yes, www.webdate.com is a truly free web site. nevertheless, many of the people on the site are married. I've caught a few in a lie or two. In any event this can happen on any site. Just ask the right questions and you will get the right answer. Magic bullet is I'll call you at your home number. Their response will be my cell phone number is my home number. Okay!!
