But she can not get to her profile, it keeps sending her back to the page to fill out a profile. She also tried logging out then back in with the same results, even putting her emaill address in hasn't helped. She has tried everything that you said to do and still can't get in. We don't have a google toolbar, so I am sure that is not the problem, but we do use yahoo. Is there something else she can try that might help.
