IM: Instant Messenger FAQ

My IM feature use to work fine. But for the past couple days I see if people are online now but i dont have the option to IM anyone anymore. I checked my email setting and made sure that i had no pop up blocker but everything seems fine. Any idea what should i look up next?? Thanks for your time! | | | |
