Why can't I heal?

What a sad story ;(
I'm still doin' my time, remembering a crushed relationship. She never gave any form of explanation... I couldn't get rid of her stuff, since her 'stuff', was alot of memories and things she introduced to me. (music, love for other languages, lot's of really neat stuff like that) But that means I can't get rid of it. And it's always awfully present (especially music) ;( I'm cautiously dating, but the pain is still there.
Time?
probably. It's almost exactly one year now....
I do recommend getting her stuff and put it in a box. Maybe not throw it away just yet. That's for when you are 'ready' for that. You can keep it just for now to remember the good times, maybe. But put it away out of clear sight.
If, for any reason, you team up with her again (in any way), I would NOT recommend giving her 'her' ring back for money. Dit she actually asked _that_?
Good luck.

Hmmm. My quote should have said
"before I uselessly start writing long emails about
subject X
"
But putting the text subject X between "smaller than" and "greater than" messed it up...

My first reaction/contact email is usually a short one.
More as an incentive to say
"Hey, read my profile too, before I uselessly start writing long emails about "
The again, my profile doesn't say that much. But at least it's an honest one. ;)

marrying a virgin

strange that there seems to be no intermediate state?
Either you're a virgin or a slut?
So zero partners is a virgin? and 1 or more partners is a slut?
Get real. Some people find that a perfect match somehow didn't turn out to be perfect after several years. Ofcourse they slept with each other!
And after that, she (the female) will be a slut?
people who actually think like that, are truly irrealistic...
