As your boyfriend, I would not like it, even if I didn't say it out loud. As your potential roommate, I don't see any negatives just "possibilities." I think it is highly unlikely that it will work out they way you envision, at least not for long. All choices have consequences. Best of luck to you!

Agree with LeftOfNormal's response: Some people are multi-taskers and talk to multiple people. Some people are more linear and take a one-at-a-time approach. Classic POF thread complaints when the dating styles don't mix: Some multi-taskers think those who date linearly are stalkers. Some linear daters think those who multi-task are "players."

^^^Agree. One of the reasons I favorite profiles. I like the ice breaker reason too. It's a way to show that you have an interest in a profile whether it's because of the pic(s), profile content, or other. The person favorited should take that as a sign and make initial contact IF there is mutual interest. A favorite makes it easier to track a profile out of all the other ones on POF.
