beaten, when she miscarried right in front of those perpetrators, they raped and sodomized her again. Well after having had thier fun thought she had passed out and she had slowly crawled to her chest of drawers and pulled the gun out, loaded and killed all 6 of her attackers and the murder of her unborn child. She was convicted of 6 counts of murder in the firt degree and her family was sued (they were very well off but she had not taken any money from them till needing a lawyer) by the families of each rapist. all in all the family paid out many millions of dollars because of it. She has since been pardoned and given a clean record. It took her several years of therapy to get over the abuse, the death of her unborn child , her lose of job,husband, life and disgrace of the family. The 6 gang bangers have never had any charges lodged against thier record(cant be convicted as they are rotting in h*ll) but they all had hundreds of arrests and convictions for just such crimes and similar things. Now she lives in Texas and has a new family and carries anywhere she pleases in the state except where not allowed. All the women on here who hate,fear, dislike guns , I hope and pray you never have ANYTHING happen where you need a gun or a person owning one to protect you to use one. The lady I just taklked about was at a local gun shop as she was looking to buy a new gun so she could go hunting in Indiana with family. I met her and she complimented me when I walked in with my gun on my hip. Oh an d by the way if any crime comes your way or hostilities we will tell the cops and soldiers to leave the guns at base. Guns are inanimate objects with no ability to do anything but lay thier. Now a bad person can USE said firearm in a criminal manner but since we have to coddle the gun toting criminal instead of emptying the gun into that persons head stopping him from getting out of prison in a few years. Thety will continue till we feed and cloth and teach and give medical car to the national average of $83,000 oer year for as long as they are in the jail, ogh and we have to give them endless trials to prove thier innocnece even if convicted beyond a shaddow of a doubt. Bad people do bad things,,, no object in stationary position has ever jumped up and killed someone. And if we take away the law abiding citizens firearms away then the only ones with one will be criminals. Please think of that. Oh and if a rapist comes into your home and tries to rape you or your daughters or even the men of the house, pick up ANYTHING and beat them till they are unmoving or dead. Becasue the rape or muder will be done IF you can call and the national average of police responce time is 14 minutes and a the high and low of 9 minutes and 33 minutes. How manytimes can you be beaten and raped in those times? If you are afraid of guns take several classes on gun safety and how to handle them. If you learn to respect the firearm for its use and understand how to be safe and handle safely a firearm is nothing more than an object. Fear of a gun is foolhardy, fear of a person with a gun threatening violence is proper and expected. Like it wassaid in a movie, "Fear is the mind killer" .If you fear somthing learn about it and learn to respect that thing, and throw the fear away and replace it with respect.

Dont know about honorable but if the creep had swung his ass would be taxidermy jerky. NO ONE will harm a lady if I am around untill I am dead or near death. See the big reason I carry was I helped put a very bad drug dealer away a long time ago, I was warned he was out of jal and I had already bought the gun but hadnt got my permit yet, after hearing he was out(and had threatened me to cop I used to work with) I bought a Tactical lock back knife and have carried one since. And yes I know how to gut a person with a knife in selfdefense. I can put 4 cuts on most people before they ever know what happened. I learned from a former Seal team leader and my old Tae Kwon Do teacher. You want to see a real knife fight go watch Underseige with Steven Segal and Tommy Lee. Thats as close as you will ever see one as it would be a lot closer and a lot faster. I now carry with a Lifetime permit and carry a Ruger P90 .45 Auto it has an 8 round clip, one in the pipe and I carry the other 2, 7 round clips. And on a tactical range I can run ,roll, and shoot and pretty much 21 or 22 out of 23 rounds total hit where I aim or give a good accounting for themselves. I carry hollow points and no metal jackets these would only serve to let them go through many things rather than open up and detain or destroy the perptrator I am shooting at. Know this ,IF i am shooting at someone they ARE a criminal trying to hurt me or mine or at least someone. Can I live with killing?Yes. Why?One is because I know my cause is right and I walk with God anyway (also ordained minister)and I trust him to keep me safe AND guide me and my aim. Are my guns locked up yep but can I get at them easily yep and the buckshot too. Lead with a load of double ought buck and follow up with the .45. Will I expect my girlfriend/wife to respect my ownership handling of guns , gang straight, would I expect her to carry ,no but I would expect her to go out and practice till she is comfortable with them so as to be able to protect herself if I am gone or hurt. "And eye for and eye and a tooth for tooth" also if you see some child or adult normally not violent killing with a gun then they either were never trained in proper handling or are in very desperate mental state. Also if the liberal anti gunners ever just figured out that the criminal that used a gun should be shot with it after conviction and proper appeals, well then most gun toting criminals would remember that if caught they would get death penalty. If you remember the murders usually got hung in the square at noon for all to see and remember. I am sure many many young meen way back when went on the straight and narrow because of wittnessing these dispensations of justice. I am as mild mannered and kind to a fault and unles you knew me you might never know I have a gun and permit. This is me and part of how I wasrasied, I got back handed if I did wrong or the belt or the switch,,, no timeoputs for bad things, no had slaps for major no nos, I learned there are consequences for my actions. Now I am a single 39 yr old with no criminal record and a lifetime permit. And a lifetime of stories of going out after dinner at grandpas and shooting 22s or shooting trap ot high powered rifles. Or helping load shotgun shells in the living room. That was a high point if grandpa ever let you start loading shells! I have the gun I always ogled as a child ,a Western Auto store sold 12 ga. Mom has the Kreighoff (ie $20k+ value trap gun with 3 different barrels, mine when she passes away) . Ok nuff said but guns made this country safe, kept it safe and will continue to. Oh I also ahve a Mathews Switchback XT bow for archery and with a broad head I could gut a person in one draw and release and I doubt the perpetrator would even know he was dieing till he keeled over. Ever guess why Japan hit Hawai instead of California, one of the Generals knew a lot of the Americans had guns and would protect thier country. I live next to a govenrment resevation (ie Base that does military support work) and if old Osama ever shows up in a truck trying to bomb it hes dead if I get a bead on him. Well dont get me wrong I know we havent seen much of each other, BUT we did hit it off VERY well. And she did want to meet again. The big thing is neither of us wanted the night to end. The wide and varied topics we talked about really hit home. Dont get me wrong I dont want to run off to Vegas with her but I do want a second date. I agree with the part about the parents controling her but her dad did have to rescue her in Chicago from previous BF. So I do understand where they come from but I really think I could score some points if I appologized in person some how,,and I had a thought of ASKING her father if he would do me the honor of allowing me to date his daughter. I really want to take the high road , this girls isnt the meet,greet, eat and run type. No wham bam thank you mam. She told me that her experiences with guys in her age range all want to just have sex. Heck she had dated a cop and all he wanted to do is take her to the spare room at his moms and have sex with her. Even after she said no. To be honest I really dont want to mess up. Its hard to believe I could actually meet a lady who could fill just about all of my "requirements" WITHOUT being sleazy. anyway so far I havent heard anything so oh well it will work out or not I guess. And yes I am a hopeless romantic.

OK, so I messaged a few ladies but nothing ever came of it, then onewrote back but the bagagge she had was an unfortunate sign to let it go. Then feeling a little down but I still had a glimmer of hope in getting a relationship going,,,I emailed another very sweet lady,,and oh my God she was interested, seriously. So the messages were so shockingly the same as I would have sent that it was scary. Well I was trying to work up some courageto ask her to meet, and she came back with a question like what type of relationship I wanted. Well all of my supposed answers were long pages of ,,,well something. BUT she kept coming back to ask something. I was speachless. Now her picture was a little too far off to get a super good idea of her overall appearance, but it did tell me she seemed like a very nice person. Her dating experiences may not have been as many as mine but I felt she had recieved some of the same stuff I had from ex'es. I took the chance and asked her to meet me in a public place ,this so if it didnt go right we could bow out without hysterics I guess. She agreed but I couldnt make it when she wanted as I was helping my mom do some clean up aat her old house, So we made a date for a couple days later. Man was I nervous!!! BUT I did dress up rather than go straight from work, nice clothes, brush my hair and teeth. Well we met at a book store that has reading areas, so let me break down the first meeting: I walk in very nervous, and start looking. she told me she had graduated from college to be a teacher, but is back in school for nursing. Anyway I walked around for a few minutes,,, looking, seeing several women who MIGHT have been her. so as I walk up the last isle I looked in I see this VERY pretty girl, WOW that cant be here,,,,God I wish it was,,but oh well. But something intrigues me about her, she looks up,, sort of over her glasses, smiles the prettiest smile, I think she recognized me before I actually put it together. she stands and ask if I am Lee, and I ask if she was Tammy. So we meet. she shakes my hand and honstly I cant remeber exactly what i said but the high school boy in me is jumping around inside like I just made a touch down. She is a little taller than me but she could care less it seems ,,,so we sit and talk for ,,well over 4 hours then go for bathroom breaks, and then walk around the store, just talking. Then we went outside and she ask if I trusted her driving, I think she was ready for something to eat BUT it was so late nothing was open so we went back to the parking lot near my truck ,,and talk for a few more hours. Well she tells me that she has a curfew of sorts, and she was worried her mom was going to come looking for her, dontgetme wrong she is late 20s not a teen ager or nothing. But it was mutual that it seemed we both never wanted it to end night wise. AWESOME date. Now the bad part, she is still at home as she is still in college for nursing. anyway her parents got all bent out of shape, told her she couldnt meet anyone else from the internet or they would throw her out of the house. Well she wants to be friends and chat according to her note to me, she liked me. Now we had sort of discussed a second date. . But now with her parents mad at her and I guess thinking I am a wierdo or pervert from on line. BUT FROM THE FIRST 10 MINUTES I WAS TALKING TO HER , I WASNT UNDRESSING HER, OR DAYDREAMING ABOUT SEX NOTHING LIKE THAT. I was simply amazed by her smile and her eyes and well just about everything about her. She is charming, and all I could think of was how lucky I was to meet her,, and terrified that I would screw it up on my own. Well not wanting the night to end and making her late, may have made it impossible for us to have a second date or any possible chance to see where it would/could go . So rather than it being her choice to end it or go forward something has thrown a wrench in the works so to speak. Now honestly I wasnt seeing possible sex scenes in my mind or how she would look in nothing, I was seeing her meeting my mom, seeing the family farm, meeting friends of mine . she was charming , a little reserved and guarded. But she was talking about just about anything. WE clicked and I felt,,,alive. So what do I do give up or should I just try to let it simmer so to speak. Let her think about how good a time we had ? This lady is special and one in a million. Honest opinions please.

The Second Amendment, as passed by the House and Senate, reads: “ A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed. " did you knowthat in Washington DC the police are not responsible in protecting the citizens of the District? BUT no one in the District of Columbia can own a firearm ,not even for protection. Now to make one thing very clear,,,, guns dont kill people,,,people kill people,,mostly through negligence, ignorance or loss of moral control for what ever reason. Fear of an inanimate object is simply a lack of intelligent understnading of that object and its proper handling or use. Now as for hunting for a trophy I dont really condone it but most outfitters who setup hunts do harvest and use/distribute the remainder of the animal. I have friends who hunt for winter meat as they cant afford meat in a grocery store. Oh and as for the meat department the one fella talks about, how do you think they kill some of them? it certainly ISNT as clean and ethical as a properly trained and equipt hunter. Its down right disgusting. But I like eating steak and other meats. And I understand that God put us on the earth to use and command it to our use. And that includes all of the animals that were put here to be used as food. I live in Indiana and we can protect our property/life with extreme force if we so feel threatened. We dont have to cower in a corner and hope the bad people dont tear up too much stuff or rape our 10 yr old daughter (a friend s daughter who I am Godfather of wasraped in sucha manner,,in Chicago) or wife/husband. We can grab grandpas 12 ga load some double ought buck shot and shoot the b@$t@rd that is doing/trying to do such crimes on me or mine. I am 10 minute from local town, and about 20 from sherrifs dept. so protection may be paramount for me to take matters into my own hands. Ladies if your walking to your car ina parking lot at night and a mugger/rapist/generall bad person assaults you , A would you wish that I with my own firearm and a license to carry it(also you gotta think I had to pass a FEDERAL BACKGROUND CHECK very picky and hard to get a good rating on for the most part)would come to your aid and either run off or detain for arrest the perpetrator for possible prosecution? Or should I just drive by and call the police with an average 14 minute response time and let your belongings/life/kids be forfiet? This happened recently in the town I work in, a college town and the girl was just getting off work and I had fallen asleep in my truck after getting some things from Kmart, the guy had a machette (big knife)and was waving it around. The girl had her 2 yr old daughter in the car ,with it running to cool off, as she checked/locked the buisness door again. I step out ,quietly , making sure my gun is unobstructed, also make sure I have my extra clips of ammunition ( I am a former Scout and have had some plice training WAY in the past) .I walk up on the scene (yes i had already called the police, 8 minutes before) and simply ask if she was having some king of trouble. She looked at me with my hand on my firearm, and visibly relaxed a little and lost some of the hysterics. The idiot (I later found out ) was strung out and thought she had a night drop bag to steal. He rears back to swing and I draw and offer him the ultimatum, drop it or (well lose some very hard to replace male parts) and he drops the knife(uhm 23 inches of cutting blade by cops measuremnt),,,and she kicks him in the "ahem" as I find out he wanted her keys(and IE her daughter) to the car. The cops came by, sirens blaring, light flashing nad I holster my gun so they know I am good guy(even though I gave them my description,, so as to not shot)and sit back and watch them cuff'em and stuff'em. This makes owning and carring a firearm very real and benificial in my mind. And guess what no one got killed but a bad person is in jail, attepted robbery, atteepted kidnaping, car theft, assault with deadly weapon and under the influence of narcotics and repeat offender,,and possesion. He had done it 3 times before,, it was kept hush ,hush and I donated the reward offered. As for hunting , go look at a kill line in a meat processing plant then go watch a hunter. OK nuff said but Ido get my double chocolate milk shakes for free now. my $.02. If more Honest , law abiding citizens owned and carried firearms,,, then crime would be less,, its proven. My aunt worked for a Village Pantry and wasrobbed 3 times 4th time the yahoo got to crap his pants and stare down a gun barrel! crime doesnt pay ,especially if the person being robbed/assaulted is armed. The best defense is a good offense.

OK, sin is evident every day and how we choose to deal with it and interact is OUR choice. God does not condemn anyone to hell or make them do vile acts, FREE WILL does. God simply states believe in him and his son Jesus Christ and use common sense and the basic rules (10 comandments) and you pretty much have an inside look at whats true. Now if you worship differently , thats your buisness. I do agree most ,what i call hard line christians, do come on too strong BUT this is their doing NOT GOD. God does not make me pick up a crow bar or a gun and kill nor do I believe he asks be to corner people and berate them with his word. God comes to each person in his own time and place and offers him the gift, the gift of everlasting life in heaven. Religion is a very rare commodity that thankfully is for the most part is not controlled unless your religion is so disgustingly vile that it even goes against common decency. Everyone can be against christianity (not God) as an organized body. BUT one day everyone will figure out they are either right or wrong ,believer or not, in the end. God guides me everyday and I try to do what is right, I will not get in anyones face and preach to them till I cant breath, but i can pray to (my) God and Jesus Christ to let any and all find him in their own way. Almost 12 years ago I was in a VERY bad accident and came out with some major injuries but I also came away with a very honest sense of some greater power kept me from being killed that day. Everyday I ask God to help me get through the day , to give me a good day at work and keep me safe. And I know if I should die in another wreck I can and will go to heaven. I look at some of the most incredible thing on any given day, pictures of the cosmos, the stars in the sky, a simple flower,,,, man there HAS to be a greater power at work and while most people think about the bible being the do all and end all it is merely an interepted and translated compilation of many writings and teachings from prophets, schollars and diciples of God put together by one man and his underlings. Do we know that every word of the King James version bible is accurate to the last period? No. But I do believe in God and can see so much more than the narrow view of "bible" thumpers. A friend of mine has charted some obvious correlations in history to the bible and its contents and we now believe that Gods creation(s) is/are much older than the current church acceptance. But we also have in our minds an honest understanding that too many complex and wonderful things are collected here on this tiny little pebble of sand in the universe to not have a grand plan and higher power starting it ,possibly to just see what happens, to think so many things just "pop" and there they are. I have my opinion of the God created the heavens and the earth in 6 days as being in Gods length of days not mans. One day in someone of that power would/could be millions or billions of years to come to the fruition of life today. Anyway if you want to have a view so be it but I can still ask MY God to show you what i have seen, and if you want to ignore it or bash it so be it but I am and always will be a Christian in that I believe in God and the Lord Saviour Jesus Christ and no mater what anyone tries to interpet or imply into the bible and its contents. I have no doubt someone will have an opinion to agree with or disagree with me and my God. There are to many wonderous things in/on this planet alone to not believe there is no higher being and i believe that to be God. Lee PS asb keep the faith.
