Hey! I haven't had an animal die in my arms as such. But I lost my cat and dog last year which I was really close to. I had them since I was a little kid. After that happened I just shut off from everyone even my closest friends even my girlfriend at the time. Thing is, animals are different from people because they love you for you, so you inevitably form a bond with them because they don't judge you.... x
