i was very sceptical about speed dating before i tried it,but everyone who goes along is in the same position, its really just like the pof meets but with strangers.if you enjoy meeting new people its great fun.many people make the same mistake of assuming that its got something to do with sex, maybe it will catch on in the usa also

some really good points here, but call it discussion, differences of opinion ,communication of ideas, brainstorming, getting a point across or debating,we can only learn through dialogue.

Posted:

ok,i have many faults, but i made a decision to never block anyone ,i think it can be very hurtful.
if i have an argument with someone,i think it can be very constructive, surely we only block someone if we really think we cant win the argument.what do you think,is blocking just the easy way out?

time is a healer, maybe in 10 years your attitude will change.you really cant win because there are plenty of 30 somethings who would be very envious of your position(young and with child)
the decision is yours but always keep your options open sweetheart

staring at a ladies hooters for 10 minutes raises the heart rate burning as many calories as a one mile run.a calorie is a unit of energy sufficient to raise the temp of a litre of water by 1 degree celcius

i have always been a multiple dater and am very honest about it,to me speed dating is actually less emotionally harmful to others because the wider the circle of friends the less the dependence (im only talking about friendships here, because i dont agree with sex before marriage)

the problem is that if you do indeed reject him coldly rather than talking it through rationally you may lose him altogether.remember that if its an important thing for him it should be an important thing for you

Any 'westerner' had a relationship with a chinese girl?
Posted:
4/24/2007 3:14:18 PM
theres definitely a culture barrier to overcome because china is a third world country even if this is the 21st century(above)
let me give you an example.i was chatting with the ceo of a chinese joint venture company and he said to me,my greatest ambition in life sir is to learn to drive.he didnt even contemplate owning the car!ladies occupy a subordinate role so you can guess the rest!

why wont some ladies take no for an answer
Posted:
4/24/2007 2:30:46 PM
it has been mentioned that i can block people, but i think everyone has a right to be heard.whats the difference between prejudging and prejudice?
i get between 30 to 40 messages a week from married ladies, most will argue til the cows come home that they are really single, and that the certificate is just a piece of paper.
on the topic of the title, they really wont take no for an answer even when i say sorry and good luck, they come back with im not really here for dating anyway,so you really cant win
can i just warn single people here to wach out for this `its just a piece of paper ` trap, because if it was they would already be divorced.
another reason i wont block people is because if they really are getting divorced that is an entirely different situation,a case in point being the learned member, imjustmekevin

a lot of married folk use this forum on the pretext that they are just here to chat, well why pick a dating site, there are loads of other sites.
one thing really does lead to another
all of you who make out im such an idiot are in denial, and if youre single and think im an idiot then youre naive

well to most people apathy just means cant be bothered to get divorced.how many single people really want a relationship with someone who cant be bothered to get divorced
when people say they are only married on paper, its like people banned from driving saying to a policeman, well,on paper ive got a 5 year ban but it doesnt need to stop me
the bit about needing to trust being more important doesnt apply because anyone on a dating site while already married shows they cant be trusted, divorce isnt that hard or expensive
