Azureus is the best around, though it is a huge resorce hog, but is there a torrent program that isn't. if using azureus be shour to grab the safe peer plug in, this will slow down you start up but will prevent watchdogs too see what you are dling. and if you are in toronto on rogers be shour to use ports 1720 as this is an unthrotled port. i gat speeds of 700+ at times

that is all to true but ever since then atari hasent been able to claw its way back no matter what they do. even now that its a subsideary of WB look and the matrix game it was total trash, and just about every other tital they put out.

again it depends on what parts they put in. for $59 there arent many psu's i would want in a system. the psu is the most overlooked item in a computer but its one of the most important cheap ones tend to fry with in a year or 2 as for the cpu it was over priced and if my guess is off not in need of repair. alot of computer stores will say things are wrong when they arent just to drive the bill up. at $180 +tax you could have upgraded for $324.99 +tax and for that you would have gotten a AMD Atlon 2600+ 64 Bit CPU, DFI mother board, 512 MB Corsair RAM, and Enermax PSU witch are all well known name brands with outstanding warrantys being 3 years and great proformance.

lol well atari made the biggest mistakes out of any video game company. just look back to ET the game. they made hal as many units as they had sold systems. and the game was made in like 6 days talk about boen headed moves. now for a game made in 6 days it wasn't bad but my god what where they thinking

omg atari jaguar talk about the worst consol ever created. i remember that they cought alot of crap for calling it a "32 bit" system when in fact it was a dual 16 bit processer system lol. oh and there you go another system the had, well dual cpu not dual core but same thing in the end. but then again that really isnt a good system to use as a referance as it only had one good game

xander are you talking about farscape? o and in canada there was a tax put on burnable media because of all the music downloads and such witch makes it legal to download copy right meteril. your best bet is to look in to your conterys copyright laws and see what they say

as far as buying a new one or repairing its really up to you. but my self i would never buy a pre configured system for 2 reasions. 1 the parts are cheep genaric parts 2 they tend to give you less for your money if getting a new system buit for you find out what parts they are using and look them up on the internet. a techie can scam you buy buting shoty parts in your computer and you would find it will break down after a short time. if you would like i can make some sujestions on what parts to get and what to avoid.

lol who makes a game thats going to slow down. when there are things like that in a game they tweak it so it runs smother. that has nuthing to do with the hardware trust me the current games tax the systems to there max. try runing forza on the xbox that will tax the system. compair the corrent generation of consoles to computers and computer games far out stripe them as far as gafix and sound as well as game play and AI. take rainbow six 3 for the xbox. a great game in its own respect but no where close to the pc version. you should go to www.gametrailers.com and check out some of the videos for the next gen systems and if after looking at them you fell the same let me know. but as fot thx sound you need the right equipment to get the most out of it and yes you dont need it but like movies it just makes the hole expierance that much better

there are no single core cpus on the market that can give any where close to the proformance of a 3 or 9 core cpu. so it wouldend be better performance. programing for a duel core cpu isn't all that different then programing for a single core cpu and only a little more involved. but think about how advanced a game would be that had 1 cpu controling the game and a second for the ingame ai. do you not think it would be better then the same game doing both cpu intens process on a single core?

the ps3 isnt more powerfull the the 360. look at it from this angle if you where to compair a celleron 2ghz to a p4 2ghz even though the clock frequenci is the same the p4 is twice the power. The cell processer is make up of 9 cores. 1 PowerPC Processing Element and 8 Synergistic Processing Elements. The PPE is very similar the the power pc cores put in the xbox where the SPEs have no cache and are little more the glorified math processers. as well the cell cpu is an in-order core. meaning it can only process things in the order it is given, rather then reordering the commands for better proformance. so all those cores that they put in to the call dont really make it a better cpu it just has better looking specs. as for blueray vs hd-dvd ps3 will use blueray where as 360 will just use dl-dvd not hd-dvd. and i will give the edge in video cards to 360 as they will be using ati and ati out proforms nvidia im most benchmarks unless nvidia it runing sli. that is a very brief summery of how it works im not going to explain it in detail as it will take me all day to type it up and honestly it would be a boaring read

well the specs show that the ps3 has more processing "power" but the cell chip is just a single processer with 8 math processers. Further more its not a tested product where as the 360 will have ibm power pc cpus witch are some of the best on the market. imo it woill come down to games more then anything. as for nintendo. They still around? dam and here i was hoping the psp would have made them decide to stop making systems like sega and just make games for other systems. the revolution is going to be just like the n64 and game cube - to little to late. and nintendo dosnt have the money to keep fighting with sony and microsoft

you might not like me for saying this but when your "hot" as you put it every one wants you, and by every one i mean ppl who are "ugly" for lack of a better word all the way to ppl that are "hot" so with all that attention it it dosnt leave the "ugly" ppl feeling to good about them selfs since even the other "ugly" ppl dont like them. now dont get me wrong i belive true beauty comes from with in but attraction isn't all about inner beauty there is a phisical side to it as well. now i dont think of my self as being a "hot guy" but i have never had truble with the fairer sex. it more parsonality and self worth that will get you what you want in the end.

and you could allways turn it off after your computer restarts but honestly when you have a 2 ghz the onlt time any one would care is when gameing. and then there are better ways to increase your comp proformance but i will leave that for another tread on proformance inhancement

unfortunatly ms config can really mss up your computer. and having thing start with windows dosnt slow your computer down it slows yor start up down. having unnessasery prorams runing will slow down your computer but a hardly thing adwatch siting in 6,700K is bottle necking a computer, even if it only has 128mb. as for watching what you download some downloads are unknown and registery changes as well so you wouldent even know if you had them. i can personaly say i havent had any spy where on my computer in a very long to do to 2 facts i run ad-aware and i am carfull of what isites i go to and what i download. you way is a viable option just not a practical one for the end user
