I don't know if taking it once would have that effect, as the drug usually has to be taken for a while before it affects the seratonin in the brain. But as someone who takes low doses of it everyday, it definitely limits my ability to cum. Erections and libido are fine, but finishing what I started is very difficult. I think some people don't understand the difference between visual fluff, like porn, and real relationships. The passion I have for a partner is not at all like the arousal I get from porn. I don't suppose women cheat more often then men, physically. But I always found it interesting that women, or at least the ones I've known, have a tendency to develop emotional relationships with others and think nothing of it. If it is true that women are driven more by emotional ties, and men are driven more by physical attraction, then it should be a major offense for a woman to develop a close, non-physical relationship. I don't think I am explaining this the way I wanted to. My ex-wife cheated on my emotionally for years. The physical part wasn't so important to her, but she was closer, emotionally, with another guy. But since she hadn't slept with him, she felt that she was innocent. And technically, I suppose she is. But I also believe that on some level, emotional cheating is a woman thing.

For women and their guys who are considering this, I can tell you that I was supportive of my wife when she decided to get them. Her boobs were very small to begin with, and the implants gave her new boobs on the smaller side of "C". They look fine in a dress, and they were done by an excellent surgeon, but I hate the way they feel and how fake they look when she is naked. Everyone is different, but if you have a relatively small frame and little body fat, they look comical, as there is not enough fat to fill in around the implant. You can see ripples on the sides and they look blown up, in her case, even though they are not huge. And feeling that crinkly plastic through her skin makes me shiver. I deal with this issue myself because I take Zoloft. It makes me last forever which is frustrating for everyone involved. It sounds weird, but for me to finish I need to be incredibly mentally stimulated. The physical stimulation just doesn't cut it now that I'm taking this medication. Dirty talk works wonders for sure.
