Do women ever wear garters and stockings anymore?
Posted:

I have a beautiful lacy garter among other sexy lingerie, but I haven't worn it in ages, most guys I have dated are more interested in getting my clothes off as quickly as possible!!! Sometimes I think I could be wearing granny panties and the guy I'm with wouldn't even notice!!!1

Do cougars know they are cougars?
Posted:

Well I just turned 30 in May, and I pray that when I am at that "cougar" age I will know it. . . but then even though I am 30, I feel a lot younger, my ex-boyfriend (from this past summer) was 24 and we got along great. But then 30 isn't exactly cougar-age is it?

3rd DATE RULE?
Posted:
3/21/2005 10:48:46 AM
well if we are talking about 3 quality dates and what I mean by that is full dinner movie, drinks whatever, sex should come about naturally after that time, but I still object to a hard and fast RULE of the 3rd date. If after you've had 3 "real" dates, I guess you should start to wonder if the other person is EVER gonna put out.... If that makes any sense??????

3rd DATE RULE?
Posted:
3/21/2005 10:45:56 AM
and as for money, I have gone on 5 dates so far with people I have met from POF, and only one of those guys was willing to pay for anything.... so as far as investing money in dating and getting laid, I have no experience as of late with that!!!

3rd DATE RULE?
Posted:
3/21/2005 10:44:20 AM
well the first date I mentioned that lasted for 4 days, we actually had sex around 20 times in those 4 days, I am by far NO PRUDE, I am just saying that a girl is probably not gonna jump into bed with ya after 3 small "meet for coffee" dates that's all....

3rd DATE RULE?
Posted:
3/21/2005 10:30:29 AM
I think that this 3rd date rule is the dumbest thing EVER!! How do you judge a "date" -- some first dates are 30 minutes long consisting of a little small talk over coffee, other first dates can last hours, sometimes even days (I've had a first date that lasted 4 days, and we stayed together for three years after that)!! I think the best thing to do is if you have had 3 quality dates and by that I mean you have spend a lot of time together, have gotten to know each other and have a mutual attraction going on, then someone should maybe bring up the subject of sex, because you never know, you may be dating someone who plans to wait for marriage or something like that. I wouldn't write someone of after 3 dates without knowing what their plans are sexually, is what I am trying to say....so many things to take into account, maybe the girl is just shy in that area....Sorry for my rambling ways, I tend to do that when I have too much coffee in the morning.......

IS IT POSSIBLE TO FALL IN
Posted:
3/21/2005 10:22:17 AM
I don't know about falling in love, but I have fallen in severe lust with someone off of POF who messaged me a few times, he has since moved on, but I am still lusting after this individual, who I have never met in person....

How do I tell him?
Posted:
3/21/2005 10:20:09 AM
Nothing worse than a guy (or girl for that matter) who wants to become your WHOLE life after a few dates, that is a HUGE DANGER sign of things to come!! Of course it is flattering that someone likes you enough to want to spend all their time with you, but he needs to respect your space and respect that fact that you want to slow it down. If he is quizing you on whether or not you are messaging other guys that could be another warning flag.... of a person with severe jealousy issues....I have dated guys who had problems with jealousy and it never turns out good in the end!!!!

I get A LOT of messages from the "steroid monkeys" for lack of a better term, and if I reply to them the first thing they ask me is if I would like to see any more pics of their body!!! I personally find this type of physique a TOTAL turn OFF!! I tend to like my guys on the lanky side.... Something about guys who spend 20 hours a week at the gym disturbs me....

Would you date a man who lost everything?
Posted:
3/10/2005 1:51:16 PM
well I do it all the time.... maybe not lost everything but I've date a lot of guys over the years who were following their passion (i.e. writers etc.) and had little income to show for it. Hell I don't care, I wanted to be with THEM not there money and possessions!!!!

Whats the biggest height difference you would do?
Posted:
3/10/2005 11:48:02 AM
hmm well I am almost 6 feet tall, and I tend to like guys around my own height... 2 inches shorter or 2 inches taller is okay by me, I have dated all sized though.... doesn't much matter when you are horizontal anyways

Yes I would also like to know the definition of a babe!
I have been chatting with a guy for 2 weeks now and have yet to see his picture. I quite like him but at the same time I am slightly scared that I won't be attracted to him when I see him. I personally cannot help this aspect of my personality, I like what I like! I don't have much control over who and what I am attracted to....

I have been out with a few guys myself from POF and they all have been wonderful! I am now really good friends with two of them, and I have become quite smitten with another. . . so who knows where that might lead!!

Don't like Cops
Posted:
3/6/2005 12:50:33 PM
I must disagree, I am currently dating a cop. He is the sweetest, funniest, genuine human being I have met in a long while. He has a very tough job and I have seen how the stress effects his whole life. When we first started dating I realized that indeed he is just a person like the rest of us, he just has a different kind of job.
