I think this is a great thread,but if I concentrate so much on the things about people that I dislike,I risk missing out on a chance to meet somebody who may just enrich my life.We all got sh*tthat other people cant stand about us....oh well.Also,sometimes it takes a few broken hearts before a person can become stronger and stop whining about the pain.After all,it really is incredible pain. The hardest thing I've ever been faced with in my life has been the need to let go.Whether it be a woman,or a negative characteristic trait.I hold on until it the hurt is so bad,that I have no other choice but to release.Then,ironically,I become free.Like,for instance,right now I am loving an unavailable woman.I believed that she would be my wife,one day.I invested so much of my heart into her that ,when it went south,I had nothing left.A big part of me is still holding on,even though I know that by practicing the art of letting go,I will recieve so much more......I hope someone can relate.
