Some of us don't allow ourselves time to heal after a previous relationship is over, we may "think" that we're ready but we're not, which can cause problems when trying to date someone new. I always allow myself some "me" time after a breakup so that I can truly devote my time/effort towards someone new, am I ready for a relationship again? absolutely!

Hmm, here's something interesting: goo goo (plural goo goos) (derogatory) a Philippine person. Adapted as an ethnic slur by American troops during the Filipino-American War. *Wow! that bring's back some childhood memories... the black kids in my neighborhood ostracized me by callin me the "ugly black gook baby", my parent's are Korean/Jamaican, mind you.* OP, I don't see the "N" word goin away anytime soon, alot of people use it as a term of endearment, yes...I've seen blacks/whites call eachother the "N" word, I've even encountered a few hypocrites who use it, no big deal to me, it's an ethnic slur that doesn't describe who I am, hope you got your car repaired.

Thought this would be a great way to share some creative thoughts, it doesn't matter what the theme is, just go for it. I'm a true "Sci-Fi" fan but can't think of a cool title yet, Agh!!!! to be continued, lol So far I've come up w/a few to share, one would be titled "The amazing adventures of Dirty Deeva and her sidekick Passion Puss", , the second would be "Call him out before the "games" begin", and the third would be "Fun ways to make dating easy", that's all I got so far, lol...

I got into bodybuilding some yrs. back for toning/definition and I never even thought of it as being "intimidating" to some guys, as a matter of fact I would think that alot of guys would appreciate a woman who cares about her health/appearance, granted that I've worked out w/some pretty massive femme bodybuilders and heard the snide remarks that were made about us lifting weights, yet some of those same guys would try to hit on us when their "posse" was no longer present, Go figure, right?

People tend to add you to their favorites for various reasons, whether they think you're attractive or your profile was funny, you may share the same friend's, ect., so I see no reason why someone should be punished or bashed for having high numbers of favorites, it's JUST a "list"..not an engagement, promisory ring, marriage or any other commitment of the sort, jeez...lighten up will ya.

What needs to be understood by all is that every person is unique, no matter what their zodiac sign is. orion67, Well stated!! I couldn't agree w/you more... I'm one of those "Cusp" kids so I'll probably never know what sign is BEST for me, but I haven't given up, well...not just yet. I have Cancer rising w/ moon in Leo and I tend to attract tons of Aries, Cancer's, Scorp's, Sag's, Gemini's & Pisces, jeez...that's 1/2 of the Zodiac already.

Im sure there are others on here that have some kind of disabily and they might not have a dog thay might have a artifical leg or a arm ect ect.At what point do you mention these things and when asked why or what happen how much should one say? OP, Yes, there are ALOT of us who are disabled, I'm a cardiac patient who wears a scar for life sigh, some guys notice it and ask about it whereas some guys could care less, it's always best to be upfront w/your disability ONLY if you think it may cause some friction when tryin to meet someone for the 1st time, and only tell the other person what you feel comfortable w/sharing without any pressure, know what I mean? I think the subject speaks for itself. I've been involved wth 5 women, and was engaged to these 5 women, and before the marriage, I found out they all cheated on me, which then, I ended it. Are there any women out there who DON'T cheat? OP, It sounds like you're running into women w/the same behavioral "trait's", and though you sound quite frustrated....you should be pleased to know that not every woman is the same, have you ever tried to find someone who's different than what you usually go after? maybe that would help.

I've had a stalker b4 and had him locked up, doing so literally saved my life. I dunno if the guy I've had problems w/on this site a few months ago is considered as being a stalker, but he's often tried to get me to respond to him by using various "alias's " on here, there's also another guy who's on here that decided to pop up at my home unannounced becuz "he was just in the neighborhood", that's a HUGE pet-peeve of mine and I'm still fuming over the sh*t he pulled, mind you... I've never had any physical relationships w/either of the above.

and i mean EVERY Capricorn to be either weird or high strung or just plain out there I was told that Scorp's (me) are sooooooooooooooooo compatible w/Cap's and Pisces, and I still have not found that to be true, both sign's I've come across were to "flaky", unsettled or just "weird", and don't get me started on the Libra male's I've met... Since my divorce from a Sag, 100yrs.ago, Cancer's have been my most compatible western sign and I'm guessin this is becuz my ascendant is in Cancer.

OP, Not to put a damper on the topic but I wanted to say this becuz so many women think that "it cud never happen to them"... I almost died almost 2yrs. ago from taking birth control pills, I've never smoked or did any drug's, in 06 I blacked out one too many times while driving, was sent to the ER and then found out that I had 85% of my lungs filled w/blood-clots becuz of the pill. I had major surgery done in March of 07 in which I now sport a "zipper" for life, I'm on blood-thinners for life and I'm still on oxygen, if you can use another alternative, plz do so, I don't want you to end up like I did.

I find it to be most interesting how some people will actually compare one person to another, based on a bad experience regarding their zodiac sign. I hear this alot... "All" Scorpian's are"Evil"!!! do you really believe that???c'mon! OP, women are alot harder to please in bed and if the guy doesn't have any stamina ( as in being a 1 min. man), it can turn women off. Communication is very important and if you 2 don't clique on a "mental" level, I doubt that the sex would be enjoyable.

Some of you guys are"hilarious"!!! I luv it!!!!! , I had to think back b4 internet dating started and to be honest, I've met the coolest and most genuine guys in passing, whether it's at the grocery store, restaurant ( when I'm already on a date 4 some reason, lol), or even at the Dr's office. I usually take forever to meet a guy from the internet, met a guy once w/in a week of talking to him (bad choice), and will never do that again, but I've met some really great people who are just "friends", I helped my god-brother write poetry to a woman he met via the internet, they've been married for almost 10yrs now, so the internet is good for some of us, huh.

Oh my! the ole "does my sign match well w/your sign" question , astrology has been around since the beginning of time ( so I've been told), so I can see why there's a curiosity there. I was heavily into eastern astro many yrs. ago, to see if there was a huge difference between western/eastern astro, well there is for those who truly believe in it, lol As a "cusp" kid ( Scorp/Sag, born in the yr. of the Dragon), I have no idea of who my "perfect" match is, I married a" Sag-Rat" at a young age, after my divorce and my "single-life" began...in "western zodiac " I seem 2 attract alot of Gemini's, Cancer's, Aries, Scorpio's, Aquarian males ( and a few Pisces), in "eastern zodiac" I attract alot of Rabbit's, Snakes, Rooster's, Dog's, Horses, Tigers & a few Ox's, I give up! I do exercise & I wear heels alot, I can't wear "flat" shoes becuz they make my feet hurt and I have a high (supinator type) arch in my feet, so my house-shoes have a few inches of height 2 them as well, heels are sexier 2 me.
