Sleeping problems?
Posted: 4/24/2007 11:57:04 PM
well ive had a sleeping disorder for about six years now...and well every single person who posted a thread, said something helpful..and useful as ive personally used all of the fore mention techniques..from exsersize..to herbal tea's...to soft music/white noise...reading...or writing out your next day shedual...so you feel less anxious....but..id have to agree with the guy who said to consult a doctor...as well in my case theres a little gland..which regulates adrenilin flow..i have severe post traumatic stress disorder...and that little gland is...well its fried..or non functional...and well theres no healing..or growing a new one....so well its pretty amazing the way in time your body adjusts and with all the different techs...like everyone mentioned...ive been able to train my body to sleep..even if my mind is racing away..or my thoughts are all running together.....but you might have an imbalance..with your thyroid or maybe preducing adrenilin...with out knowing it....and a doctor could diagnos this and balence it out with meds...hope you figure out what the deal is cuz man...sleep deprivation...is a mo fo....take care

its not polite to stare period...NOW if a lady is dressed in a way that is putting her assets-breasts,legs,butt,...tummie...her hair...lips...hell... her fingernails....on display....still ,to stare is just wrong but to egknowledge...in an approoving manner...to me would be the correct responce...and a humorous aproach...not only would reduce any mutual embarrassment..because of the subject matter...but could really win you points as youve went from just noticing...to being now.their biggest and admirer and fan.....example..yur wear'n a very revieling ,and sexy dress....i bump in to ya....and hey my eyes go straight to the attraction....OH...MY...GOD....you have got thee nice..(cut yourself off at this point...look away at this point....and do not...what ever you do look at them again....)even maybe saying that if you did look again.....theres the possability...well you might not be able to controll your self...as well theyre quite possably the most perfect......youve ever seen...excuse yourself and tell her so if i cant look at you...in the eye.....its because of that......and then you can throw out another...or even all of her her attributes...but..one at a time...like.....yeah...or your back...youve got the sexiest back.....with the greatest neck..and ears....and eyes....omg...shes got the eyes.......wherd you get them....i dunno..if something is put out on display...id say the polite thing would be to admire and approove....but if theyre not being obviously displayed...well to notice and comment would be wayyyyy outa line...and be offensive

At what age do you draw the line?
Posted: 4/11/2007 10:46:26 PM
well under 18...for sure...now reallisticly...20 plus yrs younger , 7-8 yrs older...but now idealisticly....9-14 years younger is about the most attractive in my eyes...but there are always exceptions and mostly would depend on boths, mutual individual tastes....different strokes fur different folks right...so ta each...their own..
